本发明涉及一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构。
背景技术
现有技术使用分体式设计,链接结构相对复杂,操作程序多,在运输过程中曲柄末端容易戳穿纸箱,牢固性较差、容易摔坏存在安全隐患,安装麻烦。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构,所述快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构由二部分组成,包括:曲柄杆、曲柄轴承,所述曲柄杆与曲柄轴承相契合,所述曲柄杆末端设有弹簧凸起,曲柄轴承上设有卡槽。
进一步的,所述所述弹簧凸起与卡槽相契合。
进一步的,所述曲柄杆上设有螺纹机构,曲柄轴承内各设有螺母机构。
本发明的有益效果为:通过使用本套机构,可以在不使用任何工具的情况下,快速将脚蹬处于可使用状态,免去客户的安装烦恼,并在运输过程中有效的保护曲柄末端不会戳穿纸箱减少安全隐患,省去一切复杂的程序及误导,免去消费者的困惑,结构更牢固等诸多优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明涉及一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构,所述快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构由二部分组成,包括:曲柄杆、曲柄轴承,所述曲柄杆(1)与曲柄轴(2)承相契合;所述曲柄杆(1)末端设有弹簧凸起(3)与曲柄轴承(2)上设有卡槽(4)相契合。通过使用本套机构,可以在不使用任何工具的情况下,快速将脚蹬处于可使用状态,免去客户的安装烦恼, 并在运输过程中有效的保护曲柄末端不会戳穿纸箱减少安全隐患,省去一切复杂的程序及误导,免去消费者的困惑,结构更牢固等诸多优点。
具体使用时:只需将脚踏逆时针旋转90°使曲柄杆(1)末端设有弹簧凸起(3)卡入曲柄轴承(2)上设有的卡槽(4)内即可,使用方便、操作便捷、调节效果好。

  1. 一种儿童自行车快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构,其特征在于:所述曲柄杆(1)与曲柄轴承(2)相契合;所述曲柄杆(1)末端设有弹簧凸起(3),曲柄轴承(2)上设有卡槽(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构,其特征在于:所述弹簧凸起(3)与卡槽(4)相契合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的快速安装曲柄脚蹬机构,其特征在于:所述曲柄杆(1)上设有螺纹机构,曲柄轴承(2)内各设有螺母机构。
