FIG. 4 is a left end elevational view of the form shown in FIG. 3, the opposite end being substantially a mirror image thereof.

The backs of both forms, not shown, are unornamented.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a combined telephone handset support and equipment housing or similar article, substantially as -shown and described.
