Description

Dispositif de guidage d'arbre d'horlogerie Domaine de l'invention  Time Domain Guide Device Field of the Invention
The invention relates to a device for pivoting a clockwork movement shaft comprising a pierced stone fixed in a kitten traversed by a pivot of said axis of revolution, and a counter pivot stone indirectly fixed on a plate of said movement by at least said kitten, said counter pivot stone having a first bearing surface arranged to cooperate abutting with the distal end of said pivot.
L'invention concerne encore un mouvement d'horlogerie comportant un tel dispositif.  The invention also relates to a watch movement comprising such a device.
The invention also relates to a watch comprising such a watch movement or / and such a device.
The invention relates to the field of pivotal guidance of watch-making trees for watches, and more particularly of balance shafts.
Arrière-plan de l'invention Background of the invention
Mechanical watches have relatively isochronous steps.
Nevertheless, this relativity gives way to a range that can vary from zero to several tens of seconds per day.
One of the causes of these gait variations is the difference in the behavior of the pendulum pivot, in contact with the counter-pivot stone between the two horizontal positions. This difference in behavior is caused, for example, by the different forces of the hairspring, closer to the pivot in one of the horizontal positions relative to the other, coupled with the play of the pivot in the orifice of the stone.
Indeed, when the counter-pivot stone is parallel to the pierced stone, in a conventional assembly, the pivot has an unstable behavior in the horizontal positions, which is due to its pivoting on the horizontal counter-pivot stone and the play of the Pierre.

Description détaillée des modes de réalisation préférés Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
The invention proposes to describe various means for influencing the behavior of the pivot, and, through this intermediary, the running of the watch. These means make it possible to influence or regulate this behavior in order to equalize the steps, especially in the two horizontal positions.
Firstly, means for influencing the behavior of the rocker pivot in horizontal positions are illustrated, without limitation, by Figures 3 to 1 1. Then, means for equalizing the steps between positions, modifying the influences on the pivot, are illustrated in Figures 12 to 16. Of course the combinations between some of these figures are possible, and the skilled person will know how to put them implemented.
The invention relates to a device 10 for pivoting a watch movement shaft 1 1 comprising a pierced stone 3 fixed in a kitten 7. This pierced stone 3 is traversed by a pivot 2 of a shaft 1 revolution D. the present description applies to the preferred case of guidance pivoting a balance shaft, naturally the invention is also used with advantage for guiding other trees, such as anchor pivot or the like. The shaft 1 is here the shaft of the sprung balance.
A counter-pivot stone 4 is fixed indirectly on a plate 6 of the movement 100 by at least the intermediate of the kitten 7. In the illustrated embodiments, the kitten 7 is carried by a cabochon 9, which is fixed to the plate 6.
According to the invention, this counter-pivoting stone 4 comprises a single first bearing surface 5, which is arranged to cooperate in abutment with the distal end of the pivot 2, while the cylindrical portion of the pivot 2 cooperates with the orifice 31, generally olives, that includes the pierced stone 3.
In an economic embodiment, the bearing surface 5 is flat, as can be seen in particular in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 13, 15, and 16.
The device 10 according to the invention is arranged so that, in the abutment position of the pivot 2 on the counter pivot stone 4, the normal N to the tangent plane PT common to the pivot 2 and the first bearing surface 5 is oblique with respect to the axis D at a non-zero tilt angle.
This arrangement avoids the disadvantage of the prior art flotation of the pivot sliding on a horizontal counter-pivot stone within the limits permitted by the play of the pivot in the hole of the pierced stone. Indeed, the tilting of the counter pivot stone 4 can influence the position of the pivot in the horizontal positions. An inclination of about 3 ° makes it possible not to disturb the lubrication and to maintain at the pivot the drop of oil required. If the slight increase in friction in the flat position, resulting from the inclined position of the counter-pivot stone, slightly penalizes the yield, however the value of the friction in the hung position approaches that of the flat, which is the purpose research. It is, in short, not to minimize the friction, but especially to equalize them in the different positions in the space of the axis of balance.
This normal N and this axis D together define a so-called PCP counter-pivot plane, which has a first angular orientation at a yaw angle α with respect to a reference direction DR of the plate 6.
