Abstract

Procedimiento continuo de fabricacion de un oxirano segun el cual se hace reaccionar durante un tiempo superior a 48 horas y a una temperatura superior a35*C una olefina con un compuesto peroxidado en presencia de un catalizador a base de una zeolitay en presencia de una sal de metal en el que el catalizadorno experimenta ningun tratamiento de regeneracion y en el que la velocidad de desactivacion del catalizador expresada como porcentaje de conversion delcompuesto peroxidado perdido por gramode oxirano producido por gramo de zeolita determinada después de la puesta en régimen de la reaccion, es decir despuésdel consumo de 2,5 moles de funcion de peroxido por gramo de zeolita, permanece inferior o igual a 0,15%.
