本发明涉及移动通信领域, 具体涉及向封闭用户组小区切换失败时的 处理方法及***。 背景技术
现代无线网络***建设中, 室内覆盖已经成为网络建设的重中之重, 合适的室内覆盖方案一方面可以让网络最大程度地发挥其作用, 为运营商 创造更大的价值, 另一方面也可以大大节省运营商的建网成本, 真正实现 低投入高回报。 由此, 一种叫做家庭基站 (Home NodeB, HNB)的无线接入 设备应运而生。 家庭基站作为私人用户的专属资源被部署在家庭、 团体、 公司或者是学校等私人场所使用, 能够给用户提供各种高速无线接入服务 并提供资费上的优惠, 同时弥补已有分布式蜂窝无线通信***覆盖不足的 矛盾。
目前, 家庭基站主要有三种接入模式: 开放的、 封闭的和混合的。 开 放模式的家庭基站允许所有的用户接入, 此时的家庭基站小区就是宏小区。 封闭模式的家庭基站只允许经过授权的用户接入, 如家庭成员、 团体成员 等用户,这些经过授权的用户称为非公开授权用户组或封闭用户组 (Closed Subscriber Group , CSG) , 授权信息保存于 UE 的 USIM 卡 (Universal Subscriber Identity Module, 用户识别卡) 中。 混合模式的家庭基站允许所 有的用户接入, 但对于属于该 CSG用户组的用户享有优先或优惠的条件。 相对于宏基站 (NodeB或者 eNodeB)覆盖下的小区称为宏小区, 家庭基站覆 盖下的小区称为 CSG小区, 具有 CSG 标识(ID, identity )。 UE通过判断 CSG小区所属家庭基站的接入模式和 /或保存于 USIM卡中的允许 CSG列 表 ( Allowed CSG list或 CSG whitelist )信息, 可以判断某 CSG小区是否允 许自己接入。 对于一个特定的 UE, 允许其接入的 CSG小区通常数量有限, 因此 UE 可以本地保存那些曾经接入过的 CSG 小区的信息, 称为 footprint/fingerprint信息 (足迹信息), 通过 footprint/fingerprint信息, UE 可以在重选和切换时准确而快速的进入 CSG小区。
家庭基站可以使用运营商专门为家庭基站预留的频率资源, 称为 CSG 专用频率( dedicated carrier ), 也可以使用与宏基站相同的频率资源称为混 合频率 (mixed carrier) ,相同频率内小区间以物理层标识 PCI ( Physical Layer Identity ) 区分, 当家庭基站和宏基站使用相同频率时, 运营商会为家庭基 站专门预留 PCI资源 ( PCI split ), CSG小区使用 PCI split内的 PCI。 与宏 小区一样, CSG 小区有一个物理层标识 PCI 和一个全局小区标识 (Cell Global Identifier, CGI )。 由于物理层标识有限, 随着家庭基站的海量部署, PCI不能唯一表征一个 CSG小区; 而 CGI在 PLMN ( Public Land Mobile Network, 公众陆地移动电话网) 范围内唯一, 因此 UE和宏基站只有获取 到 CGI才能唯一确定一个 CSG小区。
随着家庭基站的海量部署, 势必要求 UE在宏小区与 CSG小区之间, 或者在 CSG小区与 CSG小区之间切换, 以满足移动性需求。 由于家庭基站 作为即插即用的设备具有可移动性,且海量部署,一般情况下宏小区和 CSG 小区之间不会配置邻区关系, 即 UE从宏小区切换到 CSG小区时是不能获 得相邻 CSG小区的信息的, UE需要实时探测获得 CSG小区的 CSG ID、 CGL TAC ( Tracking Area Code , 跟踪区编码)、 PLMN等信息才能达到切 换的目的。 同时由于 UE在某些授权的 CSG小区具有优先或优惠的权利, 在切换时需要对 UE 实施接入控制使得只有授权的用户才能接入封闭模式 的家庭基站小区。对于切换接入控制失败的情况,很可能该 UE保留的允许 CSG列表没有及时更新, 也有可能是某些恶意的 UE企图接入封闭模式的 CSG 小区以便享受优先或优惠的权利, 现有的协议没有涉及这个问题, 如 果不采取合适的处理方法, UE可能仍然认为该 CSG小区是可以接入的, 继续发送测量 告, 网络侧收到测量4艮告可能再次向目标 CSG小区发送切 换请求, 导致接口之间的信令消耗, 影响网络的性能。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种向封闭用户组小区切换失 败时的处理方法及***, 用于解决 UE向同一非成员的 CSG小区切换, 导 致接口信令消耗, 降低网络性能的技术问题。 为达到上述目的, 本发明的 技术方案是这样实现的:
一种向封闭用户组小区切换失败时的处理方法, 该方法包括: 源基站、 或源无线网络控制器(RNC )、 或源家庭基站向核心网发送向 目标封闭用户组( CSG )小区的切换要求或重定位要求信令;所述目标 CSG 小区为处于封闭模式的 CSG小区。
