采用本发明的技术方案后,通过上连接柱、切环以及下连接柱作为防盗机构,瓶盖安装在瓶口上之后,使用者通过拧动瓶盖本体使得瓶盖本体逐渐向上移动,切环逐渐发生变形,当瓶盖本体移动一定距离时,所述上连接柱、所述下连接柱以及所述切环三者中的一者断裂而使所述安全环带与所述瓶盖本体相分离。采用这种结构,由于瓶盖本体从瓶口上拧开后,切环发生了塑性变形而无法复原,断裂的上连接柱、下连接柱或者切环无法再粘结至原来的位置,从而避免不法人员窃取或者更换瓶内溶液后再将防盗机构复原,同时采用本发明的技术方案,在瓶盖注塑成型之后,可以直接利用瓶盖切口机形成本发明的防盗机构,具有制作成本低、瓶盖结构简易的优点。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图6,一种防伪瓶盖,包括带有内螺纹的瓶盖本体10和与瓶盖本体10一体注塑成型的安全环带20,安全环带20与瓶盖本体10之间设有环切缝30,在环切缝30上设有用以连接瓶盖本体10与安全环带20的防盗机构40。瓶盖安装到容器的瓶口后,该安全环带20与瓶口上的限位机构固定在一起而实现定位,安全环带20与瓶口连接结构在现有技术中已有介绍,如可以采用本申请背景技术中介绍的相关结构,这里不再进行详述。
本发明的核心在于:所述防盗机构40包括多个上连接柱41、多个下连接柱43以及设置在上连接柱41与下连接柱43之间的切环42,上连接柱41的上端与所述瓶盖本体10连接,下端与切环42的上端固定连接,下连接柱43的上端与切环42连接,下端与所述安全环带20的上端连接。在本发明中,当瓶盖本体10与安全环带20注塑成型后,环切缝30、切环42、上连接柱41以及下连接柱42,可以直接通过瓶盖切口机进行环切加工形成。瓶盖加工成型之后,瓶盖本体10因转动而朝背离所述安全环带20方向移动时,所述切环42逐渐变发生变形,且所述瓶盖本体10位移至某一位置(简称破坏上限位置)时,所述上连接柱41、所述下连接柱43以及所述切环42三者中的一者断裂而使所述安全环带20与所述瓶盖本体10相分离。基于本发明的构思,本领域的技术人员可以对瓶盖的材质和相应部位的强度进行相应的设计,使得在瓶盖本体10拧动时,上连接柱41首先断裂,或者下连接柱43首先断裂,或者切换42发生断裂,而瓶盖本体10的破坏上限位置也也相应的材料和设计有关,本发明不对其进行具体限定。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述切环42的上端形成多个间隔设置上凸部44,相邻上凸部44之间形成下沉部45,所述切环52的下端形成多个间隔设置的下凸部46,相邻下凸部46之间形成上浮部47,上凸部44对应上浮部47设置,下凸部46对应下沉部45设置,所述上连接柱41设置在所述上凸部44与所述瓶盖本体10之间,所述下连接柱43设置在所述下凸部46与所述安全环带20之间,所述上连接柱41与所述下连接柱43错开设置。采用这种结构,切环42的上端面和下端面均呈波浪状,并且通过上连接柱41和下连接柱43的巧妙设计,能够节省瓶盖本体10拧动的力气,方便开启瓶盖,同时又能够对该防盗机构40进行有效的破坏。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述瓶盖本体10与所述安全环带20由PE塑料一体注塑成型。所述切环42的厚度在0.1至10mm之间,所述上连接柱41和所述下连接柱43的横截面呈矩形,矩形的宽度在0.1至10mm之间,长度在0.1至10mm,所述上连接柱41和所述下连接柱43的厚度均在0.1至10mm之间。作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述上连接柱41和所述下连接柱43的个数均为12个,相邻所述上连接柱41与所述下连接柱43之间的横向间距大于0.1mm。采用这种结构,综合考虑瓶盖本体10与安全环带20之间的连接强度,同时又能保证瓶盖本体10向上拧动至破坏上限位置,瓶盖本体10与所述安全环带20能够很好地脱离,同时又能节省瓶盖的开启力气。
参照图3和图4,图3为瓶盖本体10相对安全环带20位移且未脱离瓶盖本体10的状态,此时切换42被拉长,图4为瓶盖本体10脱离安全环带20位移的状态,此时继续拧动瓶盖本体10,瓶盖本体10可以从容器的瓶口上脱离,实现瓶盖的开启。
当然,本发明的瓶盖并不局限于设置一个切环42,参照图6,作为进一步改进,所述切环42包括第一切环421和第二切环422,第一切环421与第二切环422之间通过中间柱423连接,所述上连接柱41设置在所述瓶盖本体10与所述第一切环421之间,所述下连接柱43设置在所述安全环带20与所述第二切环422之间。采用这种结构即相当于采用两个切环,当然本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设置成三个切环或者更多切环,多个切环直接通过瓶口切割机形成。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种防伪瓶盖,包括带有内螺纹的瓶盖本体和与瓶盖本体一体注塑成型的安全环带,安全环带与瓶盖本体之间设有环切缝,在环切缝上设有用以连接瓶盖本体与安全环带的防盗机构,其特征在于:所述防盗机构包括多个上连接柱、多个下连接柱以及设置在上连接柱与下连接柱之间的切环,上连接柱的上端与所述瓶盖本体连接,下端与切环连接,下连接柱的上端与切环连接,下端与所述安全环带连接,在所述瓶盖本体因转动而朝背离所述安全环带方向移动时,所述切环变发生变形,且所述瓶盖本***移至某一位置时,所述上连接柱、所述下连接柱以及所述切环三者中的一者断裂而使所述安全环带与所述瓶盖本体相分离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防伪瓶盖,其特征在于:所述切环的上端形成多个间隔设置上凸部,相邻上凸部之间形成下沉部,所述切环的下端形成多个间隔设置的下凸部,相邻下凸部之间形成上浮部,上凸部对应上浮部设置,下凸部对应下沉部设置,所述上连接柱设置在所述上凸部与所述瓶盖本体之间,所述下连接柱设置在所述下凸部与所述安全环带之间,所述上连接柱与所述下连接柱错开设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的防伪瓶盖,其特征在于:所述瓶盖本体与所述安全环带由PE塑料一体注塑成型。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的防伪瓶盖,其特征在于:所述切环的厚度在0.1至10mm之间,所述上连接柱和所述下连接柱的横截面呈矩形,矩形的宽度在0.1至10mm之间,长度在0.1至10mm,所述上连接柱和所述下连接柱的厚度均在0.1至10mm之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的防伪瓶盖,其特征在于:所述上连接柱和所述下连接柱的个数均为12个,相邻所述上连接柱与所述下连接柱之间的横向间距大于0.1mm。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的防伪瓶盖,其特征在于:所述切环包括第一切环和第二切环,第一切环与第二切环之间通过中间柱连接,所述上连接柱设置在所述瓶盖本体与所述第一切环之间,所述下连接柱设置在所述安全环带与所述第二切环之间。
