在本实施例中,手柄2包括相互扣合的上手柄盖21和下手柄盖22,手捏柄51一端与经手捏柄转轴514与手柄2相铰接,手柄2内设置有转轴Ⅰ521、转轴Ⅱ532、转轴Ⅲ551,双联 齿轮Ⅰ52设置在转轴Ⅰ521上,齿轮Ⅱ53、齿轮Ⅲ54设置在转轴Ⅱ532上,双联齿轮Ⅳ55设置在转轴Ⅲ551上,上手柄盖21和下手柄盖22内侧设置有用于固定手捏柄转轴514、转轴Ⅰ521、转轴Ⅱ532、转轴Ⅲ551的圆柱孔,除输出齿轮Ⅴ56外,齿轮变速机构其它齿轮的转轴和手捏柄的转轴都固定在上手柄盖21和下手柄盖22内侧的圆柱孔内,这样的设计就不需要为变速机构单独设计一个壳体,即节省了成本又节省了空间。
在本实施例中,手捏柄51安装手捏柄转轴514的那端开有一凹槽513,凹槽513内装有一个扭簧,设置扭簧的目的是为了让手捏柄51复位。当人们按压手捏柄51时,手捏柄51上的弧形齿条511带动双联齿轮Ⅰ52的小齿轮(输入齿轮)转动,双联齿轮Ⅰ52的大齿轮带动齿轮Ⅱ53转动,齿轮Ⅱ53通过棘轮棘爪带动齿轮Ⅲ54转动,齿轮Ⅲ54带动双联齿轮Ⅳ55的小齿轮转动,双联齿轮Ⅳ55的大齿轮带动输出齿轮Ⅴ56转动,输出齿轮Ⅴ56带动发电机57转子转动,发电机57给控制电路板3供电,这时由于发电机57转子切割磁力线有阻力,人们按压手捏柄51时感觉比较重。当人们松开手捏柄51时,扭簧将手捏柄51复位,这时手捏柄51上的弧形齿条511带动双联齿轮Ⅰ52的小齿轮(输入齿轮)反向转动,双联齿轮Ⅰ52的大齿轮带动齿轮Ⅱ53反向转动,通过棘轮棘爪的单向作用,这时齿轮Ⅲ54不转动,所以手捏柄51复位时很轻,靠扭簧就能轻松复位。
在本实施例中,为了精确固定发电机57的位置,下手柄盖22内侧设置有用于安装发电机57的弧形凸台225,发电机57上部设置有电机压板226,电机压板226经螺栓与下手柄盖22相连接。
在本实施例中,因为靠按压手捏柄51的机械能发电给电路板供电,时间比较短,即使是多按压几下也是间断式的供电,但由于电路板上的高压电容31能在较长时间存储电荷,所以只要按压一到两次,高压电容31上的存储电荷足以将蚊虫击毙,高压电容31存储的电荷不超过45μC的国际安全标准,以现有技术不同的地方是在高压电容31的两端不需要再连接放电电阻,或将现有技术的放电电阻由几十兆欧姆改为几百兆欧姆,所以为了进一步的安全考虑,手柄2上设置有用于将拍网正、负电极的引线短接的放电按钮开关4,按下放电按钮开关4,高压电容31上存储的电荷就能通过放电按钮开关4被释放。
在本实施例中,放电按钮开关4安装在上手柄盖21上,放电按钮开关4由按键41、弹簧42、按扭固定板43和放电金属片44组成,按键41的下部设置有一圆柱,按扭固定板43上设置有利于圆柱穿过的通孔,按扭固定板固定43在上手柄盖21内,弹簧42套设在圆柱上且位于按键41与按扭固定板43之间,放电金属片44固定在按键41下部圆柱的底部,当按下放电按钮开关4后,放电按钮的放电金属片44将拍面1正、负电极的引线短接,使高压电容31存储的电荷被释放,上手柄盖2安装好放电按钮开关4作为一个组件,放电按钮开关4 不需要再连接任何引线,在整体装配过程中时十分方便。
