目前自动投放洗涤剂的洗衣机使用越来越普遍,但有些自动投放 功能的可靠性较差, 尤其是采用齿轮泵作为泵液装置的自动投放系 统。传统泵液方式是:泵体通过输液管直接从洗涤盒中直接抽取液体, 然后通过输液管输送至液体混合装置中。当用户较长时间停用自动投 放功能时, 残留的洗涤剂会通过输液管道和洗涤盒蒸发掉, 从而导致 泵体内处于干涸状态。如果泵体是采用齿轮泵时, 会导致齿轮泵无法 再次抽取洗涤剂, 从而使得洗衣机丧失自动投放功能。这样会给用户 带来很大的不便。

针对现有技术上存在的不足,本实用新型目的是在于提供一种洗 衣机用洗涤剂泵液装置, 结构简单, 提高了自动投放***可靠性。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现: 洗衣机用洗涤剂泵液装置,包括 u型胶管、进液直胶管、出液直胶管、 第一单向阀、 第二单向阀和齿轮泵, 进液直胶管通过第一单向阀与 u 型胶管一端相连, u型胶管另一端与齿轮泵相连, 齿轮泵通过第二单 向阀与出液直胶管相连。
本实用新型在用户长期闲置不用自动投放洗涤剂功能时,即使洗 涤盒内的残留液体全部蒸发掉, 也不会导致齿轮泵内液体挥发掉,从 而保证泵内的啮合齿轮表面始终充满液体, 保持润滑状态, 从而保证 ***可靠运行。

本具体实施方式的工作过程为: 当洗衣机开始启动洗衣程序时, 在齿轮泵的作用下, 洗涤剂从储液盒流入进液直胶管, 并通过第一单 向阀 4进入 U型胶管 1, 经过齿轮泵后输出至第二单向阀 5, 最后由 出液直胶管 3输送到液体稀释盒中。第一单向阀 4置于 U型胶管 1的 前级, 洗涤剂在流进 U型胶管 1后, 不可以回流至进液直胶管 2, 使 得 U型胶管 1内始终充满液体。 当洗衣机在正常使用时, 进水时压力 较大, 自来水容易通过液体稀释盒回流至出液直胶管 3中, 因第二单 向阀 5置于齿轮泵 6出液腔的前级, 自来水无法流进齿轮泵 6的出液 腔, 使得齿轮泵 6的进液腔的压力始终高于出液腔, 齿轮泵 6能够正 常工作。
本具体实施方式第一单向阀 4和第二单向阀 5之间可形成近似密 闭的空间, 从而保证 U型胶管 1和齿轮泵 6内一直存有液体, 齿轮泵 6不会因长期不工作而失效。 当用户长期闲置不用自动投放洗涤剂功 能时, 即使洗涤盒内的残留液体全部蒸发掉, 也不会导致齿轮泵内液 体挥发掉, 从而保证泵内的啮合齿轮表面始终充满液体, 保持润滑状 态, 从而保证***可靠运行。
