Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, un système et un modèle de transaction servant à effectuer la vente de produits. Ces produits peuvent consister en des marchandises de première main, en des marchandises de deuxième main, en des services ou en des créances. Elle concerne plus particulièrement des enchères menées au moyen de supports de télécommunication. Un des aspects de l'invention consiste en une enchère dans laquelle l'information concernant les produits en vente et les offres est transférée à des acheteurs potentiels par l'intermédiaire d'une télévision numérique. L'utilisateur fait des offres au moyen de messages renvoyés sur ce système de télévision numérique (230, 234, 250, 255, 260, 270). Le système de gestion de ces enchères peut comprendre un écran (202) servant à afficher ladite information concernant les produits. Cet écran peut être activé par des caméras vidéo (205) servant à effectuer une diffusion télévisée (206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 216). Ceci permet de créer un programme d'enchère récréatif, dans lequel un écran sert à transmettre une information en temps réel sur les produits et les offres. L'utilisateur de ce service d'enchères ne nécessite aucune connexion téléphonique continue avec le fournisseur de services. Il n'est pas nécessaire pour l'utilisateur de passer des accords spécifiques avec le fournisseur de services ou une banque de financement des achats, dans le but d'utiliser ce service d'enchères.
