Abstract
Consiste en dosificar al conjunto del tratamiento una solucion de dioxido de cloro estabilizada, en una concentracion que oscila desde 1.0 al 25.0%,obtenida por acidificacion de un clorito de metal alcalino con un ácido fuerte, con aniones halogenuro como catalizador, hasta un pH 2-3, elevando elmismo posteriormente a un pH de 4.0 a 11.0. La solucion comprende: clorito de metal alcalino (aportante de dioxido de cloro); ácido clorhídrico, comooxidante del clorito y aportante de cloruros (cataliza dor); un penetrante, exclusivamente un oxido de amina, como puede ser el oxido de dimetillaurilaminao dimetilmiristilamina; un alcalinizante, hidroxido de metal alcalino; un secuestrante de metales de transicion, resistente a la oxidacion, como puede ser la sal alcalina del DTPA (ácido dietilentriamino pentaacético), o la sal alcalina del HEDP (ácido 1,1 hidroxietiliden 1,1 difosfonico), o la salalcalina del ácido cítrico, o una mezcla sinergética 1:1 de sal alcalina de los ácidos fosfonosuccínic o y 1-fosfonobutano-1,2,3,4-tetracarboxílico; unoxidante secundario, como el peroxido de hidrogeno, para asegurar la estabilidad del producto final.It consists in dosing a stabilized chlorine dioxide solution in the treatment set, in a concentration ranging from 1.0 to 25.0%, obtained by acidifying an alkali metal chlorite with a strong acid, with halide anions as a catalyst, up to pH 2 -3, raising the same subsequently to a pH of 4.0 to 11.0.
