3. 借用了电控盒的质量和安全性能及其流通渠道, 省去了 LED照明灯的销 售成本。
经成本核算: 现有技术中的一支 1W的 LED照明灯的售价约 40元人民币, 加上安装材料和安装人工, 总费用约需 300元。 但是, 采用本发明带 LED照明 灯的电控盒, LED壁灯所增加的成本只需约 15元人民币,也就是说本发明 LED 壁灯的成本核算只有现有技术的二十分之一左右, 显著降低了 LED照明灯的成 本。
为了实现上述发明目的, 本发明还提供了一种带 LED 照明灯的电控盒的制 备方法, 其包括以下工序:
1)预加工电控盒工序;
2) 安装 LED照明灯工序; 以及
3)质检包装工序。
作为本发明带 LED照明灯的电控盒的制备方法的一种改进, 所述安装 LED 照明灯的工序中, LED 照明灯的电路板与市电电源线的电连接隐藏在所述电控 盒内。
相对于现有技术, 本发明带 LED 照明灯的电控盒的制备方法还具有以下优 点: 1. 现有技术的 LED照明灯都需要主体部分 (灯头和灯壳), 而本发明带 LED 照明灯的电控盒巧妙地利用电控盒充当 LED照明灯的主体部分, 不但省去了现 有技术 LED照明灯的灯头部分和灯壳部分, 也省去了现有技术制作安装灯头部 分和外壳部分的繁瑣的工序, 电控盒在外观上几乎看不到 LED照明灯, 也可称 之为具 LED壁灯的电控盒。
2. 本发明把 LED照明灯与市电电源的电连接隐藏在电控盒内, 连接安全可 靠, 外露的 LED点光源、 光敏开关或 /和手控开关都是 3V的安全电压。 由于电 控盒的质量和安全性能, 电控盒已经具备了包括在用电安全上的各种安全认证, 因此本发明在 LED照明灯方面完全可以省去了在用电安全上必需要通过的安全 认证, 例如 3C认证、 UL认证、 CE认证等。
3. 利用建筑物在安装用电设施时必须安装电控盒,在安装电控盒的同时也安 装了 LED壁灯, 不但大大降低安装成本,本发明还为推广 LED照明灯提供了一 种十分便捷的新途径, 在推广低碳节能环保的绿色照明方面具有意想不到的技 术进步。

为了使本发明的发明目的、 技术方案及其有益技术效果更加清晰, 以下结 合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。 应当理解的是, 本说明书中描 述的具体实施方式仅仅是为了解释本发明, 并非为了限定本发明。 首先, 需要强调和说明, 本发明提出的电控盒是指安装在房屋墙壁上带电 开关和 /或电插座的电源盒, 一般都安装在便于使用的房屋墙壁上, 如门口的侧 边、 走廊的过道、 楼梯口旁、 电梯门口旁等适用于安装壁灯照明的位置。 电控 盒和电线一样是建筑物安装各种用电设施的基本材料, 必须具备良好的质量和 安全性能, 电控盒必须通过包括电工、 消防、 建设等部门的质量和安全认证, 电控盒以用电设施基本材料的流通渠道进入市场。
请参考图 1和图 2所示, 本发明带 LED照明灯的电控盒包括: 安装在墙壁 上的电控盒 100和安装在电控盒 100上的 LED照明灯。 LED照明灯包括 LED 照明灯的电路板 111、与 LED照明灯的电路板 111电性连接的 LED照明灯开关 和 LED点光源 110, LED照明灯的电路板 111与市电电源线通过接线座 106电 连接,且 LED照明灯的电路板 111与市电电源线的电连接隐藏在电控盒 100内。
请参照图 1所示, 电控盒 100包括安装在房屋墙壁上的框体 101和组接于 框体 101上的前盖 104, 其中, 框体 101顶侧设有一个或多个安装 LED点光源 110的安装孔 109。 框体 101为方形, 包括可固定在房屋墙壁上的底座 103和自 底座 103延伸出的四个外侧壁 102,底座 103和四个外侧壁 102共同围设成框体 内腔 (未标注), 框体内腔中(如框体 101的底座 103上)设有与市电电源线 105连 接的接线座 106。
在图示实施方式中, 框体 101上设有一对可安装 LED照明灯的电路板 111 的安装槽 112, LED照明灯的电路板 111卡持在安装槽 112中, 对 LED照明灯 作整流降压稳压。 当然, 根据本发明的其他实施方式, LED照明灯的电路板 111 也可以通过其他方法固定安装在电控盒 100内。
