固定座1:支撑脚7有四个且分别设在固定座1底端的四角,固定座1顶端的左右两侧均设有固定单元3,固定单元3包含转轮31、螺杆32、连接板33和压板34,连接板33设在固定座1顶端的一侧,连接板33中部的螺孔与 螺杆32螺纹连接,螺杆32的外侧端设有转轮31,螺杆32的内侧端与压板34外侧面的中部转动连接,压板34的内侧面设有T型槽,压板34的顶端设有保护单元4,可以将不同大小的电动车电机进行固定,同时也便于后续对电动车电机进行更换,进而提高装置的实用性,保护单元4包含卡杆41、T型块42、转轴43、橡胶垫44和安装块45,橡胶垫44外侧面的前后两端均设有T型块42,T型块42与压板34内侧面的T型槽滑动连接,转轴43转动连接在压板34顶端的前侧,转轴43的外侧设有卡杆41,安装块45设在压板34顶端的后侧,安装块45侧面的卡槽与卡杆41相卡接,可以增加压板34内侧面的摩擦力,同时有效的对电动车电机进行保护,并且方便对橡胶垫44进行更换,固定座1顶端的后侧设有测温单元5,测温单元5包含拉手51、滑杆52、L型板53、弹簧54、支撑板55和温度传感器56,L型板53设在固定座1顶端的后侧,L型板53水平方向的滑孔与滑杆52滑动连接,L型板53水平方向的底端设有弹簧54,弹簧54的底端设有支撑板55,支撑板55的顶端中部与滑杆52的底端连接,支撑板55的底端设有温度传感器56,滑杆52的顶端设有拉手51,温度传感器56的输出端电连接控制器12的输入端,可以在对电动车电机进行测试的同时检测其温度的高低,从而在电动车电机过热时可以及时的停止测试,固定座1的底端设有放置单元6,放置单元6包含隔板61、放置盒62、插块63、插槽64和固定架65,固定架65设在固定座1的底端中部,固定架65内部的底端设有插槽64,放置盒62的底端设有插块63,插块63与插槽64相插接,放置盒62的内部设有隔板61,可以将维修工具和电器件进行分类放置,从而便于人员在使用时快速的进行选取;
测试单元2:包含测试器21、电动伸缩杆22、活动块23、丝杠24、固定块25和电机26,固定块25设在固定座1的前侧面,固定块25顶端的凹槽内转动连接有丝杠24,电机26设在固定块25的前侧面,活动块23与固定块25顶端的凹槽内滑动连接,活动块23侧面的螺孔与丝杠24螺纹连接,活动 块23的顶端设有电动伸缩杆22,电动伸缩杆22的顶端设有测试器21,通过测试单元2,可以根据不同大小的电动车电机来调节测试器21的高度,随后将测试器21与电动车电机连接进行测试,从而提高测试的效果;
其中,还包括控制器12,控制器12设在固定块25的左侧面,测试器21、电动伸缩杆22和电机26的输入端电连接控制器12的输出端,控制器12的输入端电连接外部电源的输出端,还包括连接轴8和卡块9,连接轴8有两个且分别转动连接在固定架65前侧面的左右两端,连接轴8的外侧设有卡块9,可以将放置盒62进行固定,从而防止放置盒62出现滑落的问题,还包括伸缩杆10,伸缩杆10有两个且前后对应设在连接板33的内侧面,两个伸缩杆10的内侧端分别与压板34内侧面的两端连接,可以增加压板34移动时的稳定性,同时防止连接处出现断裂,还包括显示屏11,显示屏11设在测试器21的前端,显示屏11的输入端电连接控制器12的输出端,可以方便将测试的数据进行显示,从而便于人员进行查看。
在使用时:接通外部电源,各用电器正常工作,首先将电动车电机放到固定座1的顶端,转动转轮31带动螺杆32转动,使螺杆32带动压板34对电动车电机进行固定,连接板33通过伸缩杆10与压板34连接,伸缩杆10可以增加压板34移动时的稳定性,同时防止连接处出现断裂,压板34内侧面的T型槽与橡胶垫44外侧面的T型块42滑动连接,橡胶垫44可以增加压板34内侧面的摩擦力,同时有效的对电动车电机进行保护,转动转轴43带动卡杆41转动也方便对橡胶垫44进行更换,随后拉动拉手51使弹簧54收缩,当电动车电机固定完成后,松开拉手51使温度传感器56与电动车电机进行接触,这样可以在对电动车电机进行测试的同时检测其温度的高低,从而在电动车电机过热时可以及时的停止测试,最后启动电动伸缩杆22来带动测试器21移动到合适高度,启动电机26带动丝杠24转动,使丝杠24螺纹连接的活动块23与电动车电机进行连接测试,固定座1底端设有固定架65, 固定架65内部底端的插槽64与放置盒62底端的插块63相插接,放置盒62内部还设有隔板61,这样可以将维修工具和电器件进行分类放置,从而便于人员在使用时快速的进行选取,测试器21的前端设有显示屏11,显示屏11可以方便将测试的数据进行显示,从而便于人员进行查看。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种电动车电机测试装置,其特征在于:包括固定座(1)、测试单元(2)、固定单元(3)和支撑脚(7);
