本发明涉及一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构。
背景技术
现有技术使用分体式设计，链接结构相对复杂，操作程序多，在运输过程中曲柄末端容易戳穿纸箱，牢固性较差、容易摔坏存在安全隐患，安装麻烦。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处，本发明提供一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构，所述快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构由二部分组成，包括：曲柄杆、曲柄轴承，所述曲柄杆与曲柄轴承相契合，所述曲柄杆末端设有弹簧凸起，曲柄轴承上设有卡槽。
进一步的，所述所述弹簧凸起与卡槽相契合。
进一步的，所述曲柄杆上设有螺纹机构，曲柄轴承内各设有螺母机构。
本发明的有益效果为：通过使用本套机构，可以在不使用任何工具的情况下，快速将脚蹬处于可使用状态，免去客户的安装烦恼，并在运输过程中有效的保护曲柄末端不会戳穿纸箱减少安全隐患，省去一切复杂的程序及误导，免去消费者的困惑，结构更牢固等诸多优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明涉及一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构，所述快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构由二部分组成，包括：曲柄杆、曲柄轴承，所述曲柄杆(1)与曲柄轴(2)承相契合；所述曲柄杆(1)末端设有弹簧凸起(3)与曲柄轴承(2)上设有卡槽(4)相契合。通过使用本套机构，可以在不使用任何工具的情况下，快速将脚蹬处于可使用状态，免去客户的安装烦恼， 并在运输过程中有效的保护曲柄末端不会戳穿纸箱减少安全隐患，省去一切复杂的程序及误导，免去消费者的困惑，结构更牢固等诸多优点。
具体使用时：只需将脚踏逆时针旋转90°使曲柄杆(1)末端设有弹簧凸起(3)卡入曲柄轴承(2)上设有的卡槽(4)内即可，使用方便、操作便捷、调节效果好。

  1. 一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构，其特征在于：所述曲柄杆(1)与曲柄轴承(2)相契合；所述曲柄杆(1)末端设有弹簧凸起(3)，曲柄轴承(2)上设有卡槽(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构，其特征在于：所述弹簧凸起(3)与卡槽(4)相契合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构，其特征在于：所述曲柄杆(1)上设有螺纹机构，曲柄轴承(2)内各设有螺母机构。
