本申请实施例公开电子设备中,中框包括用于形成电子设备侧壁的本体部和自本体部向电子设备内延伸的连接部,连接部与电路板背离麦克风的一侧接触,连接部设置有第二通孔,第二通孔朝向第一通孔,盖板与连接部重叠设置,盖板与本体部之间具有第一通道,盖板与连接部之间具有第二通道,第一通孔、第二通孔、第二通道以及第一通道连同并形成导音通道。此种情况下,可以利用盖板和中框之间的微小的第一通道传递声音,从而使得中框上无需开设导音孔,减少了中框的开孔数量,进而提高了中框的完整性和外观一致性,促使电子设备的外观一致性较高,并改善了用户体验,同时,第一通道相对于导音孔更窄,从而能够有效地缓解环境中的水汽或灰尘进入电子设备内部,进而提高了电子设备的防水性能和防尘性能,以提高电子设备的可靠性。
另外,利用盖板与中框之间的微小第一通道传递声音信息,中框无需额外加工导音孔,从而优化了中框的加工工艺,使得中框加工步骤简化,从而提高中框的可制造性,也降低电子设备的制造成本。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请的说明书和权利要求书中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的数据在适当情况下可以互换,以便本申请的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。且“第一”、“第二”等所区分的对象通常为一类, 并不限定对象的个数,例如第一对象可以是一个,也可以是多个。此外,说明书以及权利要求中“和/或”表示所连接对象的至少其中之一,字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请各个实施例公开的技术方案进行详细地说明。
请参考图1至图4,本申请实施例公开一种电子设备,所公开的电子设备包括盖板100、电路板620、中框300和麦克风500。
其中,盖板100可以为后盖,电路板620可以为电子设备的主板,电路板620开设有第一通孔621。中框300为电子设备的基础构件,中框300能够为电子设备的其他部件提供安装基础。在本申请实施例中,中框300包括用于形成电子设备侧壁的本体部310和自本体部310向电子设备内延伸的连接部320,连接部320与电路板620背离麦克风500的一侧接触,连接部320设置有第二通孔330,第二通孔330朝向第一通孔621,盖板100与连接部320重叠设置,盖板100与本体部310之间具有第一通道410,盖板与连接部320之间具有第二通道420,第一通孔621、第二通孔330、第二通道420以及第一通道410连同并形成导音通道。
可选地,盖板还可以是屏幕盖板,屏幕盖板可以为OLED屏幕盖板或者LCD屏幕盖板。
用户不容易看到导音通道,从而使得电子设备的外观完整性和一致性较高,第一通道410的一个端口显露于电子设备的外表面,也就是说,第一通道410与电子设备的外部连通,该第一通道410可以用于电子设备导音。具体地,第一通道410可以为细长条状,可以减小第一通道410的宽度,从而使得第一通道410更加隐蔽。第一通道410的延伸方向为第一通道410的长度方向,此时可以通过增大第一通道410的长度,从而可以增大第一通道410的面积,进而满足麦克风500的导音需求。具体地,第一通道410的形状结构可以由盖板100与中框300的外形结构决定。
本申请实施例公开电子设备中,中框300包括用于形成电子设备侧壁的本体部310和自本体部310向电子设备内延伸的连接部320,连接部320与电路板620背离麦克风500的一侧接触,连接部320设置有第二通孔330,第二通孔330朝向第一通孔621,盖板100与连接部320重叠设置,盖板100与本体部310之间具有第一通道410,盖板与连接部320之间具有第二通道420,第一通孔621、第二通孔330、第二通道420以及第一通道410连同并形成导音通道。此种情况下,可以利用盖板100和中框300之间的第一通道传递声音,从而使得中框300上无需开设导音孔,减少了中框300的开孔数量,进而提高了中框300的完整性和外观一致性,促使电子设备的外观一致性较高,并改善了用户体验,同时,第一通道410相对于导音孔更窄,从而能够有效地缓解环境中的水汽或灰尘进入电子设备内部,进而提高了电子设备的防水性能和防尘性能,以提高电子设备的可靠性。
另外,利用盖板100与中框300之间的第一通道传递声音信息,中框300无需额外加工导音孔,从而优化了中框300的加工工艺,使得中框300加工步骤简化,从而提高中框300的可制造性,也降低了电子设备的制造成本。
如上文所述,盖板100与连接部320重叠设置,为了避免外部杂质(例如灰尘和水汽)通过盖板100与连接部320之间的缝隙进入到电子设备内,可选地,电子设备还可以包括第一密封件200,第一密封件200设置于盖板100和连接部320之间;盖板100、连接部320以及第一密封件200之间具有第二通道420。第一密封件200能够较大程度地封堵灰尘和水汽进入电子设备内,从而防止麦克风500较容易被灰尘或水汽侵蚀,实现防护麦克风500的目的,且防止灰尘或水汽侵蚀电子设备内部的电子器件,从而进一步提高电子设备的可靠性。
