ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)は、主鎖に炭酸エステル結合(-O-C(=O)-O-)を有する高分子化合物であればよく、特に制限はない。

ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)は、エステル前駆体(2官能性カルボン酸(テレフタル酸等)またはそのエステル形成誘導体等)の存在下で、2価フェノールとカーボネート前駆体とを反応させて得られるポリエステル-ポリカーボネート樹脂であってもよい。
ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)は、種々のポリカーボネート樹脂の混合物であってもよい。
ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)の粘度平均分子量は、粘度法により算出することができ、15,000~30,000が好ましく、17,000~25,000がより好ましい。粘度平均分子量が前記範囲内であれば、ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の成形性が優れる傾向にある。なお、粘度法はメチレンクロライドを溶媒とし、ウベローデ型粘度計を用い、25.0℃で測定する。
ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)は、メチルメタクリレートに由来する構成単位(b1)を85~100質量%含む。ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の耐衝撃性および耐熱性が向上する傾向にあることから、ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)の構成単位の合計100質量%中、メチルメタクリレートに由来する構成単位(b1)を90~100質量%含むことが好ましく、95~99質量%含むことがさらに好ましい。
他の単量体に由来する構成単位(b2)を構成する他の単量体としては、例えば、メチルアクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニル(メタ)アクリレート、ナフチル(メタ)アクリレート、ラウリル(メタ)アクリレート等の(メタ)アクリレート単量体;スチレン、α-メチルスチレン、p-メチルスチレン、o-メチルスチレン、t-ブチルスチレン、o-エチルスチレン、p-クロロスチレン、o-クロロスチレン、2,4-ジクロロスチレン、p-メトキシスチレン、o-メトキシスチレン、2,4-ジメチルスチレン等の芳香族ビニル系単量体;アクリロニトリル、メタアクリロニトリル等のシアン化ビニル系単量体;無水マレイン酸等のα,β-不飽和カルボン酸;N-フェニルマレイミド、N-メチルマレイミド、N-シクロヘキシルマレイミド等のマレイミド系単量体;グリシジルメタクリレート等のグリシジル基含有単量体;ビニルメチルエーテル、ビニルエチルエーテル等のビニルエーテル系単量体;酢酸ビニル、酪酸ビニル等のカルボン酸ビニル系単量体;エチレン、プロピレン、イソブチレン等のオレフィン系単量体;ブタジエン、イソプレン、ジメチルブタジエン等のジエン系単量体を挙げることができる。これらの他の単量体の中では、成形体の耐熱性に優れる観点から、アクリレートが好ましく、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、プロピルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレートがより好ましい。これらの他の単量体は、単独であるいは2種以上混合して用いることができる。
成形体の耐熱性が向上する傾向にあることから、ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)の構成単位の合計100質量%中、他の単量体に由来する構成単位(b2)を0~20質量%含むことが好ましく、0~10質量%含むことがより好ましく、1~5質量%含むことがさらに好ましい。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)を含有することにより、ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の耐衝撃性が向上する傾向にある。
前記ゴム質重合体(C1)としては、例えばジエン系ゴム、ジエン-アクリル複合ゴム、アクリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、及びアクリル-シリコーン複合ゴムからなる群より選ばれる1つ以上が挙げられる。ゴム質重合体(C1)は、耐候性に優れることから、アクリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、アクリル-シリコーン複合ゴムからなる群より選ばれる1つ以上であることが好ましい。
ゴム質重合体(C1)は、ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)の総質量に対して50~99質量%含まれることが好ましい。
前記ゴム質重合体(C1)には、特に限定されないが、以下に説明するポリジエン系ゴム質重合体(C1-1)、ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系ゴム質重合体(C1-2)、ポリオルガノシロキサン系ゴム質重合体(C1-3)等を用いることができる。
ポリジエン系ゴム質重合体(C1-1)はジエン系単量体に由来する構成単位を含む。また、必要に応じて他の単量体に由来する構成単位を有していてもよい。特に、ガラス転移温度が-20℃以下の構成単位を有する重合体であることが好ましい。構成単位は1種を単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系ゴム質重合体(C1-2)はアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体に由来する構成単位を含む。また、必要に応じて他の単量体に由来する構成単位を有していてもよい。特に、ガラス転移温度が-20℃以下の構成単位を有する重合体であることが好ましい。構成単位は1種を単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
