Claims (16)

- 根据权利要求5所述的用户设备,其中,用于物理控制信道重复传输的聚合等级是固定的或预定义的或半静态配置的;并且用于物理控制信道重复传输的起始控制信道单元的序号是固定的或预定义的或半静态配置的。