According to the invention, the device 10 comprises adjustment means 20 for influencing the displacement of the pivot 2 in the hole 31 of the pierced stone for the adjustment and adjustment of the movement step 100 in which it is incorporated, by reducing the differences between the two horizontal positions. More particularly, these adjustment means 20 are means for adjusting the yaw angle a and / or the tilt angle. These adjustment means must not be confused with resilient arms, or even springs, of certain bearings of the prior art, which are in general solely devoted to functions of holding or / and elastic return, and can not in no case constitute reproducible control means.
The inclination of the single bearing surface 5 at the level of the pivoting stone 4, with respect to the axis DO of the pivot 2, according to a canting angle, as can be seen in particular in FIG. influencing the displacement of the pivot 2 in its orifice 31, as well as the chronometry resulting from this displacement.
The inclination of the counter-pivot plane PCP with respect to a reference direction DR, corresponding to a plate 6 receiving the device 10, of a lace angle a, as visible in FIG. 2, makes it possible to correct and adjust the chronometry, in particular the difference between the two horizontal positions.
Preferably, the pierced stone 3 and the counter-pivot stone 4 are fixed together in the kitten 7, in which the counter-pivoting stone 4 is pushed towards the pierced stone 3 by at least one bumper spring 8, resting on a shoulder of the kitten 7.
In a particular version of the invention, in some of its variants, these adjustment means 20 comprise positioning means 21, either the kitten 7 pivotally mounted relative to the plate 6, or a cabochon 9 enclosing the kitten 7 and mounted movably relative to the plate 6.
The mobility of the kitten 7 relative to the plate 6 may be indirect, this is the case of Figures 12 and 15 where the kitten 7 pivots with respect to the cabochon 9 which is stationary relative to the plate 6.
The mobility of the cabochon 9 with respect to the plate 6 is preferably restricted to a simple pivoting as can be seen in FIGS. 13 and 14, without play or preferably with friction, or else with a differential translational movement, with respect to the plate 6, three points of its periphery, with a reduced clearance allowing only this warpage of the counter-pivot stone 4 relative to the plate 6, as visible in Figure 16.
Of course, it is still possible to combine the mobility of the kitten 7 with respect to the cabochon 9, and the cabochon 9 with respect to the plate 6, but the simplicity of the settings is affected, and the setting of the kitten 7 alone or the cabochon 9 alone is sufficient in most cases to balance the march between different positions.
Advantageously, the adjustment means 20 comprise angular indexing means 22 for maintaining the adjustments made on the watch. These angular indexing means 22 may, again, concern, or the kitten 7 pivotally mounted relative to the plate 6 as in Figure 12 where the kitten can take several discrete positions, and / or the cabochon 9 enclosing the kitten 7 and mounted movable relative to the plate 6 as in Figure 14 where a toothed gear 25 allows fine adjustment of a ring gear 94 secured to the cabochon 9.
FIG. 12 illustrates a variant with an inclined counter-pivot stone 4 and a kitten 7 indexable in several discrete positions, so as to effect a adjust the gait, and maintain this setting. The cabochon 9 comprises cavities 93, in which can be housed a finger 72 integral with the kitten 7, these cells 93 and the finger 72 together constituting the adjusting means 20 and the indexing means 22. The pivot-pivoting stone 4 is hunted or indexed in the kitten 7.
As shown in the figures, the invention can be implemented according to many variants. Commonly to the illustrated variants, the device 10 comprises a cabochon 9 enclosing the kitten 7 and the bumper spring 8, and which is pivotally mounted in the plate 6. This cabochon 9 has a second reference surface 91 facing to a second complementary bearing surface 61 of the plate 6.
In a variant illustrated in particular in FIG. 8, the first bearing surface 5 is perpendicular with respect to the axis DO of the orifice 31 of the pierced stone 3 for guiding the pivot 2. The kitten 7 is mounted obliquely in the cabochon 9 relative to the second reference surface 91 in a single determined position. In Figure 8, the cabochon 9 is mounted aligned with the axis D balance, the kitten 7 is mounted coaxial with the cabochon 9. The kitten 7 has two housings 75 and 76 inclined the value of the angle of tilt , preferably close to 3 °, and parallel to each other: the first housing 75 for a pierced stone 3 for guiding the pivot 2, the passage opening 31 thus being inclined with respect to the axis D of the pivot 2; and the other housing 76 for receiving the counter-pivot stone 4, substantially parallel to the pierced stone 3, and which is held in the cabochon 9 by a bumper spring 8. The end of the pivot 2 is thus in resting on a flat support surface 5 of the counter-pivot stone 4, at a slope angle Θ identical to the angle of inclination Θ of the counter-pivot stone and the pierced stone in the kitten 7.