若待切换的用户终端( UE )不是所述目标 CSG小区的授权用户或成员 用户、 或所述目标 CSG小区不在待切换的 UE的允许 CSG列表中, 则核心 网向所述发送切换要求或重定位要求的源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站 发送携带非成员原因的切换准备失败信令或重定位准备失败信令。
进一步地, 由核心网、 或目标家庭基站网关、 或目标家庭基站执行接 入控制, 判断所述待切换的 UE是否为所述目标 CSG小区的授权用户或成 员用户、 或所述目标 CSG小区是否在待切换的 UE的允许 CSG列表中。
在由目标家庭基站网关或目标家庭基站执行所述接入控制时, 所述核 心网在接收到所述切换要求或重定位要求后, 向目标家庭基站、 或目标家 庭基站网关、 或通过目标家庭基站网关向目标家庭基站发送切换请求或重 定位请求信令; 所述目标家庭基站或目标家庭基站网关判定待切换的 UE 不是所述目标封闭用户组小区的授权用户或成员用户、 或所述目标封闭用 户组小区不在所述待切换的 UE的允许 CSG列表中时, 向核心网返回携带 非成员原因的切换失败或重定位失败信令; 核心网接收到所述携带非成员 原因的切换失败或重定位失败信令后, 向所述发送切换要求或重定位要求 的源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站发送携带非成员原因的切换准备失败 信令或重定位准备失败信令。
进一步地, 所述源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站收到切换准备失败 或重定位准备失败的信令后, 通知所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的 更新, 或网络侧触发所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新。
所述网络侧通过空口信令通知所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的 更新、 或网络侧通过 C1接口触发对所述待切换的 UE实施 CSG列表的更 新、 或核心网对所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新。
进一步地, 所述源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站收到所述切换准备 失败或重定位准备失败的信令后, 启动一定时器, 在该定时器没有超时前, 所述源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站阻止所述待切换的 UE向所述目标 CSG小区发送切换要求或重定位要求信令。
进一步地, 所述源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站收到所述切换准备 失败或重定位准备失败的信令后, 所述源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站 阻止所述待切换的 UE向具有相同封闭用户组标识(CSG ID ) 的目标家庭 基站小区发送切换要求或重定位要求信令。
基于上述方法, 本发明还提出一种向封闭用户组小区切换失败时的处 理***, 该***包括:

本发明中, 当 UE不是目标 CSG小区的授权用户时, 核心网将非成员 的错误失败信息告知源基站或源 RNC 或源家庭基站, 强制 UE 更新允许 CSG列表来阻止源基站或源 RNC或源家庭基站向同一目标小区发送切换要 求, 或通过设置延时定时器来阻止为 UE频繁向同一目标小区发送切换要 求, 或在能够获得目标 CSG小区的 CSG ID的情况下, 源基站或源 RNC或 源家庭基站阻止为 UE向相同 CSG ID的相邻 CSG小区切换,本发明在 UE 切换失败后, 可防止再次向同一目标 CSG小区发送切换要求, 从而减少接 口之间的信令消耗, 提高网络性能。 附图说明

图 1所示为 LTE***的网络布局示意图, 核心网和基站 (宏基站)之 间存在 S1接口, 相邻的基站之间存在 X2接口; 家庭基站与核心网可以直 接相连, 也可以通过家庭基站网关和核心网相连, 家庭基站之间以及家庭 基站与宏基站之间没有 X2接口。 UE位于源基站所辖小区中, 处于连接状 态, 该 UE拥有允许接入的 CSG小区列表。 此处源基站可以为宏基站也可 以为家庭基站。
该 UE切换的流程如图 2所示:
步骤 201 : 源基站或源家庭基站根据 UE上报的测量报告确定 UE需要 进行切换, 切换的目标小区为家庭基站所辖小区或封闭用户组小区, 源基 站或源家庭基站向核心网发送切换要求( Handover Required )信令, 切换要 求信令中包含 UE标识以及目标小区标识。
如果由目标家庭基站实施接入控制 ( access control ):
步骤 202A: 核心网接收到切换要求信令后, 向目标家庭基站所属的家 庭基站网关发送切换请求( Handover Request )。
