Abstract

El metabolismo de lasacarosa es un requerimiento absoluto para la sobrevivencia de los organos heterotroficos de la planta, en donde la sacarosa solamente se puede utilizardespués de su disociacion mediante invertasa y sintasa de sacarosa.DNA comprising a nucleotide sequence that can be translated into a protein with invertase activity, where the highest activity is observed on the pH scale of 6.0 to 7.5, as well as the encoded protein produced in a recombinant manner; DNA-derived protein that has invertinase activity but lacks Beta-fructofuranosidase activity; method for producing DNA and said method where DNA is produced by a polymerase chain reaction. In most plant species, sucrose (Beta-D-fructofuranoside from alpha-D-glucopyranosyl) is the first nophosphorylated product of photoassimilation, and serves as a mobile source of energy and carbon for the heterotrophic tissues of the plant . Lasacarose metabolism is an absolute requirement for the survival of the heterotrophic organs of the plant, where sucrose can only be used after its dissociation by invertase and sucrose synthase.
