Abstract

The present invention pertains to a bed component comprising an anti-slip surface, wherein the anti-slip surface comprises an anti-slip ink patterned onto the bed component. In an exemplary embodiment (5) can be supported upon slats (3) supported by a bed frame (2). An upper surface (8) of each slat (3) can have an anti-slip material (7) applied thereto to reduce slippage between the slats (3) and the mattress (5).
