Abstract

La presente provee artículos absorbentes, tales como panales, calzoncillos de incontinencia, panales que se quitan y ponen, calzoncillos de entrenamiento, prendas de higiene femenina, y similares, que pueden proveer algunas o todas las ventajas de ajuste sostenido mejorado sobre el cuerpo, apariencia mejorada durante todo el período de uso, y comodidad mejorada para el usuario. Un artículo absorbente de este tipo tiene el proposito de ajustarse alrededor del cuerpo de un usuario para contener excrementos y/o exudados corporales. El artículo absorbente tiene un conjunto de contencion que tiene una region de cintura anterior, una region de cintura posterior opuesta a la region de cintura anterior, una region de entrepierna dispuesta entre la region de cintura anterior y la region de cintura posterior, un borde de extremo anterior, un borde de extremo posterior, una hoja superior, una hoja posterior, y un nucleo absorbente colocado por lo menos parcialmente entre la hoja superior y la hoja posterior. El artículo absorbente también tiene por lo menos un elemento de cintura colocado substancialmente adyacente al borde de extremo anterior o el borde de extremo posterior. Adicionalmente, el artículo absorbente tiene por lo menos un elemento de soporte diagonal disenado para soportar el artículo absorbente sobre el cuerpo substancialmente en la zona de soporte diagonal que yace al través de la region lumbar sobre las articulaciones de la cadena y al través del abdomen inferior. Cuando el artículo absorbente está en uso, un primer extremo del elemento de soporte diagonal preferiblemente yace substancialmente adyacente a la region de cintura posterior del artículo absorbente y un segundo extremo del elemento de soporte diagonal preferiblemente yace substancialmente adyacente al abdomen inferior del cuerpo del usuario. El elemento de soporte diagonal preferiblemente carga la mayor porcion del peso del artículo absorbente y resiste la fuerza hacia abajo causada por cambios en la forma o dimension del cuerpo. Como consecuencia, el elemento de cintura se puede someter solamente a fuerzas hacia abajo mínimas. Por lo tanto, el elemento de cintura se puede disenar para proveer solamente suficiente tension circunferencial para sostenerse así mismo en posicion sobre el cuerpo y de este modo evitar causar incomodidad para el usuario y/o marcas de presion sobre el cuerpo del usuario. El artículo absorbente de este modo puede proveer una apariencia de cintura elevada similar a una prenda de vestir, tension suave alrededor de la cintura para evitar incomodidad y/o marcas de presion, buena proteccion contra el escape, buen ajuste sostenido, y facilidad de aplicacion y remocion.
