Abstract
Un aceite vegetal que es o puede ser extraido de semillas en el que al menos 12% de las especies de triacilglicerol que constituyen el aceitetienen la formula general SMS y al menos 25% de las especies de triacilglicerol tienen la formula generalSMM , en donde la formula da de izquierda a derecha elprimero, el segundo y tercer ácido graso en el triacilglicerol y S representa un ácido grado saturado y M representa un ácido graso monoenoico. Unaharina obtenida como residuo del proceso deextraccio n del aceite a partir de semillas. Uso del aceite en la preparacion de productos alimenticios encondiciones de alta temperatura.
