Abstract

Implant chirurgical utilisé pour fixer un transplant ligamentaire (18) destiné à remplacer un ligament reliant deux os de part et d'autre d'une articulation, le transplant ligamentaire étant fixé dans un tunnel formé par une première portion (10) percée à partir de la paroi extérieure corticale du premier os (12) et se prolongeant par une deuxième portion (16) sur une profondeur déterminée du deuxième os (14). L'implant comprend une tige (34) de longueur légèrement supérieure au diamètre du tunnel fixé en son milieu au transplant et introduit dans la deuxième portion de tunnel dans une position sensiblement parallèle à l'axe du tunnel en même temps que le transplant. La tige (34) est cylindrique à section circulaire ou ovale, à surface lisse sans aspérités ni protubérances.
