本发明属于耳机喇叭中的振膜领域,具体是一种复合音膜;其特征在于:主要包括一振膜体,所述振膜体为聚氨基甲酸脂基材结构;该振膜体由高频振部的球顶以及低频振部的折环构成,所述折环置设于球顶的周围;并且,在球顶上还复合有至少一层的辅助膜。本发明采用聚氨基甲酸酯作为振膜体的基本材料,其对低频振部的折环来说可以满足其低频振动的要求;而针对高频对球顶强度大的需求,本发明在球顶处复合一层或多层PET等传统强度比较大而且轻的材料,从而兼顾高频和低频,进而拓宽了频带,三频得到了平衡,改善了音质。此结构简单,实用性强。

Description

一种复合音膜
技术领域
本发明属于耳机喇叭中的振膜领域,具体是一种复合音膜。
背景技术
耳机对其喇叭的声音要求音质好、音色纯正、低音丰满并下潜深、中高音明亮等要求。但耳机后腔空间小,其喇叭不能发挥最佳性能,低频部分失真严重。目前耳机喇叭中的振膜主要使用PEI、PET、PAR、PPS等材料,它们都不能满足上述声音要求。另外,目前传统的喇叭振膜都只用一种薄膜材料热压制作而成。这种振膜主要由中心的球顶和设于球顶周围的折环组成。球顶刚性强度越好,对应高频的延伸则越好,也越宽广;折环顺性柔和度越高,对应低频下潜则越深。因此,单层薄膜难以兼顾高低频的声音要求。通常情况下,传统做法一般是采用薄而柔和的振膜来满足低频,因而高频则显得不够明亮纤细,耳机声音因此才表现欠佳。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种复合音膜;其解决了振膜传统材料和单层性的原因而导致声音表现欠佳、频带不够宽等问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种复合音膜,主要包括一振膜体,所述振膜体为聚氨基甲酸脂基材结构;该振膜体由高频振部的球顶以及低频振部的折环构成,所述折环置设于球顶的周围;并且,在球顶上还复合有至少一层的辅助膜。
所述聚氨基甲酸脂俗称PU,而辅助膜的材料则可以使用PEI、PET、PAR、PPS等传统强度比较大而且轻的材料。该辅助膜可以是一层,也可以是两层或者多层。
优选地,所述折环与球顶为一体成型结构。
优选地,所述折环的下端面为球面状结构。
优选地,所述球顶的下端面为球面状结构。
优选地,所述辅助膜置设于球顶的下端面上。
相对于PET等传统材料,PU更为柔软、环保,制作成同样规格的振膜体,其高频更纤细明亮,低频丰满。本发明采用聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)作为振膜体的主要材料,其对低频振部的折环来说可以满足其低频振动的要求;而针对高频对球顶强度大的需求,本发明在球顶处复合一层或多层PET等传统强度比较大而且轻的材料,从而兼顾高频和低频,进而拓宽了频带,三频得到了平衡,改善了音质。此结构简单,实用性强。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不做为对本发明的限定。
图1为传统振膜体的剖面结构示意图,参照图1,传统的振膜体主要由中心的球顶11和设于球顶11周围的折环12组成,该振膜体主要使用PEI、PET、PAR、PPS等材料,并且都只用一种薄膜材料热压制作而成。球顶11刚性强度越好,对应高频的延伸则越好,也越宽广;折环12顺性柔和度越高,对应低频下潜则越深。因此,单层薄膜难以兼顾高低频的声音要求。通常情况下,传统做法一般是采用薄而柔和的振膜来满足低频,因而高频则显得不够明亮纤细,耳机声音因此才表现欠佳。
图2为本发明的剖面结构示意图,参照图2,本发明实施例一种复合音膜,主要包括一振膜体,所述振膜体为聚氨基甲酸脂基材结构;该振膜体由高频振部的球顶21以及低频振部的折环22构成,所述折环22置设于球顶21的周围;并且,在球顶21的下端面上还复合有一层的辅助膜23,该辅助膜23由PET材料制作。
所述聚氨基甲酸脂俗称PU,而辅助膜23的材料不但可以使用PET,还可以使用PEI、PAR、PPS等传统强度比较大而且轻的材料。当然,该辅助膜23可以是一层,也可以是两层或者多层。
参照图2,所述折环22与球顶21为一体成型结构;并且,所述折环22和球顶21的下端面都为球面状结构。
对比图1和图2,相对于PET等传统材料,PU更为柔软、环保,制作成同样规格的振膜体,其高频更纤细明亮,低频丰满。本发明采用聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)作为振膜体的主要材料,其对低频振部的折环22来说可以满足其低频振动的要求;而针对高频对球顶21强度大的需求,本发明在球顶21处复合一层强度比较大而且轻的PET材料,从而兼顾高频和低频,进而拓宽了频带,三频得到了平衡,改善了音质。此结构简单,实用性强。
以上已将本发明做一详细说明,但显而易见,本领域的技术人员可以进行各种改变和改进,而不背离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种复合音膜,其特征在于:主要包括一振膜体,所述振膜体为聚氨基甲酸脂基材结构;该振膜体由高频振部的球顶以及低频振部的折环构成,所述折环置设于球顶的周围;并且,在球顶上还复合有至少一层的辅助膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合音膜,其特征在于:所述折环与球顶为一体成型结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合音膜,其特征在于:所述折环的下端面为球面状结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合音膜,其特征在于:所述球顶的下端面为球面状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合音膜,其特征在于:所述辅助膜置设于球顶的下端面上。
