在移动多媒体广播***中, ESG由基本描述信息、 数据信息和节目提示 信息构成; 其中,基本描述信息是 ESG的控制信息,描述了数据信息在 ESG 业务的分配情况及更新状态等, 它在控制逻辑信道中传输; 数据信息是 ESG 的主体, 描述了与移动多媒体广播业务相关的业务信息、 业务扩展信息、 编 排信息、 内容信息以及业务参数信息, 它作为一个特殊的移动多媒体广播业 务传输; 节目提示信息是 ESG的辅助信息,描述了业务当前时间段和下一时 间段播放节目的概要信息, 随移动多媒体广播视频、 音频业务一起传输。
此外, ESG还应包括订购相关的业务提供信息(Provisioning )及交互信 息等其它相关部分, 以方便终端用户进行业务购买、 退订、 参与互动等交互 处理。
通常, 基于广播网的移动多媒体业务具有频谱利用率高、 容量大、 建设 成本相对比较低、 受众广等优势, 已得到广泛应用; 但其主要缺点是由于服 务的单向性, 与用户的互动性较差, 难以提供个性化的服务。 而基于移动通 信网络的方式有较强的互动性, 对于移动多媒体业务的开展提供了很多的便 利, 如订购退订及互动等。
因此, 对于开展移动多媒体业务来说, 如果广播网能融合交互网模式来 进行业务指南的分发, 将会给用户提供一个具有较强互动性及快速搜索业务 信息的业务指南, 从而会对移动多媒体业务的发展提供更多的途径。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电子业务指南的收发方法及接收 装置, 能够提供给用户一个具有较强互动性的业务指南, 从而使得用户的业 务体验更好。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种电子业务指南的收发方法, 包括:
多媒体广播***将电子业务指南 ESG分成基本 ESG信息和增强 ESG信 息,通过广播网络下发所述基本 ESG信息,通过交互网络下发所述增强 ESG 信息; 其中, 基本 ESG信息至少包括基本描述信息、 数据信息及节目提示信 息; 增强 ESG信息至少包括业务提供信息和 /或交互信息;
移动终端在进入移动多媒体业务应用后,通过广播网络接收基本 ESG信 息, 通过交互网络接收所述增强 ESG信息, 将基本 ESG信息和增强 ESG信 息组装成完整的 ESG信息向用户显示。
进一步地, 基本 ESG信息和增强 ESG信息内容相匹配, 并使用同一个 ESG标识和 /或同一个版本号。
进一步地, 增强 ESG信息中的所述业务提供信息至少含有订购选项信 息、 订购数据信息以及订购信道信息中的一种或多种。
进一步地, 终端接收所述基本 ESG信息的处理包括: 首先接收并解析出 基本 ESG信息中的基本描述信息; 当本地已存储基本 ESG信息, 且解析出 的基本描述信息和存储的所述基本 ESG信息中的 ESG标识和 /或版本号不同 时,如判断存储的基本 ESG信息需要更新, 则继续接收并解析出余下的基本 ESG信息, 对已存储的基本 ESG信息进行更新; 否则, 保持原存储的基本 ESG信息不变。

存储模块, 用于存储基本 ESG数据和增强 ESG数据。
进一步地,基本 ESG数据获取模块还用于通过终端的显示模块向用户预 显基本 ESG信息。
本发明将广播网模式和交互网模式融合进行业务指南的分发, 给用户提 供了一个具有较强互动性的业务指南, 同时, 使得用户终端能够快速地获取 业务信息, 从而提供给用户一种更好的业务体验。 本发明为移动多媒体业务 的发展提供了更宽、 更广的途径。 附图概述

本发明提供的电子业务指南的收发方法, 包括: ***将 ESG分成基本业 务指南信息和增强业务指南信息两部分, 分别通过广播网模式和交互网模式 下发; 其中, 基本业务指南信息包括基本描述信息、 数据信息及节目提示信 息; 增强业务指南信息包括业务提供信息和交互信息。 移动终端通过广播网 络接收相应的基本业务指南后, 根据其中的指示信息, 再通过交互网络获取 相应的增强业务指南中与交互相关的分片数据, 然后将数据进行统一组合, 呈现给用户完整的业务指南信息。 本发明通过混合网模式收发业务指南, 能 够使得用户快速地获得业务信息, 从而使得用户的业务体验更好。
