Abstract
Los productos snack crujientes condimentados en dos etapas se preparan proporcionando un producto snack crujiente base, aplicando un recbubrimientooleaginoso al producto crujiente base y luego adhiriendo un material de condimento seco al recubrimient o oleaginoso. El recubrimiento oleaginoso sirve deaglutinante y adhesivo para el material de condimento seco, así como también de fuente de sabor y de otras propiedades hedonísticas tales como la sensacionen la boca(mouthfeel). El contenido del aceit e del producto crujiente base que tiene un contenido de aceite pre-seleccionado da como resultado snackcrujiente que proporciona características de sabor intenso, excelente adhesion del condimento y un contenido total de aceite dentro de un rango des eable.