    固定座(1):所述支撑脚(7)有四个且分别设在固定座(1)底端的四角,所述固定座(1)顶端的左右两侧均设有固定单元(3),所述固定座(1)顶端的后侧设有测温单元(5),所述固定座(1)的底端设有放置单元(6);
    测试单元(2):包含测试器(21)、电动伸缩杆(22)、活动块(23)、丝杠(24)、固定块(25)和电机(26),所述固定块(25)设在固定座(1)的前侧面,所述固定块(25)顶端的凹槽内转动连接有丝杠(24),所述电机(26)设在固定块(25)的前侧面,所述活动块(23)与固定块(25)顶端的凹槽内滑动连接,所述活动块(23)侧面的螺孔与丝杠(24)螺纹连接,所述活动块(23)的顶端设有电动伸缩杆(22),所述电动伸缩杆(22)的顶端设有测试器(21);
    其中,还包括控制器(12),所述控制器(12)设在固定块(25)的左侧面,所述测试器(21)、电动伸缩杆(22)和电机(26)的输入端电连接控制器(12)的输出端,所述控制器(12)的输入端电连接外部电源的输出端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车电机测试装置,其特征在于:所述固定单元(3)包含转轮(31)、螺杆(32)、连接板(33)和压板(34),所述连接板(33)设在固定座(1)顶端的一侧,所述连接板(33)中部的螺孔与螺杆(32)螺纹连接,所述螺杆(32)的外侧端设有转轮(31),所述螺杆(32)的内侧端与压板(34)外侧面的中部转动连接,所述压板(34)的内侧面设有T型槽,所述压板(34)的顶端设有保护单元(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动车电机测试装置,其特征在于:所述保护单元(4)包含卡杆(41)、T型块(42)、转轴(43)、橡胶垫(44)和安装块(45),所述橡胶垫(44)外侧面的前后两端均设有T型块(42), 所述T型块(42)与压板(34)内侧面的T型槽滑动连接,所述转轴(43)转动连接在压板(34)顶端的前侧,所述转轴(43)的外侧设有卡杆(41),所述安装块(45)设在压板(34)顶端的后侧,所述安装块(45)侧面的卡槽与卡杆(41)相卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车电机测试装置,其特征在于:所述测温单元(5)包含拉手(51)、滑杆(52)、L型板(53)、弹簧(54)、支撑板(55)和温度传感器(56),所述L型板(53)设在固定座(1)顶端的后侧,所述L型板(53)水平方向的滑孔与滑杆(52)滑动连接,所述L型板(53)水平方向的底端设有弹簧(54),所述弹簧(54)的底端设有支撑板(55),所述支撑板(55)的顶端中部与滑杆(52)的底端连接,所述支撑板(55)的底端设有温度传感器(56),所述滑杆(52)的顶端设有拉手(51),所述温度传感器(56)的输出端电连接控制器(12)的输入端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车电机测试装置,其特征在于:所述放置单元(6)包含隔板(61)、放置盒(62)、插块(63)、插槽(64)和固定架(65),所述固定架(65)设在固定座(1)的底端中部,所述固定架(65)内部的底端设有插槽(64),所述放置盒(62)的底端设有插块(63),所述插块(63)与插槽(64)相插接,所述放置盒(62)的内部设有隔板(61)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电动车电机测试装置,其特征在于:还包括连接轴(8)和卡块(9),所述连接轴(8)有两个且分别转动连接在固定架(65)前侧面的左右两端,所述连接轴(8)的外侧设有卡块(9)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动车电机测试装置,其特征在于:还包括伸缩杆(10),所述伸缩杆(10)有两个且前后对应设在连接板(33)的内侧面,两个伸缩杆(10)的内侧端分别与压板(34)内侧面的两端连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车电机测试装置,其特征在于:还包括显示屏(11),所述显示屏(11)设在测试器(21)的前端,所述显示屏 (11)的输入端电连接控制器(12)的输出端。
