Abstract

Un dispositivo dr proteccion contra sobretensiones que tengan lugar en un circuito eléctrico entre una fuente de tension (2) y una carga (3) montada antesde dicho dispositivo, que incluye un primer medio de accionamiento (7) que posee una fuertesens ibilidad de corriente y adaptado para accionamientorápidamente, pero reversiblemente, en caso de sobretension en el circuito, y un segundo medio de accionamiento (8), montado en el paralelo con el primero, aptopor una parte, para soportar unatension temporal superior a la tension de la red, durante el accionamiento del primer medio (7), y por otra parte paraaccionar rápidamente luego de este, de manera reversible. Los medios de accionamiento son preferentemente componentes polímerosconductores cargados. Uninterruptor (1) de triac (4) incluye dicho dispositivo de proteccion montado antes del triac (4) y un tercer componente (9) montado sobre el electrodo decomando(6) del triac (4).
