Abstract

La presente se refiere a los compuestos de fórmula (1)que son agonistas del receptor muscarínico M-1. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1) en el que Q, X, Y y Z se seleccionan independientemente del grupo formado por CR1 y N, siempre que no más de dos de entre Q, X, Y y Z sean N y al menos dos de entre Q, X, Y y Z sean CH; o Y es CH, Z es CH y el resto ''Q=X'' representa ''S'' para formar un anillo de tiofeno; R1 se selecciona independientemente en cada caso del grupo formado por hidrógeno, halógeno, alcoxi C1-4 y alquilo C1-4. R2 se selecciona del grupo formado por halógeno, alcoxi C1-4, alquilo c1-4, cicloalquilo C3-8, ciano, trifluorometilo, piridinilo opcionalmente sustituido con 1 ó 2 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente del grupo formado por halógeno, alcoxi C1-4 y alquilo C1-4; tienilo opcionalmente sustituido con un sustituyente seleccionado del grupo formado por halógeno, alcoxi C1-4 y alquilo C1-4; fenilo opcionalmente sustituido con entre 1 y 3 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente del grupo formado por halógeno, alcoxi C1-4, alquilo C1-4, trifluorometilo y ciano; y pirrolilo opcionalmente sustituido con 1 ó 2 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente del grupo formado por halógeno, alcoxi C1-4 y alquilo C1-4; R3 se selecciona del grupo formado por fenilo opcionalmente sustituido con entre 1 y 3 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente del grupo formado por halógeno, alcoxi C1-4, alquilo C1-4, trifluorometilo, ciano y nitro; naftilo opcionalmente sustituido con entre 1 y 3 sustituyentes del grupo formado por halógeno, alcoxi C1-4, alquilo C1-4, trifluorometilo, ciano y nitro; heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido con entre 1 y 2 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente del grupo formado por halógeno, alcoxi C1-4, alquilo C1-4; ó 1,3-benzodioxolilo opcionalmente sustituido con un sustituyente seleccionado del grupo formado por halógeno, alcoxi C1-4, alquilo C1-4. R4 se selecciona del grupo formado por hidrógeno, hidroxi y flúor; R5 se selecciona del grupo formado por hidrógeno, halógeno, alcoxi C1-4 y alquilo C1-4; Ra se selecciona del grupo formado por hidrógeno y metilo; t es 1, 2 ó 3; y m es 1 ó 2; o las sales de adición farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos.
