Abstract

La presente invencion presenta polipéptidos que comprenden un epítopo inmunogénico de una proteína de M. vaccae, polinucleotidos que codifican dichospolipéptidos y proteínas de fusion que comprenden por lo menos uno de tales polipéptidos, junto conc onstrucciones de ADN que comprende por lo menos unpolinucleotido de la presente invencion. Las composiciones que comprenden dichos polipéptidos, polinucleotidos, proteínas de fusion y/o construcciones de ADNse pueden emplear en el tratamiento deenfe rmedades infecciosas y trastornos inmunes.