步骤 203A: 家庭基站网关向目标家庭基站发送切换请求 (Handover Request )。 步骤 204A: 目标家庭基站根据 UE的允许 CSG列表,以及自身的 CSG ID、 接入模式(处于封闭模式)实施接入控制, 若发现该 UE不是所述目标 封闭用户组小区的授权用户或成员用户、 或所述目标封闭用户组小区不在 所述 UE的允许 CSG列表中, 则目标家庭基站向家庭基站网关发送切换失 败( Handover Failure )信令, 在该信令中携带该 UE非成员、 或该 UE不是 目标 CSG小区的成员、或目标家庭基站 CSG ID不在允许 CSG列表的原因。 需要说明的是, 目标家庭基站获取 UE的允许 CSG列表可以通过切换请求 信令(该信令携带该 UE的允许 CSG列表 ), 或者目标家庭基站单独发送信 令请求核心网下发该 UE的允许 CSG列表。

如果由核心网实施接入控制:
步骤 202C: 核心网根据 UE的允许 CSG列表, 以及目标 CSG小区的 CSG ID、 接入模式(处于封闭模式) 实施接入控制, 若发现该 UE不是所 述目标封闭用户组小区的授权用户或成员用户、 或所述目标封闭用户组小 区不在所述 UE的允许 CSG列表中, 则核心网向源基站或源家庭基站发送 切换准备失败 ( Handover Preparation Failure )信令, 在该信令中携带该 UE 非成员、 或该 UE不是目标 CSG小区的成员、 或目标家庭基站 CSG ID不 在允许 CSG列表的原因。 需要说明的是, 核心网可以根据家庭基站的注册 流程获得家庭基站的接入模式以及 CSG ID, 也可以通过专用信令向家庭基 站网关索取家庭基站的接入模式以及 CSG ID。
源基站或源家庭基站收到切换准备失败信令后, 通过空口信令(无线 资源控制 RRC信令或非接入层 NAS信令、或其他信令)通知 UE实施允许 CSG 列表的更新, UE 发起一次新的位置区域更新流程 (Tracking Area Update ), 更新本 UE的允许 CSG列表; 或者 UE可以在发送 NAS层的业 务请求( Service Request )后, 网络侧发送该 UE的允许 CSG列表, UE实 施更新。 源基站或源家庭基站收到切换准备失败后, 网络侧也可以通过 C1 (OMA DM/OTA)接口对该 UE实施 CSG列表的更新。
需要说明的是, 当核心网实施切换时的接入控制时, 核心网发现目标 CSG小区不在 UE的允许 CSG列表中, 核心网直接发起 NAS流程对该 UE 实施允许 CSG 列表的更新, 核心网可以通过切换准备失败信令携带 NAS 信令, 源基站或源家庭基站收到该信令后, 向 UE发送该 NAS信息 (通过 DL information transfer或其他可以携带 NAS的空口信令), UE收到该 NAS 信息后, 更新本 UE的允许 CSG列表。 核心网也可以通过发送单独的 NAS 信息( Downlink NAS Transport )或通过其他的信令 ( E-RAB Modify Request 或 E-RAB Release Command等)携带 NAS信息, 对 UE实施允许 CSG列 表的更新。

步骤 404A: 目标家庭基站根据 UE的允许 CSG列表,以及自身的 CSG ID、接入模式(处于封闭模式)实施接入控制, 发现该 UE不是目标家庭基 站的成员用户 (或不在用户设备的允许 CSG 列表中), 目标家庭基站向家 庭基站网关发送重定位失败( Relocation Failure )信令, 在该信令中携带该 UE非成员、 或该 UE不是目标 CSG小区的成员、 或目标家庭基站 CSG ID 不在允许 CSG列表的原因。 需要说明的是, 目标家庭基站获取 UE的允许 CSG列表可以通过重定位请求信令(该信令携带该 UE的允许 CSG列表), 或者目标家庭基站单独发送信令请求核心网下发该 UE的允许 CSG列表。
步骤 405A: 家庭基站网关向核心网发送重定位失败信令。
步骤 406A: 核心网向源 RNC或源家庭基站(向源家庭基站发送需要 通过源家庭基站所属家庭基站网关, 下面与此相同 )发送重定位准备失败 ( Relocation Preparation Failure )信令, 其中携带该 UE非成员、 或该 UE 不是目标 CSG小区的成员、或目标家庭基站 CSG ID不在允许 CSG列表的 原因。
如果由目标家庭基站网关实施接入控制:
步骤 402B: 核心网接收到重定位要求信令后, 向目标家庭基站所属的 家庭基站网关发送重定位请求( Relocation Request )。
步骤 403B: 目标家庭基站网关根据 UE的允许 CSG列表, 以及目标 CSG小区的 CSG ID, 接入模式(封闭模式) 实施接入控制, 发现该 UE不 是目标家庭基站的成员用户 (或不在用户设备的允许 CSG 列表中), 目标 家庭基站网关向核心网发送重定位失败( Relocation Failure )信令, 在该信 令中携带该 UE非成员、 或该 UE不是目标 CSG小区的成员、 或目标家庭 基站 CSG ID不在允许 CSG列表的原因。 需要说明的是, 目标家庭基站网 关获取 UE的允许 CSG列表可以通过重定位请求(该信令携带该 UE的允 许 CSG列表 ), 或者目标家庭基站网关单独发送信令请求核心网下发该 UE 的允许 CSG列表。 目标家庭基站网关保存有所辖家庭基站的接入模式以及 CSG ID。
