Abstract

La presente revela un dispositivo de muestreo para el análisis térmico del metal en solidificacion, en particular hierro de grafito compactado, quecomprende un recipiente (2) esencialmente cilíndrico, abierto en su parte superior que puede sumergirsey llenarse con el metal líquido a analizar, al menos unsensor termosensible (4), preferentemente dos, un tubo de proteccion (14) que encierra en forma concéntrica a dicho/s sensor/es, dispuesto dentro delrecipiente (2) y sostenido por un soporte sensor (15) que se encuentra sobre dicho recipiente y unido al recipiente (2) por medio de patas (16) que tiene elproposito de guiar y mantener los sensores (4) en posicion, una vez sumergido en la muestra de metal en solidificacion (3) durante el análisis, dichorecipiente (2) comprende una superficie interna (17) que tiene el proposito de estar en contacto con la muestra (3) durante el análisis, y una superficieexterna (18) que tiene el proposito de estar en contacto con la atmosfera ambiental, dichas superficies (17 y 18) se encuentran unidas en la boca (12) delrecipiente (2), equidistante y formando un espacio aislante cerrado (8), donde dicho recipiente (2) presenta una parte inferior esencialmente semiesférica(2b), que cuenta con una parte aplanada dispuesta en forma concéntrica (2c).