为了进一步提高第一通道410的隐蔽性,以使用于更难发现第一通道410,可选地,连接部320可以开设有安装槽340,盖板100至少部分设置于安装槽340内,第二通孔330开设于安装槽340的底壁,第一密封件200、盖板 100及安装槽形成第二通道420。此种情况下,盖板100与安装槽340的内侧壁能够形成第一通道410,相较于盖板100设置在没有开设安装槽340的连接部320上,此种设置方式更容易形成第一通道410,且由于盖板100与安装槽340的内侧壁形成第一通道410,使得第一通道410更加隐蔽,用户更难发现第一通道410,从而使得电子设备的外观完整性和一致性更高。同时,盖板100至少部分设置于安装槽340内,能够减小电子设备的厚度,有利于电子设备朝着轻薄化的方向的发展。
可选地,第一密封件200可以开设有第一通孔210,第一通孔210的与第二通道连通,也就是说,第一通孔的孔径大于或等于第二通道的长度。此种方式简单可靠,方便操作,有利于降低电子设备的漏音问题。
盖板100可以卡接于中框300,也可以螺纹连接于中框300。可选地,第一密封件200可以包括泡棉胶层,盖板100可以通过泡棉胶层粘接于连接部320,粘接的方式简单,便于操作,且粘接后的盖板100与连接部320连接可靠。同时,泡棉胶层可以使得第二通道420的密封性较好,防止声音从盖板100与连接部320之间的间隙传递,避免声音损耗较大,以使声音能够较多地通过第一通道410进行传递,避免电子设备漏音,能够防止麦克风500所拾取的声音较弱,从而使得电子设备的声音特性较好。
在一种可选的实施例中,盖板100与本体部310相贴合的一侧边缘可以开设有第二缺口110,第二缺口110形成第一通道410。盖板100与本体部310贴合的一侧边缘去除部分材料,从而使得盖板100与本体部310之间的第一通道410更大,进而增大了第一通道410的面积,从而使得第一通道410能够传递更多的声音,从而进一步提升电子设备的声音特性。
当然,也可以是本体部310与盖板100相贴合的一侧边缘设有第三缺口,第三缺口形成第一通道410,此方案同样可以实现增大第一通道410面积的目的,从而使得第一通道410能够传递更多的声音,从而进一步提升电子设备的声音特性。可选地,第二缺口110和第三缺口可以为细长条状,当然也 可以为其他形状,本申请实施例中对此不做限制。
在一种可选的实施例中,电子设备还可以包括支架610,支架610具有相互连接的第一部614与第二部615,第一部614抵接于连接部320,第二部615设置于电路板620具有麦克风500的一侧,第二部615具有凹槽611,麦克风500至少部分设置于凹槽611中。凹槽611与电路板620可以形成容纳空间,麦克风500与电路板620电连接,且可以位于容纳空间内,电路板620位于第二部615与中框300之间,且电路板620开设有第一通孔621,以使容纳空间可以通过第一通孔621与第二通孔310连通。容纳空间能够为麦克风500提供独立的音腔,以使麦克风500能够较好地工作,如,容纳空间还能够防护麦克风500,防止麦克风500较容易被灰尘或水汽侵蚀,进而提高麦克风500的可靠性。
为了避免灰尘或水汽进入到电子设备内部,在一种可选地实施例中,电子设备还可以包括第二密封件730,第一部614通过第二密封件730抵接于连接部320。第二密封件730能够密封第一部614与中框300之间的缝隙,防止灰尘或水汽通过第一部614与中框300之间的缝隙进入电子设备内部,从而防止灰尘和水汽损坏电子设备的电子元器件,进而提高电子设备的可靠性。可选地,第二密封件730可以采用硅胶、橡胶等材料制作而成。
具体地,支架610可以为电子设备的主板上盖,也就是屏幕支架,当然还可以为单独用于形成容纳空间的支架;电路板620可以为电子设备的主板或副板,当然还可以为电子设备中单独用于设置麦克风500的电路板,本申请实施例中对支架610和电路板620不做限制。
为了进一步防护麦克风500,在一种可选的实施例中,中框300与电路板620之间设置有第三密封件710,第三密封件710开设有第四通孔711,第四通孔711与第一通孔621相对设置,第二通孔330通过第四通孔711与第一通孔621连通。第三密封件710能够较大程度地封堵灰尘和水汽进入容纳空间,从而防止麦克风500较容易被灰尘或水汽侵蚀,实现进一步防护麦克 风500的目的。同时,第四通孔711的设置使得第三密封件710不会影响声音的传递,以保证电子设备能够正常发声和拾取声音。可选地,第三密封件710可以采用硅胶、橡胶等材料制作。
进一步地,第二部615、电路板620和连接部320可以通过螺纹连接件800紧固连接。此种连接方式的连接稳定性较高,能够使支架610、电路板620和中框300连接可靠,避免中框300与电路板620松动,从而防止第三密封件710的密封效果失效,进而提高第三密封件710的密封可靠性。螺纹连接件800可以为螺栓或螺钉。