前盖 104严密扣合在框体 101上, 以保证电控盒 100的用电安全, 其中, 前盖 104上有电开关 107和 /或电插座 108, 电开关 107和 /或电插座 108与市电 电源线的连接方式与现有电控盒中的电开关和 /或电插座与市电电源线的连接方 式相同, 本说明书中不再赘述。 LED照明灯包括 LED点光源 110、LED照明灯的电路板 111和 LED照明灯 开关, LED点光源 110安装在安装孔 109中。 根据本发明的其他实施方式, 安 装孔 109也可设置在电控盒 100的其他适当位置。
LED照明灯开关设置在前盖 104上并与 LED照明灯的电路板 111、 LED点 光源 110电性连接, LED照明灯开关可以是手控开关 113或光敏开关 114。根据 本发明的其他实施方式, LED照明灯开关也可安装在电控盒 100的外壁的其他 适当位置上。
根据本发明的优选实施方式, 除了 LED照明灯的电路板 111与市电电源的 电连接隐藏在电控盒 100内, LED点光源 110与 LED照明灯的电路板 111的电 连接, LED照明灯开关和 LED照明灯的电路板 111的电连接也都隐藏在电控盒 内,使电控盒 100仍保留其原有的功能构件,在外观上几乎看不到 LED照明灯, 本发明 LED照明灯安装在电控盒上也可称之为把 LED照明灯隐藏在电控盒上组 接成具 LED壁灯的电控盒。
下面介绍本发明带 LED照明灯的电控盒的制备方法, 需要说明的是, 由于 在电控盒上设置电开关和 /或电插座的功能构件均为本领域的技术人员所熟知, 本说明书中的制备方法只涉及在电控盒上组接 LED照明灯, 不包括在电控盒上 设置电开关和 /或电插座的功能构件的制备。本发明带 LED照明灯的电控盒的制 备方法包括以下三个工序:
1. 预加工电控盒工序
LED点光源 110为(p5mm的点光源, 也可以为(p3mm的点光源或片状的点 光源, LED照明灯的电路板 111为小功率的整流降压稳压, 大小在 30mm*50mm 即可, 故电控盒 100有足够的空间容纳 LED点光源 110、 LED照明灯的电路板 111和 LED照明灯开关, 只需在电控盒 100的外壁的顶侧设有安装 LED点光源 110的安装孔 109 ,在电控盒 100内安装 LED照明灯的电路板 111 ,在电控盒 100 的前盖 104上设置有安装光敏开关的小孔 (约(p3mm)。 如需要另外安装 LED照明灯的手控开关,可同时设置手控开关的安装孔 (未 图示:)。
由于现有的电控盒外壳基本上都是由塑料注塑成形, 完全可以在塑料模具 上预置 LED点光源 110的安装孔 109、 光敏开关的安装孔、 手控开关的安装孔 和卡持 LED照明灯的电路板 111的安装槽 112, 因此预加工电控盒 100的工序 十分筒单。
请参照图 1和图 2所示, 在框体 101内设有外接市电电源线的接线座 106, 在前盖 104上有电开关 107和 /或电插座 108, 在框体 101上侧壁有预加工的 5 个一行排列的安装孔 109用以安装 LED点光源 110,在框体 104内有安装槽 112 用以卡紧的方式安装 LED照明灯的电路板 111 , 在前盖 104有一个约(p3mm用 以安装光敏开关 114的安装孔和单独控制 LED照明灯的手控开关 113的安装孔, 在底座 103的四个边框角上还有用以把电控盒 101固装在墙壁上的螺釘孔 115。
从图 1可以看到,本发明带 LED照明灯的电控盒在外观上几乎看不到 LED 照明灯, 故又称之为带隐形的 LED壁灯的电控盒。
2. 安装 LED照明灯的工序
安装 LED照明灯的工序包括:在电控盒 100内把市电电源线与 LED照明灯 的电路板 111的电连接隐藏电控盒内, 在 LED照明灯的电路板 111上分别连接 LED点光源 110、 光敏开关 114或 /和手控开关 113。 由于 LED点光源 110、 光 敏开关 114和 /或手控开关 113等配件在外型上已有对安装的设计, 所以其安装 及相关的电性连接都十分安全、 可靠和筒便。
3. 质检包装工序
包括对 LED照明灯通断电的可靠性质检后, 把电控盒 100的框体 101和前 盖 104组扣成一体并包装后, 以电控盒 100的流通渠道进入市场。
