Claims (8)
- 약제 포장지로 약제를 공급시키는 약제 포장용 공급장치에 있어서,약제가 저장된 저장수단;상기 저장수단으로부터 상기 약제가 공급되는 입(入)측 및 상기 약제가 배출되는 출(出)측을 가지고, 입측과 출측 사이를 연결하는 공급경로를 제공하는 것으로, 상기 입측보다 출측이 낮도록 배치된 공급유닛;상기 공급유닛 입측을 탄력 지지하는 지지유닛;상기 공급유닛의 입측보다 출측이 더 진폭이 커도록, 상기 공급유닛을 진동시키는 진동유닛; 및상기 공급유닛을 경유하는 상기 약제를 감지하는 감지유닛;을 포함하는 약제 포장용 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공급유닛은 단면이 "U"자형인 관 형상을 가지는 약제 포장용 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지유닛은 상기 약제가 공급되는 공급방향을 기준으로 상기 공급유닛의 입측이 출측을 향해 하강하도록 경사지게 상기 공급유닛을 지지하는 약제 포장용 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지유닛은 상기 공급유닛의 입측을 탄력 지지하는 스프링 힌지를 포함하는 약제 포장용 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 진동유닛은 상기 공급유닛 입측에 설치된 진동자를 포함하는 약제 포장용 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감지유닛은,상기 약제의 공급방향을 기준으로 상기 공급유닛의 입측에 설치되어, 상기 공급유닛으로 유입되는 상기 약제를 감지하는 제1센서;상기 약제의 공급방향을 기준으로 상기 공급유닛의 출측에 설치되어, 상기 공급유닛으로부터 배출되는 상기 약제를 감지하는 제2센서; 및상기 제1 및 제2센서 사이에 적어도 하나 설치되어, 상기 공급유닛을 경유하는 상기 약제를 감지하는 제3센서;를 포함하는 약제 포장용 공급장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 감지유닛에 의해 감지된 정보에 따라 선택적으로 상기 약제의 배출을 차단시키는 셔터가 상기 약제의 공급방향을 기준으로 상기 공급유닛의 출측에 설치되는 약제 포장용 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입측과 출측 사이의 경사는, 진동이 발생하지 않는 경우에는 약제가 공급유닛의 입측에서 타측으로 하강하지 않고, 진동에 의하여 하강할 수 있는 경사인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 포장용 공급장치.