以下结合附图和优选实施例对本发明的上述技术方案进行更详尽地说 明。
本发明提供的电子业务指南的收发方法, 包括如下步骤:
将移动多媒体业务中的 ESG分成基本 ESG信息和增强 ESG信息两部分, 通过广播网模式下发基本 ESG信息, 通过交互网模式下发增强 ESG信息; 其中, 基本业务指南信息包括基本描述信息、 数据信息及节目提示信息; 增 强业务指南信息包括业务提供信息和交互信息;
如图 1所示,移动多媒体业务中下发的 ESG分成两部分: 一部分是基本 ESG信息, 主要包 ^某体相关的内容, 如业务信息, 内容信息, 编排信息等; 另一部分是增强 ESG信息, 主要包含业务提供(ESG Provisioning )信息及 交互信息等。
对于图 1所示的基本 ESG信息和增强 ESG信息, 不限于其中所列出的 内容, 还可加入其它业务相关的信息, 如接入信息 (Access ) , 预览信息 ( Preview Data )等。
在基本业务指南和增强业务指南两部分 ESG信息中, 使用同一个 ESG 标识和版本号, 使得通过广播网和交互网下发的两部分业务指南信息始终能 够保持同步, 亦即, 增强业务指南信息中的内容, 应该与基本业务指南信息 中的内容相匹配。
移动终端在进入移动多媒体业务应用后, 分别从广播网和移动交互网获 取基本 ESG及增强 ESG部分, 然后组装成一个完整统一的业务指南, 呈现 给用户。 其具体流程步骤如图 2所示:
210:终端通过广播网络获取基本 ESG数据,并解析获得基本 ESG信息; 终端首先获取基本描述信息; 如果本地已存有业务指南数据, 则比较基 本描述信息和已经存储的基本 ESG信息中网络号和 ESG更新序号等信息, 当基本描述信息中的网络号和 /或 ESG更新序号信息与存储的基本 ESG信息 中的网络号和 /或 ESG更新序号信息不同, 判断存储的基本 ESG信息需要更 新, 则分片下载并解析及存储基本 ESG信息; 若不需要更新, 则保持原业务 指南信息不变。
220: 终端根据本地策略判断是否需要预先向用户呈现基本业务指南信 息, 若是执行步骤 230, 若否则执行步骤 240;
这里本地策略是指, 是预先向用户呈现基本业务指南信息, 还是待后面 综合数据后再呈现完整的业务指南信息, 根据从交互网获取增强业务指南部 分的速度快慢或基本 ESG数据的更新程度确定该策略。
在该多媒体业务应用中, 如果终端需要快速向用户显示业务指南信息, 而后续的通过交互网获取的增强业务指南部分时间较长, 而导致整个业务指 南获取过程较长时, 可以预先向用户呈现基本的业务指南信息, 如频道、 节 目列表等。 而通过交互网获取的增强业务指南信息部分可以放在后台处理完 成。 通过该方式可以使得终端能够快速地获取和显示业务指南信息。
230: 终端向用户呈现基本 ESG信息;
240: 终端从解析获得的基本业务指南中, 查询是否有获取增强 ESG信 息的指示, 若是则执行步骤 250, 若否则结束流程;
终端从广播网下发的基本 ESG数据中,查询获得增强业务指南的指示标 识( Identifier )、增强业务指南数据的获取地址 URL和 /或版本号( Version ) , 该标识可以有不同的具体形式来表示, 如网络号, ESG更新序号等。
250: 终端发送获取增强 ESG请求到交互网服务器地址 URL, 获取增强
ESG数据, 并解析得到增强 ESG信息;
如果本地已存有增强 ESG信息, 则比较其中的 ESG标识( Identifier )或 版本号 (Version ) , 判断是否需要更新增强 ESG数据:
如需要则更新数据, 即通过交互网向服务器发送 HTTP请求, 该请求中 携带该 ESG 的标识(Identifier )和 /或版本号 (Version ) ; 交互网多媒体服 务器接收到该请求后, 通过比较该 ESG标识或版本号 (Version), 将终端所需 的增强 ESG信息发送给终端;终端接收到交互网服务器发送来的增强业务指 南信息后进行解析。