更进一步地,第二部615可以具有凸部612,凸部612能够形成凹槽611部分侧壁,螺纹连接件800可以与凸部612相连,以使螺纹连接件800的连接位置靠近第三密封件710,从而能够锁紧靠近第三密封件710的中框300与电路板620,以进一步提高第三密封件710的密封可靠性。螺纹连接件800的连接位置靠近第三密封件710,也就是说,螺纹连接件800与第三密封件710之间的距离不能超过预设距离,预设距离可以为1厘米或1.5厘米,预设距离可以根据电子设备的大小以及中框300的具体结构确定,本申请实施例中对预设距离的具体大小不做限制。
具体地,中框300可以开设有沉台孔350,电路板620可以开设有第三通孔622,凸部612可以开设有螺纹孔613,螺纹连接件800的一端穿过沉台孔350和第三通孔622与螺纹孔613螺纹配合,且螺纹连接件800的另一端压靠在沉台孔350内。此种情况下,螺纹连接件800较难影响电子设备内部其他部件的堆叠,从而方便工作人员设置,且螺纹连接件800不会增加电子设备的厚度。
在一种可选的实施例中,第二通孔330与第四通孔711之间设置有防尘部720,防止灰尘通过麦克风500的导音通道进入容纳空间,从而防止麦克风500较容易被灰尘或水汽侵蚀,进而提高麦克风500的可靠性。需要说明的是,麦克风500的导音通道由第一通孔621、第二通孔330、第二通道420 以及第一通道410连同形成。另外,防尘部720可以夹设在第三密封件710与中框300之间,从而使得中框300无需设置用于安装防尘部720的部件,从而使防尘部720的安装操作简单、方便。防尘部720可以为防尘网。
本申请实施例公开的电子设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、可穿戴设备(例如智能手表)、电子游戏机等设备,本申请实施例不限制电子设备的具体种类。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子设备,其中,包括:
    盖板;
    电路板,所述电路板开设有第一通孔;
    麦克风,所述麦克风设置于所述电路板上,且所述麦克风的拾音孔朝向所述第一通孔;
    中框,所述中框包括用于形成所述电子设备侧壁的本体部和自所述本体部向所述电子设备内延伸的连接部,所述连接部与所述电路板背离所述麦克风的一侧接触,所述连接部设置有第二通孔,所述第二通孔,所述盖板与所述连接部重叠设置,所述盖板与所述本体部之间具有第一通道,所述盖板与所述连接部之间具有第二通道;
    所述第一通孔、所述第二通孔、所述第二通道以及所述第一通道连同并形成导音通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括第一密封件,所述第一密封件设置于所述盖板和所述连接部之间;所述盖板、所述连接部以及所述第一密封件之间具有所述第二通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述连接部开设有安装槽,所述盖板至少部分设置于所述安装槽内,所述第二通孔开设于所述安装槽的槽底,所述第一密封件、所述盖板及所述安装槽形成所述第二通道。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一密封件包括泡棉胶层,所述盖板通过所述泡棉胶层粘接于所述连接部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括支架,所述支架具有相互连接的第一部与第二部,所述第一部抵接于所述连接部,所述第二部设置于所述电路板具有所述麦克风的一侧,所述第二部具有凹槽,所述麦克风至少部分设置于所述凹槽中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括第二密 封件,所述第一部通过所述第二密封件抵接于所述连接部。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二部、所述电路板和所述连接部通过螺纹连接件紧固连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二部具有凸部,所述凸部形成所述凹槽部分侧壁,所述螺纹连接件与所述凸部相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述中框开设有沉台孔,所述电路板开设有第三通孔,所述凸部开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹连接件的一端穿过所述沉台孔和所述第三通孔与所述螺纹孔螺纹配合,且所述螺纹连接件的另一端压靠在所述沉台孔内。
  10. 根据权利要求5至9中任一项所述的电子设备,其中,所述中框与所述电路板之间设置有第三密封件,所述第三密封件开设有第四通孔,所述第四通孔与所述第一通孔相对设置,所述第二通孔通过所述第四通孔与所述第一通孔连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二通孔与所述第四通孔之间设置有防尘部。