步骤 404B : 核心网向源 RNC 或源家庭基站发送重定位准备失败 ( Relocation Preparation Failure )信令, 其中携带该 UE非成员、 或该 UE 不是目标 CSG小区的成员、或目标家庭基站 CSG ID不在允许 CSG列表的 原因。
如果由核心网实施接入控制:
步骤 402C: 核心网根据 UE的允许 CSG列表, 以及目标 CSG小区的 CSG ID, 接入模式(处于封闭模式) 实施接入控制, 发现该 UE不是目标 家庭基站的成员用户 (或不在用户设备的允许 CSG 列表中), 核心网向源 RNC或源家庭基站发送重定位准备失败( Relocation Preparation Failure )信 令, 在该信令中携带该 UE非成员、 或该 UE不是目标 CSG小区的成员、 或目标家庭基站 CSG ID不在允许 CSG列表的原因。 需要说明的是, 核心 网可以根据家庭基站的注册流程获得家庭基站的接入模式以及 CSG ID, 也 可以通过专用信令向家庭基站网关索取家庭基站的接入模式以及 CSG ID。
源 RNC或源家庭基站收到切换准备失败信令后, 启动一定时器, 在该 定时器没有超时前, 源 RNC或源家庭基站阻止该 UE (即不再为该 UE )向 目标家庭基站发送切换要求或重定位要求信令。 在该定时器运行期间, 网 络侧和该 UE可能均已更新允许 CSG列表, 该定时期超时后, 如果仍然收 到 UE上报的该目标家庭基站小区信号很好的测量报告, 源 RNC或源家庭 基站将再向目标家庭基站发送重定位要求信令。
需要说明的是当核心网实施切换时的接入控制时, 核心网发现目标 CSG小区不在允许 CSG列表中, 核心网直接发起 NAS流程对该 UE实施 允许 CSG列表的更新, 核心网可以通过重定位准备失败携带 NAS信令, 源 RNC或源家庭基站收到该信令后,向 UE发送该 NAS信息(通过 DL direct transfer或其他可以携带 NAS的空口信令), UE收到该 NAS信息后, 更新 本 UE的允许 CSG列表。 核心网也可以通过发送单独的 NAS信息 ( Direct Transfer )或通过其他的信令携带 NAS信息, 对 UE实施允许 CSG列表的 更新。
实施例三
图 1所示为 LTE***的网络布局示意图, 核心网和基站 (宏基站)之 间存在 S1接口, 相邻的基站之间存在 X2接口; 家庭基站与核心网可以直 接相连, 也可以通过家庭基站网关和核心网相连, 家庭基站之间以及家庭 基站与宏基站之间没有 X2接口。 UE位于源基站所辖小区中, 处于连接状 态, 该 UE拥有允许接入的 CSG小区列表。 此处源基站可以为宏基站也可 以为家庭基站。 本实施例中目标家庭基站 (处于封闭模式) 与核心网直接 相连。
由于该 UE非成员导致切换接入控制失败的流程如图 5所示。此处可能 由目标家庭基站、 或核心网实施切换时的接入控制, 具体方法与实施例一 中描述一致, 此处不再赘述。
源基站或源家庭基站收到切换准备失败消息后, 获知其非成员的原因。 由于源基站或源家庭基站通过 UE 的测量报告获知目标家庭基站小区的 CSG ID,源基站或源家庭基站阻止该 UE向具有相同 CSG ID的目标家庭基 站小区发送切换要求, 此处需要说明的是, 切换要求是源基站或源家庭基 站向目标家庭基站小区发送的, 阻止该 UE的意思是不再为该 UE向具有相 同 CSG ID的目标家庭基站小区发送切换要求。
实施例四
图 1所示为 LTE***的网络布局示意图, 核心网和基站 (宏基站)之 间存在 S1接口, 相邻的基站之间存在 X2接口; 家庭基站与核心网可以直 接相连, 也可以通过家庭基站网关和核心网相连, 家庭基站之间以及家庭 基站与宏基站之间没有 X2接口。 UE位于源基站所辖小区中, 处于连接状 态, 该 UE拥有允许接入的 CSG小区列表。 此处源基站可以为宏基站也可 以为家庭基站。
源基站或源家庭基站根据 UE上报的测量报告确定 UE需要进行切换, 切换的目标小区为家庭基站所辖小区, 源基站或源家庭基站实施切换的接 入控制, 源基站或源家庭基站根据 UE的允许 CSG列表, 以及目标家庭基 站小区的 CSG ID、 接入模式(处于封闭模式) 实施接入控制, 发现该 UE 不是目标家庭基站的成员用户 (或不在用户设备的允许 CSG列表中), 源 基站通过空口信令(无线资源控制 RRC信令或非接入层 NAS信令、 或其 他信令)通知 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新, UE发起一次新的位置区域更 新流程(Tracking Area Update ), 更新本 UE的允许 CSG列表; 或者启动一 定时器, 在该定时器没有超时前, 源基站或源家庭基站阻止(即不再)选 择该目标家庭基站为该 UE的切换目标小区;或者源基站或源家庭基站阻止 该 UE (即不再为给 UE ) 向具有相同 CSG ID的目标家庭基站小区发送切 换请求。 