Abstract

Un método para la produccion de péptidos recombinantes mediante el cultivo por alimentacion por lotes de microorganismos en un biorreactor que contiene unmedio que comprende una fuente de carbono orgánico, una fuente de nitrogeno y sales minerales. E l cultivo es llevado a cabo mediante el agregado de la fuentede carbono orgánico por alimentacion oscilante y/o mediante la variacion oscilante de la velocidad de agitacion, por ejemplo, con un patron de onda sinusoidalo cuadrada. Preferentemente la fuente de carbono orgánico es glucosa y el péptido recombinante es hormona de crecimiento.