根据上述对本发明带 LED照明灯的电控盒的制备方法的详细描述看出, 本 发明带 LED照明灯的电控盒的制备方法具有以下优点: 1. 不但省去了现有技术 LED照明灯的灯头部分和灯壳部分,也省去了现有 技术制作安装灯头部分和外壳部分的繁瑣的工序, 电控盒在外观上几乎看不到 LED照明灯, 也可称之为具 LED壁灯的电控盒。
2. 本发明把 LED照明灯与市电电源的电连接隐藏在电控盒内,连接安全可 靠, 外露的 LED点光源、 光敏开关和 /或手控开关都是 3V的安全电压, 由于电 控盒的质量和安全性能, 电控盒已经具备了包括在用电安全上的各种安全认证, 因此本发明在 LED照明灯方面完全可以省去了在用电安全上必需要通过的安全 认证, 例如 3C认证、 UL认证、 CE认证等。
3. 利用建筑物在安装用电设施时必须安装电控盒, 在安装电控盒的同时也 安装了 LED壁灯, 不但大大降低安装成本,本发明还为推广 LED照明灯提供了 一种十分便捷的新途径, 在推广低碳节能环保的绿色照明方面具有意想不到的 技术进步。
需要说明的是, 图 1和图 2所示的带 LED照明灯的电控盒的结构为在用电 器控制开关和电插座盒上安装 LED照明灯。 根据本发明的其他实施方式, 可以 在只有开关的电控盒上安装 LED照明灯, 也可以在只有电插座的电控盒上安装 LED照明灯, 还可以在其他用途的电控盒上安装 LED照明灯。
根据上述原理, 本发明还可以对上述实施方式进行适当的变更和修改。 因 此, 本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式, 对本发明的一些修改 和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。 此外, 尽管本说明书中使 用了一些特定的术语, 但这些术语只是为了方便说明, 并不对本发明构成任何 限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种带 LED照明灯的电控盒, 其特征在于, 包括安装在墙壁上的电控盒 和安装在电控盒上的 LED照明灯, LED照明灯包括 LED照明灯的电路板、 与 LED照明灯的电路板电性连接的 LED照明灯开关和 LED点光源, LED照明灯 的电路板电性连接市电电源线, 且 LED照明灯的电路板与市电电源线的电连接 隐藏在电控盒内。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的带 LED照明灯的电控盒, 其特征在于, 所述 LED 点光源、 LED照明灯开关与 LED照明灯的电路板的电连接都隐藏在所述电控盒 内。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的带 LED照明灯的电控盒, 其特征在于, 所述电控 盒设有一个或多个 LED点光源的安装孔, 所述 LED点光源安装在安装孔上。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的带 LED照明灯的电控盒, 其特征在于, 所述 LED 照明灯开关为手控的电开关或光敏开关。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的带 LED照明灯的电控盒, 其特征在 于, 所述电控盒设有安装在墙壁上的框体和组接于框体上的前盖, 所述框体内 设有与市电电源线连接的接线座, 所述前盖上设有电开关和 /或电插座。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的带 LED照明灯的电控盒, 其特征在于, 所述框体 设有安装槽, 所述 LED照明灯的电路板卡持于安装槽中。
7. 一种权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的带 LED照明灯的电控盒的制备方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下工序:
1)预加工电控盒工序;
2) 安装 LED照明灯工序; 以及
3)质检包装工序。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的带 LED照明灯的电控盒的制备方法,其特征在于, 所述安装 LED照明灯的工序中, LED照明灯的电路板与市电电源线的电连接隐 藏在所述电控盒内。