此处需要说明的, 如果由源基站或源家庭基站或源 RNC实施接入 控制, 源基站或源家庭基站或源 RNC需要单独向核心网发送信令获取目标 CSG小区的 CSG ID和接入模式。 UE的允许 CSG列表可能包含在切换限 制列表中( Handover Restriction List ), 该切换限制列表由核心网配置, 存于 源基站或源家庭基站或源 RNC中, 如果源基站或源家庭基站或源 RNC不 包含 UE的允许 CSG列表,源基站或源家庭基站或源 RNC需要单独向核心 网发送信令获取 UE的允许 CSG列表,源基站或源家庭基站或源 RNC也可 以发送一条信令向核心网同时获取目标 CSG小区的 CSG ID和接入模式、 以及 UE的允许 CSG列表。
实施例五
基于本发明的方法, 本发明还提出了一种向封闭用户组小区切换失败 时的处理***, 该***结构如图 6所示, 该***包括: 请求模块、 接入控 制模块及失败处理模块;
请求模块, 位于源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站, 用于根据待切换 UE的测量 告选择目标 CSG小区作为切换目的小区, 并向核心网发送向 CSG小区的切换要求或重定位要求信令; 优选地, 所述目标 CSG小区为处 于封闭模式的 CSG小区;
接入控制模块, 位于核心网、 或目标家庭基站网关、 或目标家庭基站, 用于判断所述待切换的 UE是否为所述目标 CSG小区的授权用户或成员用 户、 或所述目标 CSG小区是否在待切换的 UE的允许 CSG列表中, 当判断 结果为否时, 通过核心网向失败处理模块发送携带非成员原因的切换准备 失败信令或重定位准备失败信令;
失败处理模块, 位于源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站, 用于在接收 到所述切换准备失败信令或重定位准备失败信令后执行相应的切换失败处 理操作。
进一步地, 当接入控制模块位于目标家庭基站网关或目标家庭基站时, 所述核心网在接收到所述切换要求或重定位要求后, 向所述接入控制模块 发送切换请求或重定位请求信令;所述接入控制模块判定待切换的 UE不是 所述目标封闭用户组小区的授权用户或成员用户、 或所述目标封闭用户组 小区不在所述待切换的 UE的允许 CSG列表中时, 向核心网返回携带非成 员原因的切换失败或重定位失败信令; 核心网接收到所述携带非成员原因 的切换失败或重定位失败信令后, 向所述请求模块发送携带非成员原因的 切换准备失败信令或重定位准备失败信令。
进一步地, 所述切换失败处理操作包括以下一种或多种处理过程: ( 1 )所述失败处理模块通过空口信令通知所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新, 或通过 C1接口对所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表 的更新, 或通知核心网对所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新。 ( 2 )所述失败处理模块启动一定时器, 在该定时器没有超时前, 所述 失败处理模块阻止所述待切换的 UE向目标 CSG小区发送切换要求或重定 位要求信令;
( 3 )所述失败处理模块阻止所述待切换的 UE向具有相同 CSG ID的 目标家庭基站小区发送切换要求或重定位要求信令。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种向封闭用户组小区切换失败时的处理方法,其特征在于, 包括: 源基站、 或源无线网络控制器(RNC )、 或源家庭基站向核心网发送向 目标封闭用户组(CSG ) 小区的切换要求或重定位要求信令;
若待切换的用户终端( UE )不是所述目标 CSG小区的授权用户或成员 用户、 或所述目标 CSG小区不在待切换的 UE的允许 CSG列表中, 则核心 网向所述发送切换要求或重定位要求的源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站 发送携带非成员原因的切换准备失败信令或重定位准备失败信令。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 由核心网、 或目标家庭 基站网关、或目标家庭基站执行接入控制,判断所述待切换的 UE是否为所 述目标 CSG小区的授权用户或成员用户、或所述目标 CSG小区是否在待切 换的 UE的允许 CSG列表中。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
