Description

Tightening structure for jewelry
The present invention relates to a sandwiching structure for jewelry applied to earrings, rings, bracelets and the like.
The inventor of the present invention has conventionally proposed a novel sandwiching structure for jewelry.
First, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-276810 (see Patent Document 1), as shown in FIG. 7, a main decorative body 21 having a pair of mounting legs 22, 23, and a pair of mounting legs 22, 23, a sandwiching member 24 having a mounting base 25 formed between the mounting legs 25, 23, and a washer 26 interposed between the mounting legs 22, 23 and the mounting base 25, and these pins are penetrated by pins 27, and We proposed an earring that gives pinching force when both parts are closed by caulking the part.
In the above-mentioned earring with a washer-like plate interposed, it can be attached to the earlobe without exerting such a large clamping force due to friction between the two, and contact with each other by repeatedly opening and closing the both. Although it is possible to prevent the mounting leg and the mounting base from being worn or deformed by contact friction to some extent, the problem that the clamping force tends to decrease during use still remains.
Therefore, the present inventor, in Utility Model Registration No. 3130993 (Patent Document 2), as shown in FIG. 8, a pair of mounting legs 32 and 33 are attached to one main decorative body 31 and the other sandwiching member 34. The mounting base 35 is formed, and at least two or more smooth metal plate members 36 are interposed between the pair of mounting legs 32 and 33 and the mounting base 35, and these are pivotally attached by pins 37. The earring is formed by caulking the shaft portion together with the metal plate material 36, and an earring in which a recess 38 having a larger area than the metal plate material 36 is formed on the plate surface of the mounting base 35.
Further, it has been found that there may be one smooth metal plate 36 interposed between the pair of mounting legs 32, 33 and the mounting base 35, and utility model registration No. 3139659 (Patent Document 3). Has also proposed.
Further, the mounting base is formed with a width narrower than the area of the metal plate, and the mounting leg and the mounting base formed on one main decorative body and the other sandwiching member respectively rotate relatively. In this regard, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2011-078460 (Patent Document 4) proposes an earring in which a load applied to the metal plate material is applied to an engagement portion with an end edge in the width direction of the mounting base.
特開平10-276810号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-276810 実用新案登録第3130993号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3130993 実用新案登録第3139659号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3139659 特開2011-078460号公報JP 2011-078460 A
As described above, in the utility model registration No. 3130993 (Patent Document 2), the utility model registration No. 3139659 (Patent Document 3), and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2011-078460 (Patent Document 4), the pair of attachments Earrings have been proposed in which one or two or more smooth metal plate members are interposed between a leg portion and an attachment base portion, and these are pivotally attached, and the shaft portion is crimped together with the metal plate material. .
However, although there is a merit that the clamping force can be maintained for a very long time by using one or more smooth metal plate materials, the fundamental problem with respect to the persistence of the clamping force, which was a weak point of this type of product, is There was a problem that it could not be resolved.
The present invention is to improve the above-mentioned drawback of the conventional accessory sandwiching structure, wherein three or more smooth metal plate members are interposed between a pair of mounting legs and a mounting base, and the pair of mountings One of the main decorative bodies is one having an area accommodated in the contour of the leg, and firmly joining the pair of mounting legs and the metal plate at both ends contacting the mounting base to the mounting leg and the mounting base, respectively. When the mounting leg portion and the mounting base portion formed on each of the other clamping members relatively rotate, a load is applied to the engagement surfaces of the three or more metal plate members so that a sufficient clamping force is obtained. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sandwich structure for an accessory that can be obtained and can withstand long-term use.
That is, according to the sandwiching structure of the accessory of the present invention, a pair of mounting legs and a mounting base are formed on one main decorative body and the other sandwiching member, and between the pair of mounting legs and the mounting base. 3 or more metal plate members are interposed between the metal plate members, and the shaft portion is crimped together with the metal plate material, and the attachment leg portion is clamped. The metal plate members on both sides of the three or more metal plates that are in contact with the mounting base are firmly engaged with the mounting legs and the mounting base, and the intermediate metal plate is in a free state and the metal plates on both sides When the mounting leg and the mounting base formed on one main decorative body and the other sandwiching member rotate relatively, the metal plate members It is characterized in that a load is applied to the joint surface of
In the sandwiching structure for an accessory according to the present invention, the metal plate member receives a force that deforms when the shaft portion is caulked, and therefore, the joining surface of each metal plate member has a non-uniform engagement portion. It is also characterized in that the force is sometimes dispersed to make the spring property last longer.
In the jewelry sandwiching structure according to the present invention, the thickness of the metal plate is in the range of 0.05 to 0.25 mm.
As described above, in the present invention, three or more metal plate materials are interposed between the mounting leg portion and the mounting base portion, and the pair of mounting leg portions and the metal plate materials at both ends in contact with the mounting base portion are respectively attached to the mounting leg portions. When the mounting legs and the mounting bases, which are formed on one main decorative body and the other sandwiching member, are relatively coupled to each other and the mounting base, the three or more metal plate members The both sides of the metal plate are firmly engaged with the mounting leg and the mounting base, and the intermediate metal plate is in a free state and joined so as to press against the metal plates on both sides with springiness. The load is applied to the surface.
By doing so, it is possible to achieve a remarkable effect that the clamping force is significantly improved and the clamping force is maintained for an extremely long period of time, and the clamping force that has been a weak point of this type of product. It has succeeded in fundamentally resolving the problems related to the sustainability.
The pinching structure of the accessory in this invention is not clear why the pinching force on the earlobe is dramatically increased compared to the prior art, and that the pinching force is kept constant for a long time, When the pair of mounting legs and the mounting base are pivotally attached, the metal plate members at both ends contacting the pair of mounting legs and the mounting base are engaged with the mounting legs and the mounting base, respectively, and are firmly coupled. It is considered a thing. Therefore, the rotation operation is not performed between the metal plate member and the attachment leg portion, and the metal plate member and the attachment base portion which are coupled to each other.
