因此,有必要提供一种克服上述不足的新型羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理 剂。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既环保,综合处理效果又好的羊巴用弱溶剂 绵滑感处理剂。 本发明的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂通过以下技术方案实现: 本发明所公开的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂由以下组分组成: 改性聚 氨酯树脂、 醋酸丁酯、 异丙醇、 二氧化硅消光粉、 改性有机硅、 聚乙烯微 粉。

( 1 ) 按配方将醋酸丁酯、 异丙醇、 二氧化硅消光粉、 部分改性聚氨 酯树脂搅拌均匀, 研磨后过滤;
(2) 向步骤 (1 )所得混合物中加入改性有机硅、 聚乙烯微粉均匀搅 拌;
(3 ) 向步骤(2)所得混合物中加入剩余的改性聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀 后得到羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂成品。
本发明所提供的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的制备方法中,各组分的 配比如下: 改性聚氨酯树脂 30〜40重量份、 醋酸丁酯 20〜25重量份、 异 丙醇 30〜35重量份、 二氧化硅消光粉 3〜5重量份、 改性有机硅 1〜3重 量份以及聚乙烯微粉 0.8〜3重量份。
由于采用以上技术方案, 本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、 本发明提供的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂是环保型材料, 符合欧 盟的环保标准;
2、 羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的各组分相互协调、 共同作用, 处理 后不影响革面羊巴效果, 光泽自然, 触感绵滑, 用此种处理剂做出的合成 革具有绵滑的手感, 耐刮耐水解, 效果独特, 综合效果佳;
3、 将本发明提供的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂在现有合成革生产线 上应用, 工艺简单, 是后段印刷的一种新型材料, 无需改变生产设备增加 成本。 具体实施方式 为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 下面结合实施 例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例 仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
实施例 1
一种羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 由 35重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂、 23重量份的醋酸丁酯、 33重量份的异丙醇、 4重量份的二氧化硅消光粉、 3重量份的改性有机硅以及 2重量份的聚乙烯微粉组成。
上述羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的制备方法是: 在常温常压下将 25 重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂、 23重量份的醋酸丁酯、 33重量份的异丙醇、 4 重量份的二氧化硅消光粉搅拌均匀、 研磨、 过滤; 在所得的混合物中加入 3重量份的改性有机硅、 2重量份的聚乙烯微粉均匀搅拌; 再向所得混合 物中加入 10重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀后即可得到本发明实施例 1的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂。

上述羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的制备方法是: 在常温常压下将 25 重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂、 25重量份的醋酸丁酯、 32重量份的异丙醇、 3 重量份的二氧化硅消光粉搅拌均匀、 研磨、 过滤; 在所得的混合物中加入 2重量份的改性有机硅、 3重量份的聚乙烯微粉均匀搅拌; 再向所得混合 物中加入 15重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀后即可得到本发明实施例 2的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂。
本实施例公开的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的性能指标见表 2。

实施例 3
一种羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 由 30重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂、 21重量份的醋酸丁酯、 30重量份的异丙醇、 5重量份的二氧化硅消光粉、 2重量份的改性有机硅以及 0.8重量份的聚乙烯微粉组成。
上述羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的制备方法是: 在常温常压下将 25 重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂、 21重量份的醋酸丁酯、 30重量份的异丙醇、 5 重量份的二氧化硅消光粉搅拌均匀、 研磨、 过滤; 在所得的混合物中加入 2重量份的改性有机硅、 0.8重量份的聚乙烯微粉均匀搅拌;再将所得混合 物加入 5重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀后即可得到本发明实施例 3的 羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂。
本实施例公开的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的性能指标见表 3。

实施例 4
一种羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 由 32重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂、 20重量份的醋酸丁酯、 34重量份的异丙醇、 4重量份的二氧化硅消光粉、 1重量份的改性有机硅以及 2重量份的聚乙烯微粉组成。
上述羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的制备方法是: 在常温常压下将 25 重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂、 20重量份的醋酸丁酯、 34重量份的异丙醇、 4 重量份的二氧化硅消光粉搅拌均匀、 研磨、 过滤; 在所得的混合物中加入 1重量份的改性有机硅、 2重量份的聚乙烯微粉均匀搅拌; 再将所得混合 物加入 7重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀后即可得到本发明实施例 4的 羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂。
本实施例公开的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的性能指标见表 4。

