快速换模机构
技术领域
本发明涉及饮料瓶加工设备领域,特别涉及吹瓶机上的模具安装结构。
背景技术
在吹瓶机的工作过程中,一台吹瓶机需要针对若干种瓶子的加工,因此需要配备若干种吹瓶的模具,并根据不同的瓶子更换使用不同的模具。但是目前模具与与之相连的模壳之间往往采用如螺栓、螺母的固定连接方式,在进行更换时,需要将螺栓、螺母拧下,再对模具进行更换、固定,一方面此类更换方式比较的繁琐;另一方面,在螺栓、螺母拆下后,容易丢失,两者均会影响模具更换的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快速换模机构,其可实现模具的快速拆卸和安装。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种快速换模机构,包括设置在吹瓶机上的模壳、模具,模壳上开设有第一连接孔,模具上开设有第二连接孔,一连接件穿过第一连接孔、第二连接孔而将模壳和模具相连接,连接件包括第一部分和第二部分,模壳固定连接于第一部分,模具可拆卸地连接于第二部分,第二部分的最大宽度小于或等于第二连接孔的孔径。在第二连接孔的孔壁上形成有朝向其中心突出的凸台,连接件的第二部分的对着凸台的一侧的最外缘与凸台相接或者比凸台离第二部分的中轴线更近,以使得在连接件与模壳不分开的情况下,可无阻碍地将模具从连接件上取下。第二部分的外端上连接有可绕一转动轴线转动的锁片,锁片具有至少两个工作位置,在第一工作位置下,锁片在凸台外侧挡住凸台,使模具相对模壳定位;在第二工作位置下,锁片避开凸台,使模具可沿连接件的第二部分的中轴线方向朝离开模壳的方向移动,从而便可拆卸模具。
优选地,锁片的纵截面为外缘由一段优弧和连接优弧两端点的线段构成的圆弧面,锁片的纵截面是线段的平面为配合面,该配合面的形状和位置与凸台相匹配,匹配的方式是:锁片处于第二工作位置时,配合面与凸台的朝着连接件的表面在一垂直于连接件的第二部分的中轴线的平面上的投影相接或两者之间存在间隙,即两者之间没有相互的干涉;锁片处于第一工作位置时,锁片与凸台在垂直于连接件的第二部分的中轴线的平面上的投影至少有部分相重叠。
进一步地,连接件为螺栓,螺栓的第一部分通过一螺母固定连接于模壳,螺栓的第二部分的外端具有头部,该头部具有一在将模具从螺栓上取下时与凸台相对的平面,该平面与凸台的朝着螺栓的表面在将模具从螺栓上取下时相滑动配合。
更进一步地,螺栓的头部的外端面与凸台的最靠近第二连接孔的外侧的端面相齐平。
更进一步地,锁片连接在螺栓的头部的外端面上,且锁片的转动轴线与螺栓的中轴线相重合。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:通过凸台与锁片的配合,实现在不拆卸连接件的情况下快速地对模具进行更换,其结构简单,操作方便,更换快速。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1-3所示,根据本发明的一实施例的快速换模机构,包括设置在吹瓶机上的模壳1、能够更换的连接在模壳1上的模具2,模壳1上开设有第一连接孔,模具2上开设有第二连接孔20,当模具2连接在模壳1上时,第一连接孔、第二连接孔20内连接有连接件。在第二连接孔20的孔壁上形成有朝向其中心突出的凸台21,连接件上连接有锁片3,锁片3能够绕一转动轴线旋转,通过旋转锁片3控制模具2的可更换与否。当锁片3挡住凸台21时,模具2相对模壳1固定,此时模具2不能拆卸;当锁片3避开凸台21时,模具2沿连接件的轴心线方向脱离模壳1,此时模具2可以更换。
连接件包括第一部分和第二部分,模壳1固定连接于第一部分,所述模具2可拆卸地连接于第二部分,第二部分的最大宽度小于或等于第二连接孔20的孔径。本文此处及其它各处提及的第二连接孔20的孔径是指第二连接孔20在未考虑凸台21的情况下的内直径。
连接件的第二部分的对着凸台21的一侧的最外缘与凸台21相接或者比凸台21离第二部分的中轴线的距离更小。
