Abstract

Se proporciona un proceso sin torre para preparar en forma continua una composicion detergente granulada que tiene una densidad de por lo menos 600 g/lEl proceso comprende los siguientes pasos: (a) dispersar un agente tensoactivo con polvo finoque tiene un diámetro de 0,1 a 500 micrones, en un mezclador,donde se forman primeros aglomerados; (b) mezclar totalmente los primeros aglomerados en un mezclador, donde se forman segundos aglomerados y (c)pulverizar líquido finamente atomizadosobre los segundos aglomerados en un mezclador.