一种羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 由 38重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂、 24重量份的醋酸丁酯、 35重量份的异丙醇、 3重量份的二氧化硅消光粉、 3重量份的改性有机硅以及 1重量份的聚乙烯微粉组成。
上述羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的制备方法是: 在常温常压下将 25 重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂、 24重量份的醋酸丁酯、 35重量份的异丙醇、 3 重量份的二氧化硅消光粉搅拌均匀、 研磨、 过滤; 在所得的混合物中加入 3重量份的改性有机硅、 1重量份的聚乙烯微粉均匀搅拌; 再将所得混合 物加入 13重量份的改性聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀后即可得到本发明实施例 5 的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂。
本实施例公开的羊巴用弱溶剂绵 处理剂的性能指标见表 5。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 其特征在于, 由以下组分组成: 改性聚氨酯树脂、 醋酸丁酯、 异丙醇、 二氧化硅消光粉、 改性有机硅、 聚 乙烯微粉。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 其特征在于, 所述各组分的配比如下: 改性聚氨酯树脂 30〜40重量份、 醋酸丁酯 20〜 25重量份、异丙醇 30〜35重量份、二氧化硅消光粉 3〜5重量份、 改性有 机硅 1〜3重量份以及聚乙烯微粉 0.8〜3重量份。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 其特征在于, 所述各组分的配比如下:改性聚氨酯树脂 35重量份、醋酸丁酯 23重量份、 异丙醇 33重量份、 二氧化硅消光粉 4重量份、 改性有机硅 3重量份以及 聚乙烯微粉 2重量份。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 其特征在于, 所述各组分的配比如下:改性聚氨酯树脂 40重量份、醋酸丁酯 25重量份、 异丙醇 32重量份、 二氧化硅消光粉 3重量份、 改性有机硅 2重量份以及 聚乙烯微粉 3重量份。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 其特征在于, 所述各组分的配比如下:改性聚氨酯树脂 30重量份、醋酸丁酯 21重量份、 异丙醇 30重量份、二氧化硅消光粉 5重量份、改性有机硅 2.2重量份以及 聚乙烯微粉 0.8重量份。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 其特征在于, 所述各组分的配比如下:改性聚氨酯树脂 32重量份、醋酸丁酯 20重量份、 异丙醇 34重量份、 二氧化硅消光粉 4重量份、 改性有机硅 1重量份以及 聚乙烯微粉 2重量份。
7. 根据权利要求 2所述的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂, 其特征在于, 所述各组分的配比如下:改性聚氨酯树脂 38重量份、醋酸丁酯 24重量份、 异丙醇 35重量份、 二氧化硅消光粉 3重量份、 改性有机硅 3重量份以及 聚乙烯微粉 1重量份。
8. 权利要求 1所述羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的制备方法,其特征在 于, 包含以下步骤:
( 1 ) 将醋酸丁酯、 异丙醇、 二氧化硅消光粉、 部分改性聚氨酯树脂 搅拌均匀, 研磨后过滤;
(2) 向步骤 (1 )所得混合物中加入改性有机硅、 聚乙烯微粉均匀搅 拌;
(3 ) 向步骤(2)所得混合物中加入剩余的改性聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀 后得到羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂成品。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的制备方法,其 特征在于, 各组分的配比如下: 改性聚氨酯树脂 30〜40重量份、 醋酸丁 酯 20〜25重量份、 异丙醇 30〜35重量份、 二氧化硅消光粉 3〜5重量份、 改性有机硅 1〜3重量份以及聚乙烯微粉 0.8〜3重量份。
10. 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的羊巴用弱溶剂绵滑感处理剂的制备方 法, 其特征在于, 所有步骤均在常温常压下进行。
