Abstract
Description
(1)バスバー40は、隣り合う一対の蓄電素子90における電極端子のそれぞれに溶接される一対の電極接続部457と、一対の電極接続部457のそれぞれに一対の屈曲部458を介して接続される基部456と、基部456に接続され、蓄電素子90の端子電圧を検出する電圧検出端子410とを有している。屈曲部458が弾性的に変形できる構成とされているため、バスバー40の材質と、蓄電素子90を保持する保持ケース20の材質が異なっている場合、すなわち両者の線膨張係数が異なっている場合に、熱変化に起因して、電極接続部457と蓄電素子90の電極端子面との溶接部Wに発生する応力を緩和することができる。
[変形例]
(1)上記した実施の形態では、バスバー40の材質が銅、保持ケース20の材質がPBTである場合を例に説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されず、それぞれ、種々の材質を選定することができる。たとえば、バスバー40は、ニッケルなど他の金属材料によって形成してもよい。バスバー40の材質の線膨張係数と保持ケース20の材質の線膨張係数とが異なる場合に本発明を適用することにより、熱変化に起因した電極接続部457と電極端子面との溶接部に発生する応力を緩和することができる。

Claims (6)
- 複数の蓄電素子が導電部材によって電気的に接続された蓄電モジュールであって、
前記導電部材は、隣り合う一対の蓄電素子における電極端子のそれぞれに溶接される一対の電極接続部と、一対の電極接続部のそれぞれに一対の弾性変形部を介して接続される基部と、前記基部に接続され、前記蓄電素子の端子電圧を検出する電圧検出端子とを有している蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記電圧検出端子は、前記基部から立ち上がる立ち上がり部と、前記基部に対向して配置される端子部とを有し、
前記弾性変形部は、前記基部から前記端子部に向かって突出する屈曲部を有している蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記屈曲部の前記基部を基準とした高さ寸法は、前記電圧検出端子の前記基部を基準とした高さ寸法以下である蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記一対の蓄電素子は、それぞれ円柱状とされ、互いに中心軸が平行となるように配置され、
前記一対の弾性変形部は、前記一対の蓄電素子の中心軸間の中心から前記一対の弾性変形部のそれぞれまでの距離が等しくなるように、前記一対の蓄電素子のそれぞれの中心軸を含む一平面と直交する平面に対して面対称形状とされている蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記端子部には、ボルトの軸部が挿通される開口部が設けられ、
前記端子部の前記基部側の面には、ナットまたは前記ボルトの頭部が固着されている蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記蓄電素子の位置を拘束する拘束部材を備え、
前記拘束部材の線膨張係数は、前記導電部材の線膨張係数とは異なっている蓄電モジュール。