如不需要更新数据, 则保持原增强业务指南信息不变, 即结束流程; 260: 终端将基本 ESG数据和增强 ESG数据进行组合, 并向用户呈现完 整的业务指南数据; 结束流程。
本发明相应于上述方法还提供了电子业务指南的接收装置, 用于移动终 端中。 如图 3所示, 该装置的实施例 300包括: 相互连接的基本 ESG数据获 取模块 310、 版本更新模块 320以及增强 ESG数据获取模块 330, 还包括存 储模块 340以及数据组合模块 350; 其中:
基本 ESG数据获取模块 310, 还分别与增强 ESG数据获取模块 330和 数据组合模块 350连接, 用于接收并解析所述基本 ESG信息,将解析的基本 描述信息及查询获取的增强 ESG信息的指示信息、增强 ESG获取地址 URL, 以及 ESG标识和 /或所述版本号输出给所述版本更新模块 320;在收到所述版 本更新模块的基本 ESG更新指示后, 将分片下载及解析的基本 ESG信息输 出给数据组合模块 350; 根据本地策略通过终端的显示模块(图中未示) 向 用户预显基本 ESG信息; 版本更新模块 320, 还与存储模块 340连接, 用于在输入基本描述信息 后,从存储模块 340中查到已存有基本 ESG数据, 则比较基本描述信息和存 储的基本 ESG数据中的网络号或 ESG更新序号信息, 若二者不同判断存储 的基本 ESG数据需要更新, 则向基本 ESG数据获取模块 310输出基本 ESG 更新指示;在输入增强 ESG信息的指示、增强 ESG获取地址 URL,以及 ESG 标识和 /或所述版本号后, 从存储模块 340中查到已存有增强 ESG信息, 则 将输入的 ESG标识和 /或所述版本号与存储的增强 ESG数据中相应的 ESG标 识和 /或版本号进行比较, 若二者不同判断存储的增强 ESG数据需要更新, 则向增强 ESG数据获取模块 330输出携带有该增强 ESG获取地址 URL以及 增强 ESG的标识和 /或版本号的增强 ESG更新指示;
增强 ESG数据获取模块 330, 还与数据组合模块 350连接, 用于在输入 增强 ESG更新指示后,根据更新指示中携带的增强 ESG获取地址 URL以及 ESG的标识和 /或版本号, 从交互网服务器获取增强 ESG信息, 并将解析的 增强 ESG信息输出给数据组合模块 350;
存储模块 340 , 用于存储基本 ESG数据和增强 ESG数据;
数据组合模块 350, 用于对输入的基本 ESG信息和增强 ESG信息进行 组合, 并通过终端的显示模块(图中未示) 向用户显示完整的 ESG信息。
以上描述的本发明的电子业务指南的接收装置的实施例, 仅仅用于说明 和解释本发明, 而非用来限制本发明。 实际上, 本发明还可以例举出更多的 实施例。 譬如, 上述基本 ESG数据获取模块 310、 版本更新模块 320以及增 强 ESG数据获取模块 330可以合并成一个 ESG数据获取模块, 用于分别从 广播网和交互网获取到相应的基本数据和增强数据, 然后输出给数据组合模 块。

1、 一种电子业务指南的收发方法, 包括:
多媒体广播***将电子业务指南 ESG分成基本 ESG信息和增强 ESG信 息,通过广播网络下发所述基本 ESG信息,通过交互网络下发所述增强 ESG 信息; 其中, 所述基本 ESG信息至少包括基本描述信息、 数据信息及节目提 示信息; 所述增强 ESG信息至少包括业务提供信息和 /或交互信息;
移动终端在进入移动多媒体业务应用后, 通过所述广播网络接收所述基 本 ESG信息, 通过所述交互网络接收所述增强 ESG信息, 将所述基本 ESG 信息和所述增强 ESG信息组装成完整的 ESG信息向用户显示。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基本 ESG信息和所 述增强 ESG信息内容相匹配, 并使用同一个 ESG标识和 /或同一个版本号。

5、 按照权利要求 4 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端接收所述基本 ESG信息后向用户预显该基本 ESG信息。