ポリオルガノシロキサン系ゴム質重合体(C1-3)は、ポリオルガノシロキサン(C1-3-1)を含む。
ポリオルガノシロキサン(C1-3-1)は、オルガノシロキサン、ポリオルガノシロキサン用グラフト交叉剤(以下、「シロキサン交叉剤」という。)、必要に応じてポリオルガノシロキサン用架橋剤(以下、「シロキサン架橋剤」という。)および末端封鎖基を有するシロキサンオリゴマー等から成るオルガノシロキサン混合物を乳化重合して得られる。
RSiR1 n(OR2)(3-n) 式(I)
式(I)中、R1は、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、またはフェニル基を示す。R2は、アルコキシ基における有機基を示し、例えば、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、またはフェニル基を挙げることができる。nは、0、1または2を示す。Rは、式(I-1)~(I-4)で表されるいずれかの基を示す。

これらの式中、R3およびR4は、それぞれ、水素またはメチル基を示し、pは1~6の整数を示す。
末端封鎖基を有するシロキサンオリゴマーとしては、例えば、ヘキサメチルジシロキサン、1,3-ビス(3-グリシドキシプロピル)テトラメチルジシロキサン、1,3-ビス(3-アミノプロピル)テトラメチルジシロキサン、メトキシトリメチルシランを挙げることができる。
本発明において、ポリオルガノシロキサン系ゴム質重合体(C1-3)は、ポリオルガノシロキサン(C1-3-1)と複合ゴム用ビニル重合体とを含む、ポリオルガノシロキサン複合ゴム(C1-3-2)であってもよい。
複合ゴム用ビニル重合体は、複合ゴム用ビニル単量体と、必要に応じて架橋性単量体またはアクリル交叉剤とを重合して得られる。
ビニル単量体(c2)としては、例えばメチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、n-プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、i-プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、n-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、i-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、t-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、スチレン、α-メチルスチレン、ビニルトルエン、クロルスチレン、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリルが挙げられる。これらは1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の耐熱性に優れる傾向にあることから、ビニル単量体(c2)としては、アクリロニトリル、メチル(メタ)アクリレートおよびスチレンが好ましい。また、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)との相溶性に優れ、その結果得られるポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の耐衝撃性に優れる傾向にあることから、ビニル単量体(c2)はメチルメタクリレートを50~100質量%含むことが好ましく、70~100質量%含むことがより好ましく、90~100質量%含むことがさらに好ましい。
ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)は、ゴム質重合体(C1)にビニル単量体(c2)をグラフトして得られる。
グラフト重合の方法は特に限定されないが、ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)の粒子径の制御がしやすく、コア・シェル構造を容易に形成できるという理由から、乳化重合が好ましい。乳化重合法としては、単量体の一括添加重合、単量体の連続添加重合、多段階重合などの一般に知られている乳化重合法を採用することができる。乳化剤の添加も単量体の添加と同様の方法を採用することができる。グラフト層は1層であっても2層以上であってもかまわない。
ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)のラテックスの凝析方法は、例えば、ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)のラテックスを、凝析剤を溶解させた熱水と接触させ、攪拌しながら重合体を凝析させてスラリーとし、生成した析出物を脱水、洗浄、乾燥する方法が挙げられる。
ゴム質重合体(C1)の重合方法は特に限定されないが、水系では乳化重合や懸濁重合、溶液系では溶液重合などが挙げられる。ゴム質重合体(C1)の粒子径の制御がしやすく、コア・シェル構造のゴム粒子が得られやすい点で、乳化重合が好ましい。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)とポリメチルメタクリレート(B)とゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)を含む。本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、必要に応じてポリカーボネート樹脂(A)とポリメチルメタクリレート(B)とゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)以外の他の成分を含んでいてもよい。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、必要に応じて各種添加剤(酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、求核剤、滑剤、難燃化剤等)、各種フィラー(ガラス、マイカ、ゴム粒子等)等を含んでいてもよい。
