Abstract

Una composicion de ibuprofen que da una preparacion acuosa que tiene un pH menor que 7 al agregar agua a dicha composicion que comprende a uno o másmedicamento que incluye a un medicamento de ibuprofen, que forma un ingrediente activo de ibuprofen que tiene un punto de fusion menor a los 100°C cuando secombina con agua para dar una preparacion acuosa que tiene un pH menor que 7 y un material fosfolípido íntimamente con el medicamento de ibuprofen. Elmaterial de fosfolípido es capaz de formar una preparacion acuosa que comprende una emulsion o dispersion que comprende una fase acuosa sustancialmente librede dicho ingrediente activo de ibuprofen y una fase discreta formada esencialmente por dicho material de fosfolípido y un ingredientefarmacologicamente activo insoluble que incluye a un ingrediente activo de ibuprofen al agregar agua a dicha composicion. También provee preparacionesbebibles acuosas (especialmente emulsiones calentadas) producidas con ellas y un proceso para preparar dichas preparaciones para bebida acuosa.