For this reason, when the mounting leg portion and the mounting base portion formed on one main decorative body and the other sandwiching member rotate relative to each other, the intermediate metal plate members are joined to each other in a free state. The surface is loaded.
Thus, by eliminating the unnecessary behavior of the metal plate members at both ends in contact with the pair of mounting legs and the mounting base, a load is applied only to the engagement surfaces of the three or more metal plate members, In particular, since the joining surface with the intermediate metal plate material is non-uniform and the spring property is maintained, it is considered that the remarkable effect that the clamping force is kept constant for a long period of time can be achieved. It is done.
By the way, in the conventional accessory sandwiching structure simply having a washer interposed, when the opening / closing operation is repeated several tens to several hundreds of times, the clamping force is reduced. Even when the opening / closing operation was further performed, no decrease in the clamping force was observed, and the clamping force itself was much better than the clamping structure of the conventional washer-type accessory.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment in the case of applying a jewelry sandwiching structure of the present invention to an earring will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, 1 is a main decoration body, 2 is a sub-decoration body as an earlobe clamping part, and its overall shape is substantially the same arc shape, and in the assembled state it is a ring shape In this example, a jewel 13 made of diamond or the like is attached to the front side. Of course, both may be worn with either side facing the front of the earlobe. As materials, gold (K-18, etc.), platinum, silver, etc. can be used.
A pair of mounting leg portions 3 and 4 are integrally provided in the connecting portion of the main decorative body 1, and the fitting portion is fitted between the mounting leg portions 3 and 4 in the connecting portion of the sub-decorating body 2 so as to be opposed thereto. The base 5 is integrally formed.
Then, the pin 8 is inserted into the through holes 6 and 7 opened in these, and this portion is caulked, but at this time, the thickness 0 between the mounting legs 3 and 4 and the mounting base 5 is reduced. It is caulked through three or more metal plates 9 having cushioning properties, such as stainless steel having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.25 mm, preferably 0.15 mm.
The reason why the thickness of the metal plate 9 is in the range of 0.05 to 0.25 mm is that the elasticity cannot be utilized when the thickness is 0.05 mm or less. Further, when the thickness is 0.25 mm or more, the elasticity of the metal plate 9 itself is lost.
The number of the metal plate members 9 may be three or more. However, even if the number is three, there is no problem in economic efficiency and assembling workability, and it is desirable that the number is three considering the sustainability of the clamping force.
Reference numerals 10 and 11 denote ear pads formed on the end surfaces of the main decorative body 1 and the auxiliary decorative body 2.
In this embodiment, the area of the metal plate 9 is formed so as to be accommodated within the contours of the pair of mounting legs 3, 4 and the mounting base 5, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. In addition, the metal plate members 9 at both ends contacting the pair of mounting legs 3 and 4 and the mounting base 5 are firmly coupled to the mounting legs 3 and 4 and the mounting base 5 respectively. Of course, even if the area of the metal plate 9 exceeds the area accommodated in the outline of the pair of mounting legs 3 and 4 and the mounting base 5, the mounting legs 3 and 4 and the mounting base 5 are firmly attached. There is no problem if they can be combined.
As such a coupling method, when the pin 8 portion constituting the shaft portion is caulked, the metal plate material 9 which is hard on both sides is attached to the mounting leg portions 3 and 4 and the mounting base portion 5 where the soft material is used. Can be bitten. Moreover, the surface which touches the attachment leg parts 3 and 4 and the attachment base part 5 of the metal plate material 9 of both sides can be roughened, or a protrusion and a burr | flash can be formed in the outer peripheral surface etc. of the metal plate material 9 of both sides.
Further, even when the metal plate 9 is circular, it is rare to become a perfect circle upon punching or the like, and the deformation causes the metal plate 9 to be firmly attached to the mounting legs 3 and 4 and the mounting base 5 respectively. It is possible to prevent the attachment legs 3 and 4 and the attachment base 5 from rotating together when they are relatively rotated. Of course, when the metal plate 9 is a polygon such as a square, it is possible to reliably prevent the rotation (both rotations).
When the mounting legs 3 and 4 and the mounting base 5 formed on one main decorative body 1 and the other sandwiching member 2 are relatively rotated, each of the three or more metal plate members 9 is provided. A load is applied to the engaging surface of the main body.
Although not shown, the three or more metal plate members 9 are deformed so that the peripheral portion of the shaft is automatically pushed inward when the pin 8 portion constituting the shaft portion is crimped.
The load due to the contact of the engagement surface of each metal plate 9 and the load applied to the engagement surface of each metal plate 9 that becomes non-uniform due to such deformation are combined to improve the spring property. It is considered that the wearing force is kept constant for a long time.
By the way, in the conventional attachment structure of the jewelry simply interposing a washer, when the opening and closing operation was repeated several tens to several hundreds of times, the clamping force was reduced. However, even when the opening / closing operation was further performed, no decrease in the clamping force was observed, and the clamping force itself was much superior to the clamping structure of the conventional washer-type accessory.
As described above, when the mounting leg portion and the mounting base portion respectively formed on one main decorative body and the other sandwiching member are relatively rotated, the intermediate metal plate material is free. Thus, the load applied to the engagement surface of each metal plate material varies, so that the spring property is improved and the clamping force is kept constant for a long period of time.
Therefore, it is applicable not only to the case where the arc-shaped pinching member as shown in the figure is used, but also to other designs, pinching structures of earrings provided with pins for piercing, free size rings, bracelets, etc. Needless to say.