B/C=ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)の質量部÷ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)の質量部
ビニル重合体が、シアン化ビニル単量体単位、芳香族ビニル単量体単位、(メタ)アクリレート単位から選択される1つ以上を合計85~100質量%含み、
該樹脂組成物が下記条件1~4を満足し得る。
条件1:
厚さ2mmの成形体を、JIS K7361-1に準じて測定した全光線透過率が10~40%。
条件2:
厚さ2mmの成形体を、JIS K5600-5-4に準じて測定した鉛筆硬度がHB以上。
条件3:
JIS K7111に準じて、厚さ4mmの成形体を23℃で測定したノッチ付シャルピー衝撃強度が20~90kJ/m2。
条件4:
ISO1133に準じて、温度280℃、荷重5kgfで測定したメルトマスフローレートが30~90g/10分。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)とポリメチルメタクリレート(B)とゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)と、必要に応じて他の成分とを溶融混練することによって製造することができる。
溶融混練装置としては、例えば、バンバリーミキサ、ニーダ、ロール、ニーダールーダ、単軸押出機、二軸押出機、多軸押出機等が挙げられる。
本発明において、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)とポリメチルメタクリレート(B)との合計100質量%のうち、ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)が10~40質量%が好ましく、15~30質量%がより好ましい。ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)が10質量%以上であると成形体の表面硬度が優れる傾向にあり、40質量%以下であると成形体の耐衝撃性が優れる傾向にある。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、射出成形法、押出成形法、圧縮成形法等の公知の方法で成形体とすることができる。成形方法としては、所望の形状に成形できる点から、射出成形法、押出成形法が好ましい。
(構成単位の割合)
重合体の各構成単位の割合は、単量体の仕込み量から計算した。
(質量平均分子量)
テトラヒドロフラン(THF)に溶解した重合体について、4本のカラム(東ソー(株)、TSKgel SuperHZM-M)を搭載したゲル浸透クロマトグラフィ(GPC、東ソー(株)、HLC8220)によって40℃における溶出曲線を測定し、標準ポリスチレンによる検量線を基に重合体の質量平均分子量を算出した。
(メルトマスフローレート)
ISO1133に準じて、温度280℃、荷重5kgfで測定した。
(全光線透過率)
JIS K7361-1に準拠し、厚さ2mmのシート状の成形体の全光線透過率を測定した。
(鉛筆硬度)
JIS K 5600-5-4に準拠し、厚さ2mmのシート状の成形体の表面の鉛筆硬度を測定した。
(ノッチ付シャルピー衝撃強度)
JIS K7111に準じて、厚さ4mmの成形体を23℃で測定した。
撹拌機、冷却管および温度計を備えた容量1200Lの反応容器内に、17%水酸化カリウム水溶液61.6部、アクリエステルM(三菱ケミカル(株)製メタクリル酸メチル、商品名)19.1部および脱イオン水19.3部を仕込んだ。次いで、反応装置内の液を室温にて撹拌し、発熱ピークを確認した後、更に4時間撹拌した。この後、反応装置内の反応液を室温まで冷却してメタクリル酸カリウム水溶液を得た。
撹拌機、冷却管および温度計を備えた重合装置中に、脱イオン水200部、硫酸ナトリウム(Na2SO4)0.3部および製造例1で製造した分散剤(1)(固形分10質量%)0.26部を入れて撹拌して、均一な水溶液とした。次に、メチルメタクリレートに由来する構成単位(b1)を構成する単量体としてアクリエステルM(三菱ケミカル(株)製、メチルメタクリレート、商品名)98.5部、および他の単量体に由来する構成単位(b2)を構成する単量体としてメチルアクリレート(和光純薬(株)製、試薬特級)1.5部、および連鎖移動剤として1-オクチルメルカプタン(東京化成工業(株)製)1部、重合開始剤としてAMBN(日油(株)製、2,2-アゾビス-2-メチルブチロニトリル、商品名)0.3部を加え、水性分散液とした。次いで、重合装置内を十分に窒素置換し、水性分散液を75℃に昇温してから3時間保持した後に85℃に昇温して1.5時間保持した。その後、反応液を40℃に冷却して、重合体(B-1)の水性懸濁液を得た。この水性懸濁液を濾過布で濾過し、濾過物を脱イオン水で洗浄し、75℃で18時間乾燥して、重合体(B-1)を得た。
連鎖移動剤である1-オクチルメルカプタンの添加量を「表1」の通りに変更した以外は製造例2と同様にして、重合体(B-2)~(B-4)を合成した。重合体(B-1)~(B-4)の質量平均分子量を「表1」に示す。
環状オルガノシロキサン混合物(信越シリコーン(株)製、製品名:DMC)を97.5部、テトラエトキシシラン(TEOS)を2部およびγ-メタクリロイロキシプロピルジメトキシメチルシラン(DSMA)を0.5部、混合してオルガノシロキサン混合物100部を得た。ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム(DBSNa)を0.68部、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸(DBSH)を0.68部、脱イオン水200部中に溶解した水溶液を、前記混合物中に添加し、ホモミキサーにて10000rpmで2分間撹拌した後、ホモジナイザーに20MPaの圧力で2回通し、安定な予備混合エマルションを得た。
