Abstract
The present invention relates to a dry-type surface treatment apparatus for nano powders using UV-ozone (UVO) and aims to increase the probability of contact between UV-ozone and nano powders, thereby increasing the surface treatment efficiency by UV-ozone. A reaction container for the dry-type surface treatment apparatus for nano powders according to the present invention comprises: a reaction tube having UV permeability and an internal space to contain nano powders therein; and a divider, formed inside the reaction tube, for stirring nano powders contained in the reaction tube to increase the contact probability of the nano powders with UV-ozone in the reaction tube upon rotation of the reaction tube.
