Abstract

Un procedimiento para el pasivado alcalino en instalaciones de cinta contínua de superficies de acero recubiertas de zinc o aleaciones de zinc, así como dealuminio y sus aleaciones, en el que las superficies metálicas se ponen en contacto con una solucion acuosa alcalina que contiene complejantes y hierro (III)y una alcalinidad libre que se encuentra en el rango de 5 a 20 puntos, una alcalinidad total que se encuentra en el rango de 7 a 30 puntos, y 0,1 a 1 g/l deiones magnesio, 0,1 a 1 g/l de iones de hierro (III) y 0,5 a 5 g/l de iones amino o hidroxicarboxilo. A continuacion se puede llevar a cabo un postpasivado cono exento de cromo.
