Description

一种粉碎彻底的粉料辊压机 技术领域
本发明涉及水泥制造领域,尤其涉及一种粉碎彻底的粉料辊压机。
背景技术
目前在制造水泥时,需要对熟料、火山灰、小碎石和石膏等材料进行辊压成粉,用于制备水泥,而熟料、火山灰和石膏粒度都能达到要求,唯独小碎石是通过破碎机破损大型矿山石而成,在破碎机新换锤头时,小碎石粒度很小,能满足辊压机的粒度要求。当锤头磨损一段时间后,尤其是后期,出破碎机小碎石粒度严重超标,平均粒度达60mm,最大的直径超过120mm,从而造成辊压机振动增大,***跳停。因此在加工时需要格外注意原料的粒径,目前一般都是现将原料进行初道研磨工艺后再送入辊压机中,增加了一道工序导致加工时间增加,且并不是所有来料都是不合格的,统一进行研磨会出现重复作业的情况,而单独进行分筛又浪费时间。因此,解决粉料辊压机在辊压时由于原材料粒度过大导致设备振动增大的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的提供一种粉碎彻底的粉料辊压机,通过动力电机带动挤压辊转动,进而对物料进行辊压,并且在上料时可以选用上料斗进行辅助上料,并且通过过滤筛网对原料的粒度进行选取,一边上料一边选取,提高工作效率,并且将粒度较大的原料送至粉碎盒内进行粉碎,避免由于原料粒度较大导致设备振动增大的问 题。
本发明提供一种粉碎彻底的粉料辊压机,包括底座,所述底座上设置有运料轨道,所述运料轨道上方设置有挤压辊,所述挤压辊的数量为两个,且水平设置,所述底座上设置有动力电机,所述挤压辊两端设置有传动齿轮,动力电机通过传动链连接在传动齿轮上,通过动力电机带动挤压辊转动,所述挤压辊上方设置有上料斗,所述上料斗的下端设置有过滤筛网,所述过滤筛网的两端设置有伸缩气缸,通过伸缩气缸的反复伸缩带动过滤筛网晃动,所述过滤筛网的一侧设置有下料斜道,所述下料斜道下端设置有粉碎盒,所述粉碎盒内设置有粉碎磨,通过粉碎磨对超过标准的粉料进行二次磨碎。
进一步改进在于:所述挤压辊旁设置有清除铲,所述清除铲贴在挤压辊身上,避免挤压辊在粉碎物料时由物料粘在挤压辊上,影响粉碎效果。
进一步改进在于:所述下料斜道上设置有吹气嘴,通过吹气嘴连接在气泵上,对下料斜道内进行吹气,辅助下料。
进一步改进在于:所述运料轨道末端设置有下料槽,通过下料槽对分料进行下料,所述下料槽下端设置有回料管道,通过回料管道连接下料槽和上料斗,所述回料管道上设置有辅助风机,通过辅助风机辅助进行回料。
本发明的有益效果:通过动力电机带动挤压辊转动,进而对物料进行辊压,并且在上料时可以选用上料斗进行辅助上料,并且通过过滤筛网对原料的粒度进行选取,一边上料一边选取,提高工作效率, 并且将粒度较大的原料送至粉碎盒内进行粉碎,避免由于原料粒度较大导致设备振动增大的问题,并且通过清除铲清除粘附在挤压辊上的原材料,避免挤压辊在粉碎物料时由物料粘在挤压辊上,影响粉碎效果。

如图1所述,本实施例提供一种粉碎彻底的粉料辊压机,包括底座1,所述底座1上设置有运料轨道2,所述运料轨道2上方设置有挤压辊3,所述挤压辊3的数量为两个,且水平设置,所述底座1上设置有动力电机4,所述挤压辊3两端设置有传动齿轮5,动力电机4通过传动链6连接在传动齿轮5上,通过动力电机4带动挤压辊3转动,所述挤压辊3上方设置有上料斗7,所述上料斗7的下端设置有过滤筛网8,所述过滤筛网8的两端设置有伸缩气缸9,通过伸缩气缸9的反复伸缩带动过滤筛网8晃动,所述过滤筛网8的一侧设置有 下料斜道10,所述下料斜道10下端设置有粉碎盒11,所述粉碎盒11内设置有粉碎磨12,通过粉碎磨12对超过标准的粉料进行二次磨碎。所述挤压辊3旁设置有清除铲13,所述清除铲13贴在挤压辊3身上,避免挤压辊3在粉碎物料时由物料粘在挤压辊3上,影响粉碎效果。所述下料斜道10上设置有吹气嘴14,通过吹气嘴14连接在气泵上,对下料斜道10内进行吹气,辅助下料。所述运料轨道2末端设置有下料槽15,通过下料槽15对分料进行下料,所述下料槽15下端设置有回料管道16,通过回料管道16连接下料槽15和上料斗7,所述回料管道16上设置有辅助风机17,通过辅助风机17辅助进行回料。通过动力电机4带动挤压辊3转动,进而对物料进行辊压,并且在上料时可以选用上料斗7进行辅助上料,并且通过过滤筛网8对原料的粒度进行选取,一边上料一边选取,提高工作效率,并且将粒度较大的原料送至粉碎盒11内进行粉碎,避免由于原料粒度较大导致设备振动增大的问题,并且通过清除铲13清除粘附在挤压辊3上的原材料,避免挤压辊3在粉碎物料时由物料粘在挤压辊3上,影响粉碎效果。

  1. 一种粉碎彻底的粉料辊压机,包括底座(1),所述底座(1)上设置有运料轨道(2),所述运料轨道(2)上方设置有挤压辊(3),所述挤压辊(3)的数量为两个,且水平设置,所述底座(1)上设置有动力电机(4),所述挤压辊(3)两端设置有传动齿轮(5),动力电机(4)通过传动链(6)连接在传动齿轮(5)上,通过动力电机(4)带动挤压辊(3)转动,其特征在于:所述挤压辊(3)上方设置有上料斗(7),所述上料斗(7)的下端设置有过滤筛网(8),所述过滤筛网(8)的两端设置有伸缩气缸(9),通过伸缩气缸(9)的反复伸缩带动过滤筛网(8)晃动,所述过滤筛网(8)的一侧设置有下料斜道(10),所述下料斜道(10)下端设置有粉碎盒(11),所述粉碎盒(11)内设置有粉碎磨(12),通过粉碎磨(12)对超过标准的粉料进行二次磨碎。
