Abstract
La presente invención provee un método para producir artículos de tisú suave mediante el tratamiento de la fibra antes de la formación de la hoja. Elmétodo para fabricar productos de papel para usos higiénicos a partir de fibras celulósicasvírg enes o recicladas, que se revela en el presente, abarca lossiguientes pasos: (a) separar la pulpa de las fibras celulósicas en agua con agitación; (b) agregar a la lechada una enzima seleccionada del grupo compuestopor celulasa, hemicelulosay lip asa; (c) deshidratar la lechada de pulpa hasta una consistencia de aproximadamente 25% a 35%; (d) desmenuzar la pulpadeshidratada; (e) pasar las fibras desmenuzadas a través de un dispersador de fibra; y (f) utilizar las fibras tratadas conenzima s como fuente de fibras enun proceso de fabricación de papel. El producto obtenido para usos higiénicos está compuesto por fibras celulósicas y tiene un peso base que oscila entre 7libras por resma y 40 libras por resma, una Resistencia deTracción Normalizada (métrica) que varía entre 5,0 y 20,0 y contiene entre 0,2 y 5,0% de un aceiteseleccionado del grupo compuesto por aceites vegetales, minerales o de lanolina o sus respectivos derivados.