在由目标家庭基站网关或目标家庭基站执行所述接入控制时, 所述核 心网在接收到所述切换要求或重定位要求后, 向目标家庭基站、 或目标家 庭基站网关、 或通过目标家庭基站网关向目标家庭基站发送切换请求或重 定位请求信令;
所述目标家庭基站或目标家庭基站网关判定待切换的 UE 不是所述目 标封闭用户组小区的授权用户或成员用户、 或所述目标封闭用户组小区不 在所述待切换的 UE的允许 CSG列表中时, 向核心网返回携带非成员原因 的切换失败或重定位失败信令;
核心网接收到所述携带非成员原因的切换失败或重定位失败信令后, 向所述发送切换要求或重定位要求的源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站发 送携带非成员原因的切换准备失败信令或重定位准备失败信令。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述源基站、或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站收到切换准备失败或重定位准备失败的信令后, 通知所述待 切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新, 或网络侧触发所述待切换的 UE实 施允许 CSG列表的更新。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 网络侧通过空口信令通 知所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新、 或网络侧通过 C1接口触 发对所述待切换的 UE实施 CSG列表的更新、或核心网对所述待切换的 UE 实施允许 CSG列表的更新。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述源基站、或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站收到所述切换准备失败或重定位准备失败的信令后, 启动一 定时器, 在该定时器没有超时前, 所述源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站 阻止所述待切换的 UE向所述目标 CSG小区发送切换要求或重定位要求信 令。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述源基站、或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站收到所述切换准备失败或重定位准备失败的信令后, 所述源 基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站阻止所述待切换的 UE向具有相同封闭用 户组标识( CSG ID )的目标家庭基站小区发送切换要求或重定位要求信令。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述目标 CSG小区为 处于封闭模式的 CSG小区。
9、 一种向封闭用户组小区切换失败时的处理***, 其特征在于, 该系 统包括:
请求模块, 位于源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站, 用于根据待切换 UE的测量 告选择目标 CSG小区作为切换目的小区, 并向核心网发送向 CSG小区的切换要求或重定位要求信令;
接入控制模块, 位于核心网、 或目标家庭基站网关、 或目标家庭基站, 用于判断所述待切换的 UE是否为所述目标 CSG小区的授权用户或成员用 户、 或所述目标 CSG小区是否在待切换的 UE的允许 CSG列表中, 当判断 结果为否时, 通过核心网向失败处理模块发送携带非成员原因的切换准备 失败信令或重定位准备失败信令;
失败处理模块, 位于源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站, 用于在接收 到所述切换准备失败信令或重定位准备失败信令后执行相应的切换失败处 理操作。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的***, 其特征在于,
当接入控制模块位于目标家庭基站网关或目标家庭基站时, 所述核心 网在接收到所述切换要求或重定位要求后, 向所述接入控制模块发送切换 请求或重定位请求信令;
所述接入控制模块判定待切换的 UE 不是所述目标封闭用户组小区的 授权用户或成员用户、 或所述目标封闭用户组小区不在所述待切换的 UE 的允许 CSG列表中时, 向核心网返回携带非成员原因的切换失败或重定位 失败信令;
核心网接收到所述携带非成员原因的切换失败或重定位失败信令后, 向所述请求模块发送携带非成员原因的切换准备失败信令或重定位准备失 败信令。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述切换失败处理操 作包括:
