本发明涉及互联网及房产领域,尤其涉及一种房产网中介评价方法及***。
背景技术
对于房地产的概念,应该从两个方面来理解:房地产既是一种客观存在的物质形态,同时也是一项法律权利。作为一种客观存在的物质形态,房地产是指房产和地产的总称,现在的房地产一般就是指房产,通俗的讲就是房子,国内的房产经过十几年的发展,现在二手房的交易量已经逐渐占领了半壁江山,现有的房产中介无法显示中介的评价,这对于用户来说对中介没有一个直观的感受。

一方面,提供一种房产网中介评价方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
在接收到中介的带房申请后,向客户手机发送评价短信;
接收客户返回的响应短信,依据该响应消息对该中介进行评分。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
向用户发送一个验证短信,接收用户的回复短信,依据回复短信中中介的姓名来验证用户的真实性。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
将该评分发送给中介。

发送单元,用于在接收到中介的带房申请后,向客户手机发送评价短信;

    向用户发送一个验证短信,接收用户的回复短信,依据回复短信中中介的姓名来验证用户的真实性。
