自动研磨机 技术领域
本实用新型属于机电设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种自动研磨机。
背景技术
目前电子技术飞速发展的,为了观察某些零件的内部结构需要采用到X-ray或者CT的技术,但是由于角度的问题,各个角度成像不同,X-ray或者CT不能准确的确认到的结果不一定非常准确,切片作为最直观的判断其结构的方法,在目前电子领域应用广泛。目前,金相切片研磨机广泛用于IC元件、PCB板等质量金相分析***中微切片的研磨、抛光,使其表面平整光亮,以易于分析,但目前切片研磨的方式主要依靠人力手工研磨,需要手动按压切片固定,目前市场缺少一种自动研磨机,通过用自动按压取代人工按压。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是一种自动研磨机,该研磨机主要解决研磨机自动化程度不高的问题,通过增加按压装置实现自动按压,按压装置配有特定的夹持机构保证按压的稳定性,节省了人力成本,具有明显的经济效益。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的采用的一个技术方案是:一种自动研磨机,包括研磨机本体和设于所述研磨机本体的样品按压装置、研磨盘和喷水装置,所述样品按压装置包括第一摆臂、第二摆臂和用于夹持样品的夹持结构,所述第一摆臂的一端安装所述夹持结构,且另一端与所述第二摆臂的一端通过第一关节转动连接,所述第二摆臂的另一端通过第二关节点安装于所述研磨机本体,通过按压环能够将样品按压于所述研磨盘;
所述夹持结构包括第一夹块、第二夹块、拉伸轴、第一活动臂、第二活动臂、第三活动臂和第四活动臂,所述第二活动臂和第三活动臂与第一连接点铰接,所述第一活动臂和第四活动臂与第二连接点铰接,所述第一连接点 和第二连接点位于拉伸轴上,所述拉伸轴可活动,所述第一夹块和第二夹块之间设有活塞台,所述拉伸轴穿过活塞台中间的活塞孔,所述第一夹块和第二夹块通过铰链与活塞台连接,所述第一夹块和第二夹块通过V字型凹槽将样品抱紧,所述第一连接块和第二连接块可活动,所述拉伸轴中间留有一排螺丝孔,所述第一摆臂套在活动轴上通过第一螺栓与拉伸轴固定;
所述喷水装置包括排水槽和喷水头,所述喷水头皆对准所述研磨盘,所述排水槽设于所述研磨盘的外周,且所述排水槽与外部排水管连通。
进一步地说,所述按压装置通过固定台与研磨机连接,所述固定台成圆锥状,所述固定台中间留有1-2cm间隙,所述第二螺栓从右侧壁穿过第二摆臂一端的圆环连接到左侧壁,所述固定台为塑料台。
进一步地说,所述第一夹块和第二夹块的材料为刚性材质的夹块。
进一步地说,所述第一活动臂和第四活动臂长度8cm。
进一步地说,所述第二活动臂和第三活动臂长度6cm。
进一步地说,所述活塞台中间的活塞孔直径15mm,所述活塞直径13mm。本实用新型的有益效果至少具有以下几点:
本实用新型使用方便灵活,可自动按压需要研磨的样品,取代人工按压,按压效果稳定,适应不同大小的样品;
具体如下:
1.本实用新型包括研磨机本体和设于所述研磨机本体的样品按压装置、研磨盘和喷水装置,当研磨盘转动时通过按压装置将样品按压在研磨盘上,本实用新型的按压装置上设有按压样品的接块,两个夹块之间的间距可以通过连接机构调节,可以适用于不同大小的样品,本实用新型本体的排水机构和厂内的污水处理***相连接,污水可集中处理;
2.本实用新型的按压装置通过固定台与研磨机相连接,固定台的固定台中间留有间隙,固定台是韧性材质的固定台,通过螺栓控制两个缝隙的大小从而达到夹持摆臂的效果,防止摆臂在研磨过程中晃动;
