Abstract

Un método para preparar pigmentos minerales, los pigmentos obtenidos de este modo, y una instalación para implementar dicho método. La invención serefiere a un método para preparar pigmentos minerales de partículas finas de las fábricas deace ro, especialmente partículas finas eléctricas, caracterizadoporque comprende las siguientes etapas, de acuerdo con las cuales: a) las partículas finas se separan en dos fracciones magnética y no magnética; b)dichafracción no magnética essometi da a una reacción de lixiviación básica; c) la carga sólida así obtenida se enjuaga para neutralizarla y se separa; d) lacarga así obtenida es calcinada a una temperatura entre 450 y 650°C; e) la carga calcinada se trata con ácidosulfúrico, e n presencia de un catalizador;f) se recogen los pigmentos minerales; g) las soluciones resultantes de c) y e) se utilizan para precipitar otros pigmentos.A method for preparing mineral pigments, the pigments thus obtained, and an installation for implementing said method.
