Abstract
Derivados de 1,2,3,4-tetrahidronaftaleno que tienen la formula (II), en donde Z es NH2 o COOH; X es CH o N; y R1 es H, alquilo C1-C6 o cicloalquiloC3-C6. Los compuestos son intermediarios utiles para preparar compuestos de formula (I),que tienen un efecto selectivo en el receptor 5-HT(1D), conpreferencia propiedades antagonísticas, así como también una buena biodisponibilidad.
