Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of smart devices, and discloses a method for switching a timbre of an air conditioner, comprising: when a timbre switching request is received, obtaining timbre selection information fed back by a user terminal; determining, according to the timbre selection information, a timbre to be switched; determining an offline audio packet corresponding to the timbre to be switched; and triggering the air conditioner to perform timbre switching according to the offline audio packet. The timbre selection information fed back by the user terminal is obtained, and the timbre to be switched is determined according to the timbre selection information, so that the user can select, from a plurality of timbres, an air conditioner timbre that the user wants to switch according to its own preference, thereby improving the air conditioner usage experience of the user.