次いで、冷却コンデンサーを備えた容量5Lのセパラブルフラスコ内に前記エマルションを仕込んだ。該エマルションを85℃に加熱し、6時間維持して重合反応させた後、25℃に冷却し、室温で12時間保持した。その後、5%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を添加して反応液をpH7.0に中和して、ポリオルガノシロキサン(C-1-1)のラテックスを得た。
このラテックスの固形分は28.3%であった。また、このラテックスの数平均粒子径(Dn)は86nm、質量平均粒子径(Dw)は254nmであり、Dw/Dnは2.95であった。
製造例6において得たポリオルガノシロキサン(C-1-1)のラテックスをポリマー換算で9.9部、容量5Lのセパラブルフラスコ内に採取し、脱イオン水100部を添加混合した。次いでこのセパラブルフラスコ内に、アクリル酸n-ブチル(n-BA)77.5部、メタクリル酸アリル(AMA)1.6部、tert-ブチルハイドロパーオキサイド(t-BH)0.25部の混合物を添加した。
このセパラブルフラスコ内に窒素気流を通じることによりフラスコ内雰囲気の窒素置換を行い、液温を50℃まで昇温した。50℃となった時点で硫酸第一鉄(Fe)0.001部、エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウム塩(EDTA)0.003部、ナトリウムホルムアルデヒドスルホキシレート(SFS)0.3部を脱イオン水2.5部に溶解させた水溶液を添加し、ラジカル重合を開始した。アクリレート成分の重合を完結させるため、液温65℃の状態を1時間維持し、ポリオルガノシロキサンとn-BAとの複合ゴム(C-1-2)のラテックスを得た。
次いで、酢酸カルシウムの濃度が1質量%の水溶液500部を、30℃に維持して撹拌しながら、この中にゴム含有グラフト重合体(C-1)のラテックス300部を徐々に滴下し凝固した。得られたゴム含有グラフト重合体(C-1)を濾過、脱水した。さらに、ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C-1)100部に対して10倍量の水を加えたあと、撹拌機のついたフラスコ内にて10分間洗浄を行い、濾過、脱水した。この操作を2回繰り返した後、乾燥させてゴム含有グラフト重合体(C-1)の粉体を得た。
テトラエトキシシラン(TEOS)2部、γ-メタクリロイロキシプロピルジメトキシメチルシラン(DSMA)2部及び、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン(株)製、製品名:TSF404)96部を混合してオルガノシロキサン混合物100部を得た。脱イオン水150部中にドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム(DBSNa)1部を溶解した水溶液を、前記混合物中に添加し、ホモミキサーにて10,000rpmで5分間攪拌した後、ホモジナイザーに20MPaの圧力で2回通し、安定な予備混合エマルションを得た。
次いで、冷却コンデンサーを備えた容量5リットルのセパラブルフラスコ内に、上記エマルションを入れた。該エマルションを温度80℃に加熱し、次いで硫酸0.20部と蒸留水49.8部との混合物を3分間にわたり連続的に投入した。温度80℃に加熱した状態を7時間維持して重合反応させた後、室温(25℃)に冷却し、得られた反応液を室温で6時間保持した。その後、5%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を添加して反応液をpH7.0に中和して、ポリオルガノシロキサンゴムのラテックス(C-2-1)を得た。
このラテックスの固形分は29.8%であった。また、数平均粒子径(Dn)は384nm、質量平均粒子径(Dw)は403nmであり、Dw/Dnは1.05であった。
製造例8において得たポリオルガノシロキサンゴムのラテックス(C-2-1)をポリマー換算で29.5部、容量5リットルのセパラブルフラスコ内に採取し、脱イオン水100部を添加混合した。次いでこのセパラブルフラスコ内に、n-ブチルアクリレート(n-BA)58.9部、アリルメタクリレート(AMA)1.8部、tert-ブチルハイドロパーオキサイド(t-BH)0.25部の混合物を添加した。
次いで、製造例7と同様に凝析を行って、ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C-2)の粉体を得た。
1,3-ブタジエン100質量部、t-ドデシルメルカプタン0.4質量部、混合脂肪酸カリウム(日油(株)製、商品名ノンサールTK-1)1.25質量部、ロジン酸カリウム(東邦化学工業(株)製、商品名ディプロジン)1.25部、ジイソプロピルベンゼンハイドロパーオキサイド0.24部、脱イオン水200部をオートクレーブ中に仕込み、昇温して43℃となった時点で、Fe0.003部、デキストロース0.3部、ピロリン酸ナトリウム0.3部、脱イオン水5部からなるレドックス系開始剤をオートクレーブ内に添加し、重合を開始した後、さらに60℃まで昇温した。重合開始から8時間反応させて、ゴムラテックス(C-3-1)を得た。
Fe0.003部、EDTA0.009部、SFS0.3部、牛脂酸カリウム1.73部、ジアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム2.5部、脱イオン水200部を反応容器内に仕込み、内温を60℃に昇温した後、n-BA85部、メタクリル酸15部、クメンハイドロパーオキサイド0.5部からなる混合物を、2時間にわたり連続滴下で投入して重合させた。さらに2時間撹拌を続け、酸基含有共重合体ラテックス(K-1)を得た。
