Abstract

Compuesto que tiene la estructura de formula (I), en donde: a) R1, R2 y R3 se seleccionan cada uno independientemente de hidrogeno, alcarilo,alquenilo o alquinilo C1-C3 insustituido, cicloalcanilo, cicloalquenilo, alquiltio o alcoxi C1-C3ins ustituido, hidroxi, tio, nitro, ciano, amino,alquilamino C1-C3 o dialquilamino C1-C3 y halogeno; b) R4 se selecciona de hidrogeno, alcanilo C1-C3 insustituido, amino, hidroxi, mercapto, alquiltio oalcoxi C1-C3, alquilamino C1-C3 odialquilamino C1-C3 y halogeno; c) R5 es hidrogeno, o alquilo o nulo; d) donde R5 es nulo, el enlace (a) es un enlacedoble; y e) el grupo imidazolinilamino está unida a la 5- o 6-posicion del anillo de benzotiazol; y enantiomeros, isomerosopticos, ester eoisomeros,diastereomeros, tautomeros, sales de adicion, amidas y ésteres biohidrolizables, y las composiciones farmacéuticamente que contienen talesnuevos compuestos, y el uso de tales compuestos para prevenir otratar tras tornos modulados por alfa-2 adrenoreceptores.Compound having the structure of formula (I), wherein: a) R1, R2 and R3 are each independently selected from unsubstituted hydrogen, alkaryl, alkenyl or C1-C3 alkynyl, cycloalkanyl, cycloalkenyl, alkylthio or C1-C3 alkoxy substituted , hydroxy, thio, nitro, cyano, amino, C1-C3 alkylamino or C1-C3 dialkylamino and halogen; b) R4 is selected from hydrogen, unsubstituted C 1 -C 3 alkanyl, amino, hydroxy, mercapto, C 1 -C 3 -alkylthio or alkoxy, C 1 -C 3 -alkylamino or C 1 -C 3 -alkylamino amino and halogen; c) R5 is hydrogen, or alkyl or null; d) where R5 is null, bond (a) is a double bond; and e) the imidazolinylamino group is attached to the 5- or 6-position of the benzothiazole ring; and enantiomers, isomerosoptics, eoisomeric esters, diastereomers, tautomers, addition salts, amides and biohydrolyzable esters, and the pharmaceutically-containing compositions containing such new compounds, and the use of such compounds to prevent withering after lathes modulated by alpha-2 adrenoreceptors.
