Description
VARIABLE AUTOMATIC ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMER CAPABLE OF WORKING UNDER DIFFERENT VOLTAGES USED FOR STABILIZERS REGULATORS AND ISOLATORS
The following specification particularly describes the invention
FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to the field of Electrical Energy. Still further, this invention relates to utilization of appropriate electrical power for operation of various equipments using Electrical Transformers. Furthermore, this invention relates to a Variable Automatic Electrical Transformer, which is capable of working under different voltages used for stabilizers, regulators and isolators.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Lack of availability of quality Electrical Power for various Industrial Applications is a serious problem faced by many people nowadays. Especially, for highly specialized operations which require, supply of Electrical Power with desired voltages is of critical importance. Similar to the term‘Black Outs’ used for refer instances of lack of availability of power and power outages the term‘Brown Outs’ too have become common nowadays, to denote unintentional drop of power due to voltage reduction.
Sudden drop in voltages have a telling effect on the performance of costly gadgets which depend upon Electrical energy for their operations.
Drastic fluctuations in Voltages, lead to great losses in terms of monetary terms also for industries.
Hence, there requires a of Fast response Variable Electrical transformer system , which can be used in the Low voltage, and medium voltage Stabilizers, Regulators and Isolators.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION: -
It is a primary object of the present invention to provide a Variable Electrical Transformer system, which can be used in Low Voltage, medium voltage stabilizers, regulators and Isolators.
It is still an object of the present invention to provide an online monitoring facility of the phase and amplitude of the voltage and current wave forms. And provide realtime output for monitoring and control applications
Still further it is an object of the present invention to provide an Analytic comparator which is a dynamically monitoring micro controller with adaptive firm ware to compare a cycle to cycle variations in the input supply system, and giving feed back for dynamic adjustments
Furthermore, a unique Digital module which processes the output of the Analytic Comparator & Current limiter circuit and to give the control commands to an isolated activator which can convert the commands to activity of the equipment and the module is also capable of displaying of all voltages/ currents and the high low cut offs, all built in. A communication interface is also adapted whereby this equipment will be capable of using IOT ( Internet of Things)
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Voltage & Current sensors
Adopting the state of art sensing technology for online monitoring of the phase and amplitude of the voltage and current wave forms. This gives realtime output for monitoring and control applications.
Analytic Comparator
The Analytic comparator is a dynamically monitoring micro controller with adaptive firm ware to compare a cycle to cycle variations in the input supply system, and giving feed back for dynamic adjustments.
Signal Processor/ Signal Amplifier
This is a unique Digital module which processes the out put of the Analytic Comparator & Current limiter circuit and gives the control commands to an isolated activator which converts the commands to activity of the equipment. This module also has the display of all voltages/ currents and the high low cut offs, all built in. A communication interface is also adapted whereby this equipment will be IOT ready
Isolated activator
A single stage converter which converts all the control commands to activate a linear motor which will smoothly run a stepless linear Varistat.
Linear Motor
The unique concept of linear motor using the magnetic effect of the rotating machine for a linear and smooth motion involving the High response varistat .Response time of the motor is in milliseconds.
Stepless Linear Varistat
The Invenion has found a way to smoothly vary the voltage and current in a conductive environment without any switching or without any breakages in the wave form. This varistat will dynamically vary the voltage in the circuit without any spikes/distortions/ any power quality issues.
It has been developed by for the first time the above 4 propreitary items calls for the product IHRV( Intelligent High Response Varistat), to add up to the innovation.
The invention is envisaged to provide the following benefits
Fast response variation & correction in voltages
No rotating parts , hence less wear & Tear
Power quality improvement ( Fast correction of supply voltage systems)
Less bulky and lower electricity loss.
Ease of programming and remote control.
Future ready (IOT & Cloud enabled).