More particularly, the cabochon 9 comprises a housing 92 for receiving the kitten 7, which has an outer surface 71 which is oblique with respect to the axis D0 of the orifice 31 in a single determined position. This housing 92 is parallel to the direction of the second reference surface 91 of the cabochon 9.
In a variant illustrated in particular in Figures 9 and 13, the cabochon 9 comprises a housing 92 for receiving the kitten 7, and the housing 92 is oblique with respect to the second reference surface 91 of the cabochon 9 in a single, determined position. This kitten 7 has an outer surface 71 which is of revolution and coaxial with the axis DO of the orifice 31 of the pierced stone 3.
FIG. 9 thus shows a cabochon 9, substantially of revolution, mounted aligned with the axis D of the balance beam by a cylindrical bearing surface 91 cooperating with a bore 63 of the plate 6, and which carries a housing 92 inclined by the value of the tilt angle e, preferably close to 3 °, for receiving the kitten 7. This kitten 7 has two recesses parallel to each other, one 75 for a piercing stone 3 for guiding the pivot 2, the passage opening 31 being thus inclined with respect to the axis D of the pivot 2, and the other 76 for the reception of the counter-pivot stone 4, substantially parallel to the pierced stone 3, and which is held in the cabochon 9 by a bent spring shocks 8, the end of the pivot 2 is thus resting on a flat bearing surface 5 of the counter-pivot stone 4, at a slope angle Θ identical to the angle of inclination Θ of the kitten 7 in the cabochon 9. The same assembly is visible in FIG. 13 which represents, such a kitten 7 inclined in a cabochon 9 mounted directly and frictionally in a plate 6 and resting on it, this cabochon 9 having screw slots 93 for angular adjustment of a yaw angle a with a tool such as a screwdriver, so adjusting the step by adjusting this yaw angle a, and maintaining this adjustment under the action of the friction.
In a variant illustrated in particular in Figure 16, the first bearing surface 5 is perpendicular to the axis OD of the orifice 31 that includes the pierced stone 3 for guiding the pivot 2. The kitten 7 is mounted parallel in this cabochon 9, relative to the second reference surface 91. And the second reference surface 91 is held oblique with respect to the second complementary bearing surface 61 of the plate 6. More particularly, the cabochon 9 is inserted with play in a housing 64 of the plate 6, on which it is held tight by three screws 23 each having a groove 27 enclosing a flange 96 of the periphery of the cabochon 9, for the adjustment of both the tilt angle Θ and of the yaw angle a. Preferably, as illustrated, at least one of the screws 23 is held in abutment, by a bearing surface 241 of a flange 28 delimiting said groove 27, on a face 61 of the plate 6, to facilitate adjustment.
In a variant illustrated in particular in FIG. 3, the normal of the first bearing surface 5 is oblique with respect to the axis DO of the orifice 31 of the pierced stone 3 for guiding the pivot 2, according to the angle tilt Θ close to 3 °. The kitten 7 is mounted parallel in the cabochon 9 relative to the second reference surface 91.
In a variant illustrated in particular in FIG. 14, the adjustment means 20 comprise pivoting drive means 24 of the cabochon 9. In FIG. 14, the cabochon 9 bears an inclined counter-pivot stone 4. This cabochon 9 comprises a peripheral toothing 94 meshing with a drive gear 25 with a screw slot 26 frictionally mounted in the plate, so as to perform with a screwdriver a step adjustment by pivoting the complete cabochon 9 and adjustment of its yaw angle a, and to maintain this adjustment under the action of the friction.
In a variant illustrated in particular in Figure 9, the complementary bearing surface 61 of the plate 6 is a bore 63 substantially parallel to the axis D, and the first bearing surface 5 is perpendicular to the axis OD of the orifice 31 of the pierced stone 3, and the kitten 7 is mounted obliquely in the oblique housing 92 of the cabochon 9 relative to the second reference surface 91 which is cylindrical, in a single determined position.
