Abstract

Un método rápido para la medicion de carbohidratos complejos en tejido mamífero, comprendiendo dichos métodos lo pasos de: extraccion de una muestra detejido para realizar pruebas; formacion de una lechada homogénea de la muestra con una solucion acuosa; agregar suficiente enzima hidrolizante para aseguraruna hidrolisis completa del glicogeno en la lechada; medir la concentracion de glucosa en la lechada. El método puede ser aplicado post-mortem para evaluar losniveles de concentracion al momento de la muerte. La invencion revela además la medicion de concentraciones de lactato. El método puede aplicarse en treintaminutos o menos.
