Abstract

Un método para fabricar película estirada de plástico que comprende los pasos de tomar una película vaciada o soplada de LLDPE a una temperatura de entre50 a 100 degree C, estirarla en dos etapas sucesivas de estiramiento, donde la primera etapa posee una p roporcion de estiramiento mayor que la proporcion de lasegunda etapa, para producir la deformacion plástica y elástica de la película, asentar esencialmente la película estirada para liberar toda la deformacionelástica, y enrollar en rollos la pelícu la esencialmente asentada. Preferiblemente, la primer proporcion de estiramiento está dentro de un rango de 1:1,70 a1:1,80, y la segunda proporcion de estiramiento está dentro de un rango de 1:1,85 a 1:1,95 y hay una proporcion de reduccion de esenci almente 1:0,85 entre lavelocidad de la película durante la segunda etapa de estiramiento con rodillo y la velocidad de la película durante el enrollado.