In a variant illustrated in particular in Figure 7, the complementary bearing surface 61 of the plate 6 is a bore 63 oblique with respect to the axis D with an inclination of the order of 3 °, and the first surface of 5 support is perpendicular to the axis OD of the hole 31 of the pierced stone 3, which is inclined relative to the axis of the pivot due to the inclination of the cabochon in the plate. The kitten 7 is mounted coaxially in the cabochon 9 parallel to the second reference surface 91 which is cylindrical, in a single determined position. The end of the pivot 2 is thus resting on a flat support surface 5 of the counter-pivoting stone 4, at a slope angle Θ identical to the angle of inclination of the cabochon 9 in the plate 6.
In a variant illustrated in particular in Figure 15, the cabochon 9 and the kitten 7 are straight and coaxial, the cabochon 9 is pivotally mounted in the plate 6. The normal of the first bearing surface 5 is oblique with respect to the axis DO of the hole 31 of the pierced stone 3. The kitten 7 is mounted parallel in the cap 9 relative to the second reference surface 91. The bumper spring 8 cooperates with a rib 41 or a groove 42 the surface of the counter-pivot stone 4 opposite to the bearing surface 5 of the end of the pivot 2. The cabochon 9 comprises a plurality of housings 95: 95A, 95B, 95C, 95D, for receiving and locking a loop 82 or end arms 83 of the bumper spring 8, to index the kitten 7 in different positions by the lyre of the spring 8, which is itself indexed in the housing 95 in cabochon notches 9.
In certain variants, the counter-pivoting stone 4 comprises a hollow surface, advantageously off-center, in particular spherical or conical, for receiving the distal portion of the pivot 2, this off-center hollow surface having oblique edges, especially on the spiral side, for exiting the axis 1 of the vertical position, and which influences the behavior of the pivot 2 in the horizontal positions The bearing surface 5 can thus be constituted, without limitation, a hollow 51 off-center with respect to the axis DO of the orifice 31 of the pierced stone 3 visible in FIG. 6, or of a first groove 52 with a V-shaped profile centered on this axis DO that is visible in FIG. 11, or else with a second groove 53 with a profile Vee eccentric with respect to this axis DO visible in Figure 10.
In a particular embodiment, the device 10 comprises means of attraction or repulsion 30 of the pivot 2 in a direction substantially orthogonal to the axis D of the pivot 2. The implementation of means of attraction or repulsion 30 of the pivot 2, in a direction substantially orthogonal to the axis D of the pivot 2, influences the position of the pivot in the horizontal positions.
In a first variant visible in FIG. 4, these attraction or repulsion means 30 are constituted by an electret or a magnet 30A generating an electrostatic or magnetic field, and the pivot 2, being made of metallic conducting material, is sensitive to field and undergoes a force tending to press it at least on an edge of the orifice 31 of the pierced stone 3; when the counter pivot stone 4 is inclined, the orientation of the field in the same plane as the normal to the bearing surface 5 further improves the regularity of the step.
In a second variant visible in FIG. 5, these attraction or repulsion means 30 are constituted by at least one elastic return means or spring 30B exerting a radial force on the pivot 2, in particular by acting directly on the axis 1 of the pendulum.
L'invention concerne encore un mouvement d'horlogerie 100 comportant un tel dispositif 10.  The invention also relates to a watch movement 100 comprising such a device 10.
The invention also relates to a watch 200 comprising such a watch movement 100 and / or such a device 10. In sum, the inclination of the counter-pivoting stone 4 with respect to the axis D is favorable in itself. The inclination of the complete kitten 7 can influence the position of the pivot 2 in the horizontal positions. In addition, the action on the cabochon 9, or the combined action on the cabochon 9 and the kitten 7, makes it possible to equalize the steps between positions, by modifying the influences on the pivot 2.
On the basis of the counter-pivoting stones 4 inclined and counter-pivoting stones 4 with hollow housing, by rotating the counter-pivot stone 4 above or below relative to the balance, the step is influenced in the corresponding horizontal positions.
This principle can be applied to the rotation of the stone in the bumper damper realized with the incorporation of the bumper spring 8 in the cabochon 9, the rotation of the kitten 7 and the stone against pivot 4, to the rotation of the complete damper and the rotation of the bridge.
All solutions shown are applicable to shock absorbers with traditional kittens, or with suspended kittens, or semi-suspended.
The advantages deriving from the features described above make it possible to control the variations in the running of the watches between the positions.
