Abstract

Proporciona un icono con un nivel adicional de funcionalidad permite que un usuario valide esa informacion corriente (ej. una página web) que se originadel verdadero propietario del ícono y no es simplemente una copia. El método incluye que unusuari o solicite una página web de un sitio de web utilizando unnavegador de web. El servidor de web recibe la solicitud, recupera la página web y la envía a un servidor de autenticacion. El servidor de autenticacioninserta una clave deautenticidad en la página web, después la página (incluyendo la clave de autenticidad) es devuelta al usuario. Si la página incluye unaclave de autenticidad, la autenticidad es verificada en la computadora del usuario debido a que la computadora delusuario incluye log ica (ej. software)para verificar la autenticidad. Durante el procedimiento de configuracion por el usuario, el usuario define una indicacion de autenticidad que determina elformato de una página autenticada.
