Abstract

 溶融塩電解による金属の製造装置およびこれを用いた金属の製造方法であって、特に、電解浴に溶解度を有する金属を効率よく製造回収することができる金属の製造装置および製造方法を提供する。電解槽に電解浴を満たし、陽極および陰極を浸漬配置して行う溶融塩電解による金属の製造方法において、前記内部に冷媒を流通可能なように構成した陰極に固体状態で金属を析出させ、陰極への通電を断つことにより固体の金属を電解浴中において溶融させつつ、溶融させた金属を直ぐに電解槽外に抜き出すことを特徴とする金属の製造方法。