所述失败处理模块通过空口信令通知所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG 列表的更新, 或通过 C1接口对所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更 新, 或通知核心网对所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述切换失败处理操 作包括: 所述失败处理模块启动一定时器, 在该定时器没有超时前, 所述失败 处理模块阻止所述待切换的 UE向目标 CSG小区发送切换请求; 或,
所述失败处理模块阻止所述待切换的 UE向具有相同 CSG ID的目标家 庭基站小区发送切换要求或重定位要求信令。
13、 根据权利要求 9所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述目标 CSG小区为 处于封闭模式的 CSG小区。
14、 一种向封闭用户组小区切换失败时的处理方法, 其特征在于, 该 方法包括:
源基站、或源 RNC、或源家庭基站向核心网发送向目标 CSG小区的切 换要求或重定位要求信令;
所述核心网实施接入控制, 若接入控制不成功, 所述核心网向所述源 基站、或源 RNC、或源家庭基站发送切换准备失败或重定位准备失败信令; 所述源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站收到切换准备失败或重定位准 备失败信令后, 执行切换失败处理操作。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换失败处理操 作包括:
所述源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站通知所述 UE实施允许 CSG列 表的更新、 或网络侧触发允许 CSG列表的更新。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 由网络侧通过空口信 令通知所述 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新, 或由网络侧通过 C1接口对所 述 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新, 或由核心网对所述 UE实施允许 CSG列 表的更新。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换失败处理操 作包括:
所述源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站启动一定时器, 在该定时器没 有超时前,所述源基站、或源 RNC、或源家庭基站阻止所述 UE向目标 CSG 小区发送切换要求或重定位要求信令。
18、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换失败处理操 作包括:
所述源基站、或源 RNC、或源家庭基站阻止所述 UE向具有相同 CSG ID 的目标家庭基站小区发送切换要求或重定位要求信令。
19、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述目标 CSG小区 为处于封闭模式的 CSG小区。
20、 一种向封闭用户组小区切换失败时的处理***, 其特征在于, 该 ***包括:
请求模块, 位于源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站, 用于向核心网发 送向目标 CSG小区的切换要求或重定位要求信令;
接入控制模块, 位于核心网, 用于在接收到所述切换要求或重定位要 求信令时执行接入控制, 在接入控制不成功时, 向所述请求模块发送切换 准备失败或重定位准备失败信令;
失败处理模块, 位于源基站、 或源 RNC、 或源家庭基站, 用于在接收 到所述切换准备失败或重定位准备失败信令后, 执行切换失败处理操作。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述切换失败处理操 作包括:
所述失败处理模块通过空口信令通知所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG 列表的更新, 或通过 C1接口对所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更 新, 或通知核心网对所述待切换的 UE实施允许 CSG列表的更新。
22、 根据权利要求 20所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述切换失败处理操 作包括:
所述失败处理模块启动一定时器, 在该定时器没有超时前, 所述失败 处理模块阻止所述待切换的 UE向目标 CSG小区发送切换要求或重定位要 求信令; 或,
所述失败处理模块阻止所述待切换的 UE向具有相同 CSG ID的目标家 庭基站小区发送切换要求或重定位要求信令。