锁片3连接于第二部分的外端上,锁片3具有至少两个工作位置,在第一工作位置下,所述的锁片3在凸台21外侧挡住所述的凸台21,使所述的模具2相对所述的模壳1定位;在第二工作位置下,所述的锁片3避开所述的凸台21,使所述的模具2可沿所述的连接件的第二部分的中轴线方向朝离开模壳1的方向移动。
具体的说:在本实施例中,连接件选择螺栓40、螺母41配合,模壳1与模具2之间通过螺栓40、螺母41连接,并且连接时螺栓40的头部400的上外端面与凸台21的最靠近第二连接孔20外侧的侧端面相齐平。锁片3通过螺钉5连接在螺栓40的头部400的外端面上,这种连接在螺钉5未完全旋紧的状况下允许锁片3相对螺栓40转动。
锁片3的纵截面为外缘由一段优弧和连接优弧两端点的线段构成的圆弧面,锁片3的转动轴线即为其圆心线。锁片3的纵截面对应于线段的平面为配合面30,配合面30的形状和位置与凸台21相匹配,这里所谓的匹配的方式是指:锁片3处于第二工作位置时,配合面30与凸台21的朝着连接件的表面在一垂直于连接件的第二部分的中轴线的平面上的投影相接或存在间隙;锁片3处于第一工作位置时,锁片3与凸台21在垂直于连接件的第二部分的中轴线的平面上的投影至少有部分相重叠。
旋转锁片3,当锁片3上的配合面30与凸台21相对时,锁片3避开凸台21,模具2可以沿螺栓40的轴心线方向脱离模壳1,此时可以更换模具2,如图2所示;当锁片3挡住凸台21时,如图3所示,模具2相对模壳1固定,此时模具2不可以拆卸。还可以旋紧螺钉5,使锁片3不能够旋转,增加锁片3的稳定性。当更换模具2时,将旧模具脱离模壳1后,向新模具的第二连接孔20穿入螺栓,使螺栓40的头部400的外端面与凸台21的最靠外的侧端面相齐平,再旋转锁片3,使其至少部分挡住凸台21,此时模具2即相对模壳1定位,然后旋紧螺钉5、螺母41,吹瓶机即可进行加工。

1、一种快速换模机构,包括设置在吹瓶机上的模壳(1)、模具(2),所述的模壳(1)上开设有第一连接孔,所述的模具(2)上开设有第二连接孔(20),一连接件穿过第一连接孔、第二连接孔(20)而将模壳(1)和模具(2)相连接,其特征在于:所述连接件包括第一部分和第二部分,模壳(1)固定连接于第一部分,所述模具(2)可拆卸地连接于第二部分,第二部分的最大宽度小于或等于第二连接孔(20)的孔径,在第二连接孔(20)的孔壁上形成有朝向其中心突出的凸台(21),连接件的第二部分的对着凸台(21)的一侧的最外缘与凸台(21)相接或者比凸台(21)离第二部分的中轴线的距离更小,第二部分的外端上连接有可绕一转动轴线转动的锁片(3),所述锁片(3)具有至少两个工作位置,在第一工作位置下,所述的锁片(3)在凸台(21)外侧挡住所述的凸台(21),使所述的模具(2)相对所述的模壳(1)定位;在第二工作位置下,所述的锁片(3)避开所述的凸台(21),使所述的模具(2)可沿所述的连接件的第二部分的中轴线方向朝离开模壳(1)的方向移动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的快速换模机构,其特征在于:锁片(3)的纵截面为外缘由一段优弧和连接优弧两端点的线段构成的圆弧面,锁片(3)的纵截面是所述线段的平面为配合面(30),所述的配合面(30)的形状和位置与凸台(21)相匹配,锁片(3)处于第二工作位置时,配合面(30)与凸台(21)的朝着连接件的表面在一垂直于连接件的第二部分的中轴线的平面上的投影相接或存在间隙;锁片(3)处于第一工作位置时,锁片(3)与凸台(21)在垂直于连接件的第二部分的中轴线的平面上的投影至少有部分相重叠。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的快速换模机构,其特征在于:连接件为螺栓(40),所述螺栓(40)的第一部分通过一螺母(41)固定连接于模壳(1),所述的螺栓(40)的第二部分的外端具有头部(400),该头部(400)具有一在将模具(2)从螺栓(40)上取下时与凸台(21)相对的平面,该平面与凸台(21)的朝着螺栓(40)的表面在将模具(2)从螺栓(40)上取下时相滑动配合。