ゴムラテックス(C-3-1)をポリマー固形分として100質量部を反応容器に仕込み、内温50℃にてポリマー固形分として2質量部の酸基含有共重合体ラテックス(K-1)を加えて30分間保持してゴムラテックス(C-3-1)中のゴム質重合体を肥大化させた。次いで、固形分として0.4部のアルケニルコハク酸ジカリウム(花王(株)製、商品名ラテムルASK)を添加して安定化させ、(肥大化ゴムラテックス(C-3-2)を得た。
反応容器に、ゴムラテックス(C-3-2)をポリマー固形分として75部仕込み、内温を70℃に昇温した後、SFS0.3部を脱イオン水10部に溶解させた水溶液を添加した。内温を70℃に保ちながら、以下の混合物を30分かけて滴下した後、40分間保持して1段目のグラフト重合を行った。

ブタジエン系ゴムをコアとし、シェルがスチレン単位、アクリロニトリル単位からなるゴム含有グラフト重合体UMG ABS(株)製、商品名EX18Aをゴム含有グラフト重合体(C-4)として用いた。
ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)としてユーピロンS-2000F(三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス(株)製(芳香族ポリカーボネート、粘度平均分子量:23,000)を74部、ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)として重合体(B-3)を26部の合計100部に対し、ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)として製造例7で作製したゴム含有グラフト重合体(C-1)5.3部をポリエチレン製の袋に入れた。ポリエチレン製の袋を手でよく振ってポリエチレン製の袋内に添加したものをハンドブレンドした後、二軸押出機((株)池貝製、商品名:PCM30)を用いて280℃で溶融混練し、押出されたストランドをペレット状にカットし、ペレットを得た。
ペレットを、射出成形機(住友重機械工業社製、SE100DU)を用いて成形温度280℃および金型温度80℃で成形し、各評価に応じた厚さのシート状の成形体を得た。評価結果を「表2」に示す。
実施例1において用いた各原料の種類および量を「表2」に示す条件に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして各評価に応じた厚さのシート状の成形体を得た。評価結果を「表2」に示す。

比較例1では、ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)の質量平均分子量が高いため、メルトマスフローレートが不良となった。また、B/Cが2.0未満であるため、鉛筆硬度もやや低下した。比較例2では、B/Cが2.0未満であるため、鉛筆硬度が低下した。

- ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)、およびゴム質重合体にビニル単量体をグラフトしたゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)を含むポリカーボネート樹脂組成物であって、
ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)が、メチルメタクリレート単位を85~100質量%含み、
次式で定義される値B/Cが、2.0~15.0であるポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
B/C=ポリメチルメタクリレート(B)の質量部÷ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)の質量部 - ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)が、ゴム質重合体をゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)の総質量に対して50~99質量%含む、請求項1に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。

- ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)とポリメチルメタクリレート(B)の合計100質量部に対し、ゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)の含有量が3~7質量部である、請求項10に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記B/Cが2.5~10.0である、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)が、芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂である、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物を成形してなる成形体。
- 車両内装または筐体である、請求項14に記載の成形体。
- ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)、ビニル重合体およびゴム質重合体にビニル単量体をグラフト重合したゴム含有グラフト重合体(C)を含むポリカーボネート樹脂組成物であって、ビニル重合体が、シアン化ビニル単量体単位、芳香族ビニル単量体単位、及び(メタ)アクリレート単位からなる群より選択される1つ以上を合計85~100質量%含み、
該樹脂組成物が、下記条件1~4を満足するポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
条件1:
厚さ2mmの成形体を、JIS K7361-1に準じて測定した全光線透過率が10~40%。
条件2:
厚さ2mmの成形体を、JIS K5600-5-4に準じて測定した鉛筆硬度がHB以上。
条件3:
JIS K7111に準じて、厚さ4mmの成形体を23℃で測定したノッチ付シャルピー衝撃強度が20~90kJ/m2。
条件4:
ISO1133に準じて、温度280℃、荷重5kgfで測定したメルトマスフローレートが30~90g/10分。