在本实施例中,双联齿轮Ⅰ52的小齿轮的齿数为10齿、大齿轮的齿数为40齿、模数均为m=0.7,齿轮Ⅱ53的齿数为11齿模数m=0.7,齿轮Ⅲ54的齿数为47齿模数m=0.6,双联齿轮Ⅳ55的小齿轮齿数为10齿模数m=0.6、大齿轮的齿数为56齿模数m=0.5,输出齿轮Ⅴ56的齿数为11齿模数m=0.5,齿轮变速机构的变比为87倍。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本实用新型的涵盖范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种不用电池的电蚊拍,其特征在于:包括拍面、手柄、控制电路板、机械能发电装置,拍面由拍框和拍网构成,拍面与手柄相连接,带有高压电容的控制电路板、机械能发电装置设置在手柄内,拍网、机械能发电装置均与控制电路板电性连接,机械能发电装置包括依次传动连接的手捏柄、齿轮变速机构、发电机,手捏柄上设置有一与齿轮变速机构输入齿轮相啮合弧形齿条,齿轮变速机构输出齿轮带动发电机转子的转轴转动,发电机与控制电路板电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的不用电池的电蚊拍,其特征在于:齿轮变速机构由依次连接传动的双联齿轮Ⅰ、齿轮Ⅱ、齿轮Ⅲ、双联齿轮Ⅳ和输出齿轮Ⅴ组成,双联齿轮Ⅰ、双联齿轮Ⅳ均包括一小齿轮和一大齿轮,双联齿轮Ⅰ的小齿轮为输入齿轮且与手捏柄上的弧形齿条啮合,双联齿轮Ⅰ的大齿轮与齿轮Ⅱ啮合传动,齿轮Ⅱ和齿轮Ⅲ同轴,齿轮Ⅱ和齿轮Ⅲ通过棘轮棘爪单向传动连接,双联齿轮Ⅳ的小齿轮与齿轮Ⅲ啮合传动,双联齿轮Ⅳ的大齿轮与输出齿轮Ⅴ啮合传动,输出齿轮Ⅴ固定在发电机转子的转轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的不用电池的电蚊拍,其特征在于:手柄包括相互扣合的上手柄盖和下手柄盖,手捏柄一端与经手捏柄转轴与手柄相铰接,手柄内设置有转轴Ⅰ、转轴Ⅱ、转轴Ⅲ,双联齿轮Ⅰ设置在转轴Ⅰ上,齿轮Ⅱ、齿轮Ⅲ设置在转轴Ⅱ上,双联齿轮Ⅳ设置在转轴Ⅲ上,上手柄盖和下手柄盖内侧设置有用于固定手捏柄转轴、转轴Ⅰ、转轴Ⅱ、转轴Ⅲ的圆柱孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的不用电池的电蚊拍,其特征在于:下手柄盖内侧设置有用于安装发电机的弧形凸台,发电机上部设置有电机压板,电机压板经螺栓与下手柄盖相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的不用电池的电蚊拍,其特征在于:手柄上设置有用于将拍网正、负电极的引线短接的放电按钮开关。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的不用电池的电蚊拍,其特征在于:放电按钮开关安装在上手柄盖上,放电按钮开关由按键、弹簧、按扭固定板和放电金属片组成,按键的下部设置有一圆柱,按扭固定板上设置有利于圆柱穿过的通孔,按扭固定板固定在上手柄盖内,弹簧套设在圆柱上且位于按键与按扭固定板之间,放电金属片固定在该圆柱的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的不用电池的电蚊拍,其特征在于:双联齿轮Ⅰ的小齿轮的齿数为10齿、大齿轮的齿数为40齿、模数均为m=0.7,齿轮Ⅱ的齿数为11齿模数m=0.7,齿轮Ⅲ的齿数为47齿模数m=0.6,双联齿轮Ⅳ的小齿轮齿数为10齿模数m=0.6、大齿轮的齿数为56齿模数m=0.5,输出齿轮Ⅴ的齿数为11齿模数m=0.5,齿轮变速机构的变比为87倍。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的不用电池的电蚊拍,其特征在于:手捏柄安装手捏柄转轴的那端开有一凹槽,凹槽内装有一个扭簧。
